Abstract

This study discusses the condition of Regional Original Revenue (PAD) which consists oftax components, levies, results of separated regional assets and other revenues that are considered legitimate. In addition, this study emphasises the preparation of a strategy for optimising Regional Original Revenue (PAD) which emphasises innovation and collaboration so that the results and targets for increasing PAD in Central Lombok Regency can be achieved. the importance of innovation as a transformer and collaboration in building networks in Central Lombok Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach using some LKPD data for the last 5 years from 2019-2023. In addition, the method used in preparing the strategy is more result-oriented and more positive with the SOAR approach by analysing strengths, opportunities, aspirations and results while the study locus is Central Lombok Regency. This study found that one of the important steps in strengthening regional finances is the optimisation of local revenue through sustainable policies. Local governments can sustainably increase tax revenues, support regional development, and improve community welfare by using appropriate strategies and comprehensive policies. Annual growth rate, the average percentage of growth each year is 10.25%, the annual growth rate experienced negative PAD growth (-21%). Some strategies that can be developed in order to optimise PAD through innovation and collaboration are to create innovations in the local taxation and levy sector, both in terms of collection and recording. In addition, strengthening networks and collaboration with various parties will make it easier for the Central Lombok Regency Government to map potential sectors that can be utilised to increase PAD.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the realization of the budget in assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of performance at the three Mataram City Regional Government Agencies. Where effectiveness is a measure of the success or failure of an organization in achieving its goals while efficiency is a measurement of achieving maximum output with the lowest possible use of resources and funds. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study was all SKPD in Mataram City. Meanwhile, the samples used were three Mataram City Regional Government Agencies, namely: 1) Regional Development Planning Agency, 2) Youth and Sports Service, and 3) Social Service. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of audited company annual financial reports. These data were obtained from the official website of the Mataram City Government, such as LRA from 2020- 2022 in each agency. The research results for the level of effectiveness in 2020-2022 are all in the effective category because the results of achieving an effectiveness level of more than 80 percent, can be said to be good and meet predetermined criteria. The research results for the efficiency level in 2020-2022 are all in the efficient category, said to be efficient because the efficiency level is 60-80 percent.

Abstract

Studi ini membahas peran dana perimbangan dalam meningkatkan kinerja keuangan daerah. Selain itu studi ini menekankan bagaimana dana perimbangan dapat meningkatkan sumber pendapatan serta peningkatan pelayanan public di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan beberapa data LKPD 5 tahun terakir dari tahun 2019-2023. Studi ini menemukan bahwa Meskipun dana perimbangan sangat membantu, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah masih menghadapi masalah besar karena ketimpangan fiskal dan sumber pendapatan yang terbatas. Untuk meningkatkan PAD dan mengurangi ketergantungan pada dana transfer dari pusat, pemanfaatan potensi pariwisata yang melimpah harus menjadi fokus utama. Ini adalah situasi di mana Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) dapat digunakan untuk membantu pembangunan infrastruktur pariwisata yang lebih baik, yang pada gilirannya akan meningkatkan ekonomi daerah. Selain itu mengelola dana perimbangan secara jelas dan akuntabel. Untuk itu, pemerintah daerah harus memastikan bahwa dana digunakan sesuai dengan prioritas pembangunan yang tepat dan bermanfaat langsung bagi masyarakat melalui pengawasan yang baik dan evaluasi berkala. Dengan demikian, dana perimbangan dapat digunakan secara optimal untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan mendorong kemandirian fiskal Kabupaten Lombok Tengah.

Abstract

Gili Meno is one of the popular tourist destinations in West Nusa Tenggara. On Gili Meno there are many accommodation landscapes. This study aims to determine tourist preferences for the accommodation landscape in Gili Meno, West Nusa Tenggara. The research was conducted by purposive sampling. Questionnaires were given to respondents who were tourists. Based on the research, it can be seen that tourists preferences for accommodation landscapes based on ornamental flower plants are higher than leaf ornamental plants, fruit trees, bonsai plants, and palm plants. Therefore, in the accommodation landscape on Gili Meno it is necessary to increase the number of plant groups favored by tourists in the form of ornamental flower plants.

Abstract

This study discusses the constraints in budget utilization and formulates a participatory and collaborative strategy in encouraging economic growth in the Central Lombok Regency Regional Government. This study is intended to analyze the constraints faced so as to formulate strategies using the SOAR method. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative using observation, interview and FGD methods. In formulating the Strategy, this study used SOAR analysis. The study results reveal that there are several obstacles in budget absorption in Central Lombok Regency including: (1) Low technical and managerial skills of local government apparatus in managing the budget; (2) limited adequate facilities and infrastructure to implement development projects; (3) the existence of complex and slow bureaucratic problems in the process of procuring goods and services; (4) lack of coordination and communication between work units within the local government which hinders the effectiveness of budget absorption; (5) lack of public awareness and participation in monitoring the use of local budgets. Meanwhile, to overcome these obstacles, several strategies have been formulated by analyzing them using SOAR. The results of the analysis resulted in several strategies including: Some strategies that have been formulated by looking at strengths and appreciation include: (1) Increasing human resource capacity such as training for PPK, treasurer, finance manager and goods and services manager; (2) Preparing measurable financial planning such as each activity must have a measurable indicator target; (3) Simplifying the process of procuring goods and services. In addition, strategies that have been formulated by looking at opportunities and appreciation include (1) Creating cooperation between actors in the budget absorption process; (2) Strong commitment from the leadership; (3) Creating effective communication in work activities. When looking at the strategies generated by looking at strengths and results, several strategies are obtained, among others: (1) Maximizing the potential of existing human resources so that budget absorption is on time; (2) Ensuring that the budget is used effectively and efficiently. For the next stage, see the strategies resulting from identifying opportunities and results including: (1) Expanding the network of cooperation so that the budget allotted can be maximized properly; (2) Arranging measurable programs and activities so that there is no accumulation of work at the end of the year.

