Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership, coaching leadership, and digital leadership on teachers' digital competence in Pemalang Regency. The research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires from a sample of 205 teachers and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that transformational leadership, coaching leadership, and digital leadership have a significant and positive influence on digital competence. This implies that school leadership plays a key role in enhancing teachers' digital skills.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the development of M-Learning based on Moodle as an alternative learning media to improve independence and critical thinking skills in the Computer and Network Engineering Concentration subject at SMK Negeri 1 Dukuhturi. M-Learning (Mobile Learning) refers to the use of digital technology, especially the internet, to support the learning process. In the world of education, M-Learning has become one of the most effective approaches in facilitating flexible, efficient, and interactive access to education. Teachers and students will gain flexibility in learning. M-Learning allows learning to be done anytime and anywhere as long as there is an internet connection, so it is expected to trigger critical thinking skills and student independence. The approach used in this study is Research and Development or R&D, which functions to validate and develop products. The findings of this study indicate that the development of Moodle-based M-Learning as an alternative learning media can improve students' independence and critical thinking skills. The attractive features of M-learning make students more active during the learning process, and the existence of discussion forums and collaborations allows students to discuss, share ideas or work together on projects online. Although the results obtained are quite positive, this study also noted several challenges, such as limited internet access, lack of direct interaction between students and teachers and friends, as well as potential distractions and lack of motivation from the environment. Therefore, this research recommends the need for increased training and access to technology, teacher skills development, increased motivation and self-discipline of students, and the provision of quality materials.

Abstract

Peserta didik mengalami kesulitan menjawab pertanyaan pada tingkat kognitif yang tinggi, dan bahkan selama proses belajar mengajar, beberapa peserta didik masih kurang terlibat. Terdapatnya kelemahan berpikir kritis, tidak terlepas dari kurangnya penggunaan sumber daya dan model pembelajaran lain yang inovatif oleh guru dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk 1). Menganalisis media pembelajaran berbasis "Google sites" pada mata pelajaran Projek Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial di SMK Negeri 1 Slawi Fase E.. 2 Mendesain kebutuhan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis "Google sites" pada pembelajaran Projek Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial SMK Negeri Slawi Fase E. 3) Menganalisis pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis "Google sites" pada pembelajaran Projek Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial materi zat dan perubahannya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir kritis peserta didik. 4) Menganalisis efektifitas media pembelajaran berbasis "Google sites" pada pembelajaran Projek Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial materi zat dan perubahannya dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir kritis peserta didik Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian dan Pengembangan (Research and Development). Jumlah peserta didik yang dijadikan sampel penelitian jumlahnya 72 peserta didik yang terdiri dari 36 peserta didik Kelas X AKL 1 dan 36 peserta didik Kelas X AKL 2. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu: Wawancara, Angket, Observasi, Tes Tertulis, Dokumentasi. Sedangkan Data-data yang harus dianalisis adalah sebagai berikut: Uji Validasi Model, Media dan Materi, Uji Kepraktisan Model dan Materi, Uji Keefektifan model dan Media Pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Kebutuhan Media, Masalah, Google Site.
