Abstract

The study from home policy during pandemic is thought to have an impact on changes in children's learning behaviour caused by a decrease in discipline and responsibility. The condition of houses with learning facilities and communication patterns were one of the factors that contributed to the decline. This study aims to determine whether there is a decrease in discipline and responsibility as well as children's learning behaviour while studying at home during the pandemic. With a quantitative approach, this research explores the data obtained. Data was collected using a Google Form questionnaire which was distributed to social media groups among parents/guardians of elementary school or madrasah primary school students in various cities in Indonesia. Data analysis used the t-test and F-test to determine the correlation of each variable. The results showed that there was a decrease in the attitude of discipline by 69 percent and a decrease in the attitude of responsibility by 64 percent. In addition, it also found (1) a significant effect between a decrease in discipline and a negative change in learning behaviour; (2) a significant difference between a decrease in the attitude of responsibility and a negative change in learning behaviour; and (3) there is a significant simultaneous effect between the decrease in discipline and responsibility with negative changes in learning behaviour.Keywords: Discipline, Responsibility, Learning Behavior, Pandemic Period

Abstract

This article aims to describe how Aswaja an-Nahdliyah teachers implement innovative learning methods, teaching materials and learning media in order to hone understanding and amaliyah aqidah Asy'ariyah students at MTs Salafiyah Siman Lamongan with the aim that the learning atmosphere is not monotonous, boring and makes students saturated, but on the contrary, students are actively creative and can achieve learning goals. This research is a case study qualitative research conducted at MTs Salafiyah Siman Lamongan, research data will be obtained from principal informants, Aswaja teachers and students. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation, then data analysis techniques using domain, taxonomy, and componential analysis. While the data validity technique is by extending presence and triangulation. The results showed that the innovative learning implemented by the Aswaja an-Nahdiyah teacher was by using a combination of the lecture method and the integration of aqidah with mathematics, the analytical method, the inquiry method and the active debate method. The teaching material is from the NU book Aswaja published by LP. Ma'arif NU East Java which was developed using classic Islamic boarding school books and trusted online NU sites, with LED TV learning media, projectors, YouTube social media, origami paper, and markers.

Abstract

This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with case study research, data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data is done through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. From the results of the study, it can be seen that first, the activities of tahfidzul Qur'an, among others: 1) Planning of learning activities for tahfidzul Qur'an; 2) implementation of tahfidul Qur'an learning, 4) Class management, and 5) Evaluation of learning outcomes. Second, the formation of the religious character of students' discipline and responsibility through tahfidzul Qur'an activities, including: 1) Religious; Perform ablution before reading and memorizing the Qur'an, saying greetings and reading prayers, and students are serious about memorizing, 2) Discipline; enter the classroom in an orderly and timely manner, then students queue when the tahfidz teacher listens to other students. and 3) responsibility; daily memorization deposit and doing assignments from the tahfidz teacher. Third, the inhibiting factors for the formation of disciplined and responsible religious character through tahfidzul Qur'an activities, 1) Religious; less than maximum deposit hours, himma (less will to memorize), 2) discipline; there are often delays in going to school or delays in depositing the specified memorization. 3) responsibility; The lazy nature that exists in students not to carry out rote memorization. and supporting factors for character building through tahfidzul Qur'an activities, including: Religious; create a sense of love for the Koran in students, familiarize students independently memorize the Koran, and increase students' motivation to memorize. 2) Discipline; build a culture of reading the Qur'an at school, requiring students to muroja'ah every day, and exemplary from teachers, and 3) Responsibility, providing targets for memorizing the Qur'an, as well as giving assignments to students.

Abstract

Dalam proses pembelajaran, tidak hanya menuntut si pebelajar memiliki kesiapan intelektual saja, tapi juga Kesehatan mental. Kesehatan mental merupakan salah satu faktor yang patut menjadi perhatian dan membutuhkan perawatan sepanjang waktu. Kesehatan mental yang baik akan menentukan tindakan dan perilaku. Kesehatan mental yang baik biasanya menghasilkan tindakan dan perilaku yang baik pula. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Kesehatan mental dan prestasi belajar pada siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang bisa langsung diinterpretasikan dan ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi Kesehatan mental dan prestasi belajar siswa sekolah dasar tergolong dalam kategori “Baik”. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan banyaknya prestasi juara yang diraih oleh siswa sekolah dasar pada kejuaraan karate yang diikuti.

Abstract

The study assesses a learning and teaching process that has been done and done in the lirboyo lodge that some of the applied methods may contribute to a learning evaluation. With teaching methods characterized by boarding schools, it will bring new variations and innovations in education. Learning assessments in boarding schools are also developing according to the anthrax environment. The study taken on both the smooth and quality of the work is the approach that researchers use in the study is a qualitative descriptive approach. Because the orientation of research is based on natural phenomena or phenomena. Analysis used using the mills hubberman model (1) the data reduction (reduction of data), verification (data presentation), inequality or verification (drawing conclusions and verification). Research shows that some methods employed by ustadz in learning activities, requiring a teacher's ability and skill in applying relevant methods with purpose becoming a must be developed in a good non-forma class, as well as having a method of learning done is expected to produce a success in learning. Such success can be obtained through application of the type of evaluation tool.