Abstract

The growth and development of technology in everyday life has the potential to improve people's welfare. The level of public understanding of economic literacy is very important because it plays a role in economic management. The knowledge level of economic literacy in generation Z still needs strengthening. Therefore, community service activities were carried out in the form of strengthening economic literacy to minimize consumptive online shopping behavior among generation Z in Kekait Village, Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency. Based on the community service activities that have been carried out, it can be seen that partners have given positive responses, including: acquiring new knowledge regarding economic literacy and digital financial platforms; the community wants to immediately implement good economic planning and management and intend to have digital savings. Sustainability of this activity is needed as a form of monitoring and evaluation of assistance in an effort to provide solutions to problems faced by partners.

Abstract

This study discusses the challenges faced by MSMEs. This study focuses on the importance of innovation as a transformer for micro, small, and medium enterprises, especially in the financial sector of Central Lombok Regency. The increasingly difficult challenges faced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises are in Central Lombok Regency. This study uses a qualitative-exploratory approach. The study locus is Central Lombok Regency. Primary data collection was carried out using 3 (three) techniques. In-depth interviews were conducted with Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, the financial sector, and other stakeholders involved in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises activities and ecosystems. Next, observations were carried out on activities to better understand the daily operations and challenges faced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. In an effort to confirm the data and information obtained, a focus group discussion (FGD) was then carried out as part of the triangulation technique in qualitative methods. This study finds that fostering interaction among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises is key to their growth and sustainability. Whether through traditional partnerships or digital platforms, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises can benefit from coming together to increase their competitiveness and contribute to overall economic development. Apart from that, the financial transformation of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises through innovation opens up growth opportunities and increases competitiveness in the digital era. The government and various related parties must continue to work together to support the financial transformation of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. This can be achieved by providing adequate digital infrastructure, fintech education and training programs, and regulations that support the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. In addition, this study recommends that the government, private sector, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, and other stakeholders work together to overcome challenges and realize financial improvements for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises through sustainable innovation in Central Lombok Regency.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the fluctuation in the number of general patient visits to the Eyat Mayang Community Health Center in West Lombok Regency over the past five years, indicating potential problems in service quality. The decrease in the number of visits from 3432 in 2022 to 1966 in 2024 indicates the need for an evaluation of the factors influencing patients' willingness to return to the health center. Two important factors suspected to have an influence are waiting time and patient satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of these two factors on patients' willingness to return for visits. The objectives of this research are to analyze the partial influence of waiting time on patient return visits, to analyze the partial influence of patient satisfaction on return visits, and to analyze the simultaneous influence of waiting time and patient satisfaction on return visits. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. A sample of 30 general patients at the Eyat Mayang Community Health Center was selected using accidental sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire measuring waiting time, patient satisfaction, and willingness to return for visits. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression, preceded by classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity). Hypothesis testing was performed using the t-test (partial), F-test (simultaneous), and R-square test. Descriptive analysis shows that the majority of respondents were aged 17-25 years, had a high school education, and were male. The results of the multiple linear regression test show that the overall regression model is not significant (p-value > 0.05). Although the R-square of 0.481 shows that waiting time and satisfaction explain 48.1% of the variance in return visits, the influence of these two variables, both partially and simultaneously, on patient return visits is not statistically significant. This indicates that there are other factors that more dominantly influence patients' willingness to return to the Eyat Mayang Community Health Center. Classical assumption tests were met.

Abstract

Inventory activities are an essential process in company asset management, encompassing the systematic collection and recording of data on goods. One of the main activities in inventory management is stock opname, which involves physical inspection of goods to match administrative records with the actual condition of the inventory. This study aims to analyze how the recording of incoming and outgoing goods can minimize errors during the stock opname process at Violeta Store, Mataram Mall. The study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach through observation, documentation, and interviews conducted over one week. The results show that the inventory system is still done manually, although it follows the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) consistently. However, human error frequently occurs due to a lack of employee accuracy, and the stock opname process is not always performed on a consistent schedule. Inaccuracies between stock opname results and recorded data are still found. Therefore, the implementation of a digital system, such as barcode usage, is highly recommended to improve accuracy and efficiency in managing inventory data

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis mengenai kinerja Keuangan BAPENDA Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Tahun 2019-2023 menggunakan Rasio Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah, Rasio Efektivitas, Rasio Belanja Operasional, Rasio Belanja Modal. Metode penelitian berupa kuantitatif deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data berupa, observasi dan studi dokumen. Dengan sumber data Sekunder dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil analisis menunjukan Penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja keuangan Kabupaten Lombok Tengah periode 2019–2023. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kemandirian keuangan daerah Kabupaten Lombok Tengah masih sangat rendah rata-ratanya sebesar 18,8% dengan ini Kabupaten Lombok Tengah ketergantungannya sangat tinggi pada pemerintah pusat. Sementara itu, efektivitas PAD tergolong baik karena efektivitasnya diatas 100% sebesar 117,71%. Namun, sedangkan keserasian belanja operasional tergolong cukup baik rataratanya  sebesar 67,33 dan rasio kerasian belanja modal tergolong cukup baik rata ratanya sebesar 22,91%. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan, pemerintah daerah disarankan mengalokasikan belanja lebih proporsional, mengoptimalkan sumber daya untuk meningkatkan PAD, serta memperluas sektor potensial guna mengurangi ketergantungan pada dana pusat.
