Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi probabilitas terjadinya tindak kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) pada wanita/istri petani, dalam periode 3 dan 6 bulan terakhir. Metode deskriptif dan probit binary model digunakan untuk menganalisa data yang telah terkumpul melalui wawancara terhadap 200 wanita dari 4 desa di Kecamatan Padang Jaya Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara yang dipilih secara stratified random sampling berdasarkan basis ekonomi rumah tangga (RT) mereka, yakni RT perkebunan, RT perikanan air tawar, dan RT pertanian tanaman pangan. Jumlah responden untuk masing-masing desa ditentukan secara proporsional berdasarkan sub-populasinya dan pemilihannya juga dilakukan secara acak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa probabilitas wanita/istri petani mengalami KDRT dalam 3 dan 6 bulan terakhir adalah 37% dan 48%, dalam bentuk kekerasan fisik, psikologi, sosial-ekonomi, dan seksual. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa perbedaan umur suami-istri, umur pernikahan, status ekonomi istri, dan perbedaan suku (etnik) suami-istri secara signifikan mempengaruhi probabilitas terjadinya KDRT pada wanita/istri petani, baik untuk periode 3 ataupun 6 bulan terakhir. Estimasi efek marjinal dari peubah bebasnya mengindikasikan bahwa persamaan etnik suami-istri dan status ekonomi istri memiliki kontribusi terbesar yang dapat mengurangi probabilitas wanita/istri petani mengalami tindak kekerasan dalam rumah tangganya. Abstract

Pemerintah Provinsi Aceh mengembangkan Kota Sabang sebagai industri pariwisata bertujuan menjadikan alternatif destinasi baru yang ada di Provinsi Aceh. Sumber daya manusia yang paling tepat dalam mengelola aspek wisata khususnya wisata halal adalah para pemuda. Hadirnya para pemuda dalam pengembangan wisata halal memerlukan analisis yang lebih mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor sosial secara simultan terhadap peran pemuda dalam pengembangan wisata halal di Kota Sabang, (2) Menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor sosial secara parsial terhadap peran pemuda dalam pengembangan wisata halal di Kota Sabang. Penelitian analisis peran pemuda dalam pengembangan wisata halal di Kota Sabang ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Seluruh pertanyaan dinyatakan valid dan dinyatakan reliable. (2) Seluruh pernyataan dinyatakan valid dan dinyatakan reliable. (3) foktor-faktor sosial secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap peran pemuda dalam pengembangan wisata halal di Kota Sabang secara positif dan signifikan. Variabel Umur (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan, Variabel Jenis Kelamin (gender) (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan, Variabel Pendidikan Formal (X3) secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan, Variabel Pendidikan Informal (X4) secara parsial berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan dan Variabel Pekerjaan (X5) secara parsial berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui signifikansi hubungan antara Kader Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam (HMI) terhadap Pembangunan Kepemudaan di Kota Medan. Untuk mengetahui signifikansi hubungan antara Ideologi Kader Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam (HMI) dalam Pembangunan Kepemimpinan Kepemudaan di Kota Medan. Juga untuk mengetahui signifikansi hubungan antara Penerapan Ideologi HMI Terhadap Kader Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam (HMI) dalam Mengatasi Masalah Pembangunan Kepemimpinan Kepemudaan di Kota Medan.. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskripif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik  pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang disebarkan pada Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam (HMI) Cabang Medan dengan jumlah sample sebanyak 98 responden. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat  hubungan yang signifikan antara Kader Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam (HMI) terhadap Pembangunan Kepemudaan di Kota Medan. Ideologi Kader Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam (HMI) juga memiliki Hubungan yang signifikan Dalam Pembangunan Kepemimpinan Kepemudaan di Kota Medan. Serta Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Penerapan Ideologi HMI Terhadap Kader Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam (HMI) Dalam Mengatasi Masalah Pembangunan Kepemimpinan Kepemudaan di Kota Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the facts about the level of accommodation of community proposals through data on the proposed realization of the results of the musrenbang in the priority scale of sub-districts in the physical field, in accordance with the mandate of the law, which aims at implementing development planning that is oriented to the interests of the community. (Botoom-up planning). However, the opinion that developed in the community considered that musrenbang was considered merely a formality of the government in carrying out the mandate of the law. Departing from the public opinion, the researcher was interested in raising and researching this problem with the object of musrenbang research in Medan Tuntungan sub-district. This study analyzes the problems related to the implementation with qualitative descriptive methods. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the concept of regional development planning is appropriate, but the real problem is the implementation of the results of the musrenbang in the Medan Tuntungan sub-district which is less accommodated by the government.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the implementation of a Complete Systematic Land Registration program (PTSL) in the economy of the Deli Serdang Regency of North Sumatra Province. The study sample consisted of 100 respondents who attended the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program. The data collection methods used were Observation, Questionnaire and Documentation. The research method used is Quantitative with Z Test data analysis which is looking at income before and after the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL). The results showed that the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) was able to open up opportunities for the community to obtain loans for venture capital. This indicated that there was an increase in business capital before and after the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) in Deli Regency National Land Agency Serdang. The results of the analysis and discussion that have been conducted show a significant increase in income through the Complete Systematic Land Registration program which also affects the regional economy in Deli Serdang.