Abstract

This study examined self-efficacy among students at MA Al-Bairuny Sambong Dukuh Jombang and explored ways to enhance it through verbal persuasion strategies in religious extracurricular programs. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings revealed an increase in students' self-confidence and courage, along with the supporting role of religious extracurricular teachers. However, inhibiting factors included inadequate facilities, teacher absence, and individual differences among students. Overall, the study emphasizes the importance of self-efficacy and provides insights into its promotion in religious extracurricular activities.

Abstract

Today, the education system in Islamic boarding schools has been transformed compared to when it was first established. Previously, students only studied religious sciences and did not study general sciences. These changes encourage management in the Islamic boarding school environment to be somewhat different so that it impacts the comfort of students which in turn will determine the students' academic achievement. The success of an educational process is characterized by the achievement of students in the academic field and the ability of students to regulate themselves well. Moreover, Islamic boarding schools' education and parenting systems have this achievement target. The problem is what needs to be investigated better. This study aims to test Attribution variables that strengthen Self-Efficacy and Self-Regulation. These three variables will affect academic achievement and other factors behind it. The study sample comprised 108 Class IX junior high school (SMP) students. The results showed that the attribution variable had an effect on increasing self-efficacy, and the variable on self-efficacy had an impact on improving self-regulation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is determining the Role of Journalistic Ma'had Attahdzib (JMA) in Efforts to Sharpen the Linguistic and Spiritual Intelligence of Santri at the Attahdzib Islamic Boarding School, Rejoagung Ngoro, Jombang. The research methodology used is a type of qualitative research with a case study approach that focuses on the Ma'had Attahdzib Journalistic extracurricular program (JMA). The data collection technique is with observation (observation), interviews and documentation. Data analysis consisted of domain analysis (domain analysis) and taxonomic analysis (taxonomyanalycis). Checking the validity of the data is carried out by extending the research process, carrying out observational persistence, and transferability, dependence and certainty, namely checking the certainty in the data or findings by confirming the actual situation. shows that the Ma'had Attahdzib (JMA) Journalistic extracurricular program can hone the linguistic and spiritual intelligence of students. It is seen from the results of the development of students who are increasingly diligent in reading, writing, reasoning and memorizing after participating in this program. Daily evaluations, halaqoh, mujahadah, takror are factors in increasing the linguistic and spiritual intelligence of students. The supporting factors for this program are the intention and enthusiasm of the students to take part in the program, competent coaches and adequate facilities.

Abstract

Pedagogik menjadi pemahaman dan kemampuan penting bagi guru di sekolah dasar dan pra sekolah. Optimalisasi pedagogik dapat terwujud melalui langkah guru dalam memberikan wawasan pengetahuan dan membimbing melalui pendidikan karakter yang terbaik terhadap anak. Sebagai wujud implementasi nyata, mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Universitas Hasyim Asy’ari Jombang mengadakan sebuah program sosialisasi pedagogik bagi para guru sekolah dasar dan pra sekolah di Balai Desa Jerukwangi. Tujuan diadakannya kegiatan adalah memberikan sumbangsih keilmuan secara pedagogik bagi guru-guru di lembaga pendidikan Desa Jerukwangi dengan memberikan strategi dalam mendidik anak agar berkarakter. Adapun metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat meliputi: a) kegiatan analisis masalah, b) sharing keilmuan, c) tanya jawab, dan d) evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) telah memenuhi refleksi sebagai langkah nyata dalam membangun pedagogik secara positif bagi guru-guru dalam membangun karakter kepada anak sekolah dasar dan pra sekolah di lingkungan pendidikan Desa Jerukwangi. Simpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) dianggap mampu memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya teori ilmu mengajar agar guru tepat dalam memfasilitasi anak agar ke depan memiliki karakter secara komprehensif.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitiana ini diantaranya: 1). Karakter disiplin siswa di MTS Ihsanniat, 2). Pendidikan karakter disiplin di MTS Ihsanniat, 3). Kontribusi orang tua dalam pendidikan karakter disiplin siswa, 4). Faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam pendidikan karakter disiplin siswa. Dengan metode komparatif pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Dengan teknik analisis data dengan pengumpula data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini Pertama, kedisiplinana siswa di MTS Ihsanniat diantaranya dengan disiplin pada waktu, disiplin mematuhi, Disiplin pada peraturan, Disiplin Dalam Ibadah,Disiplin Dalam sekolah. Kedua, Karakter disiplin Di MTS Ihsanniat yaitu dengan Qiyaman saat melihat pengasuh pesantren,salam terhadap guru, salim kepada guru sejenis, tidak berbicara ngoko, memakain seragam sopan, rapi dalam penampilan, berdo’a dan niat sebelum belajar, menjaga kebersihan dan bermujahadah. Ketiga, Kontribusi orang tua dalam pendidkan karakter disiplin disini yaitu: Memberikan suri tauladan yang baik, menggunakan pola asuh yang permisif dan diskriminatif, memberikan fasilitas yang baik, mendidik dengan mengawasi evaluasi dan kontrolling, memenuhi kebutuhan anak baik dhohir maupun batin, memberi motifasi dan dorongan dll. Keempat, Faktor pendukung dalam pendidikan karakter disiplin siswa di MTS Ihsanniat adalah: Adanya kerjasama antara pihak pondok dan sekolah, Komitmen kepala sekolah, Dukungan warga sekolah, Lingkungan pesantren, Lingkungan sekolah strategis Adapun beberapa faktor hambatan hambatan yang dihadapai sekolah dalam pendidikan karakter disiplin diantaranya: Kendala dari siswa, Pengaruh teman sebaya, Kurangnya dukungan dari orang tua