Abstract

AFRIYANTI SEMBIRING. Effort Development of TWA Lau Debuk Debuk base on Society. Under supervised by Pindi Patana and Agus Purwoko. This study is aimed to know benefit and potency of TWA Lau Debuk Debuk, knowing role and perception and also society in development of TWA Lau Debuk Debuk and also formulate strategy alternative of society in developing TWA Lau Debuk Debuk. This research was conducted with purposive sampling method, while analysis method used descriptive analysis. Result of research indicates that the level of community participation in the activity of development TWA Lau Debuk Debuk is in the middle category where is society seldom to follow the activity. The Important Factor which determine efficacy of development of TWA Lau Debuk Debuk is participation of society like planning, execution, and program evaluation development of TWA Lau Debuk Debuk. Abstract

This study aims to calculate the economic value of Lake Objects Nature Siais, Rianiate, Angkola District West, South Tapanuli using travel cost method, knowing the intensity of the visit and to determine the factors that affect the intensity of the visit. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents, while sampling using quota sampling technique. Based on research conducted obtain economic value of natural attractions of Lake Siais using travel cost method is for Rp.364.326.492, 6 /tahun. The intensity of tourist visits to Lake Siasis Nature is as much as one visit, while the factors affecting the intensity of the visit is the level of income and the time needed to tourism. Abstract

This study was conducted to identifify trees in university of north sumatera education forest, Tongkoh, Karo District, North Sumatera Province. This study was conducted in June 2014. The collecting of data used path method, and the sampling technique used purposive sampling with random start method. Plot size 100m x 20m of 10 plots categorized as large plot to observe trees with diameter > 30 cm at the and there was subplots with size 5m x 40m categorized as small plot to observe trees with diameter 5m to 30cm. The results showed that 46 species of trees are derived from 29 families.Keywords:  Trees species , education forest University of  North Sumatera

Abstract

Leuser National Park is a conservation area with saved abundant natural resources. The existence provide benefits for people living around. Where the community can utilize its natural wealth in order to meet the day-to-day life. This study aims to determine what types of forest products used by local communities and model/patern of interaction in their utilization. The method used combination of Documentation Study and Direct Methods with interview techniques and field observations. Data analysis was conducted descriptively to obtain representation of each desired goal. The results of this study indicated that forest products which used by the community around the Mount Leuser National Park were water, glugur acid (Garcinia atroviridis), sago palm leaves (Metroxylon sagu), kacer bird (Copsychus saularis), jurung fish (Tor soro), setekep plant (Elatostema umbellatum), tiga urat plant (Melastoma malabathricum), wood and firewood. Community interaction in the utilization of forest products occurs throughout the year but with different intensities.Keywords: Mount Leuser National Park, the utilization of forest products, interaction of forest communities
