Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership, coaching leadership, and digital leadership on teachers' digital competence in Pemalang Regency. The research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires from a sample of 205 teachers and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that transformational leadership, coaching leadership, and digital leadership have a significant and positive influence on digital competence. This implies that school leadership plays a key role in enhancing teachers' digital skills.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the development of M-Learning based on Moodle as an alternative learning media to improve independence and critical thinking skills in the Computer and Network Engineering Concentration subject at SMK Negeri 1 Dukuhturi. M-Learning (Mobile Learning) refers to the use of digital technology, especially the internet, to support the learning process. In the world of education, M-Learning has become one of the most effective approaches in facilitating flexible, efficient, and interactive access to education. Teachers and students will gain flexibility in learning. M-Learning allows learning to be done anytime and anywhere as long as there is an internet connection, so it is expected to trigger critical thinking skills and student independence. The approach used in this study is Research and Development or R&D, which functions to validate and develop products. The findings of this study indicate that the development of Moodle-based M-Learning as an alternative learning media can improve students' independence and critical thinking skills. The attractive features of M-learning make students more active during the learning process, and the existence of discussion forums and collaborations allows students to discuss, share ideas or work together on projects online. Although the results obtained are quite positive, this study also noted several challenges, such as limited internet access, lack of direct interaction between students and teachers and friends, as well as potential distractions and lack of motivation from the environment. Therefore, this research recommends the need for increased training and access to technology, teacher skills development, increased motivation and self-discipline of students, and the provision of quality materials.

Abstract

Peserta didik mengalami kesulitan menjawab pertanyaan pada tingkat kognitif yang tinggi, dan bahkanselama proses belajar mengajar, beberapa peserta didik masih kurang terlibat. Terdapatnya kelemahanberpikir kritis, tidak terlepas dari kurangnya penggunaan sumber daya dan model pembelajaran lain yanginovatif oleh guru dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk 1).Menganalisis media pembelajaran berbasis "Google sites" pada mata pelajaran Projek Ilmu PengetahuanAlam dan Sosial di SMK Negeri di Slawi Fase E.. 2 Mendesain kebutuhan pengembangan mediapembelajaran berbasis "Google sites" pada pembelajaran Projek Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial SMKNegeri Slawi Fase E. 3) Menganalisis pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis "Google sites" padapembelajaran Projek Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial materi zat dan perubahannya untukmeningkatkan kemampuan berfikir kritis peserta didik. 4) Menganalisis efektifitas media pembelajaranberbasis "Google sites" pada pembelajaran Projek Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial materi zat danperubahannya dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir kritis peserta didik Jenis penelitian yangdigunakan adalah Penelitian dan Pengembangan (Research and Development). Jumlah peserta didik yangdijadikan sampel penelitian jumlahnya 72 peserta didik yang terdiri dari 36 peserta didik Kelas X AKL 1dan 36 peserta didik Kelas X AKL 2. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitianini yaitu: Wawancara, Angket, Observasi, Tes Tertulis, Dokumentasi. Sedangkan Data-data yang harusdianalisis adalah sebagai berikut: Uji Validasi Model, Media dan Materi, Uji Kepraktisan Model danMateri, Uji Keefektifan model dan Media Pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and implement the Healthy School Movement (GSS) program based on the leadership values of Ki Hajar Dewantara to foster students’ discipline and sense of responsibility at SMP Negeri 8 Pemalang. The background of the research is the low level of student discipline, lack of responsibility regarding cleanliness and health, and the suboptimal implementation of systematic character building within the school environment. The research adopts a Research and Development (R&D) approach using a modified Borg & Gall model consisting of five stages: needs analysis, program design, development, limited-scale implementation, and evaluation. The needs analysis revealed weaknesses among students in maintaining personal hygiene, punctuality, and healthy lifestyle habits. The GSS program was designed to integrate character education values through regular activities such as morning exercises, healthy breakfast routines, communal clean-up efforts, and attitude reflection. The instruments and program guidebooks were tested for content, construct, and empirical validity, with results indicating “valid” to “highly valid,” demonstrating the program’s theoretical and practical feasibility. Implementation in class VIII  showed significant improvements in student discipline, engagement, and responsibility. Teacher evaluations and student self-assessments categorized the program as “good” to “very good,” though the attitude reflection component requires further reinforcement through regular guidance. Feedback from both teachers and students serves as the basis for program refinement and future broader, sustainable implementation. Overall, the GSS program is proven effective in developing students’ character when carried out in a structured, participatory, and consistent manner.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of implementing game-based learning strategies to promote positive habits in managing oneself and available resources. The issue addressed is the lack of student engagement and limited contextual understanding when character-related concepts are delivered through traditional instruction. The main objective of the study is to design and evaluate a learning approach that encourages active participation and internalization of values such as discipline, responsibility, and initiative. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, the research involved observation, interviews, and structured questionnaires to collect data from selected student groups within a formal education setting. The instructional model incorporated educational games that simulate real-life scenarios requiring decision-making, time management, and teamwork. Thematic analysis was conducted to interpret the collected data, highlighting key behavioral changes and learning outcomes. The findings reveal that students responded positively to the interactive format, showing increased motivation, collaboration, and consistency in applying self-regulation strategies. Additionally, the integration of game elements supported differentiated learning while embedding value-oriented messages in a meaningful and engaging manner. This study suggests that game-based learning has the potential to serve as an effective pedagogical tool to enhance character development in primary education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kualitas pembelajaran di SDN Dukuhringin 01 akibat beban administratif guru yang berat dan kurangnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital sebagai instrumen refleksi. Masalah utama yang diidentifikasi adalah proses refleksi pedagogis yang belum maksimal dan penggunaan metode mengajar yang repetitif. Sebagai solusi, dikembangkan aplikasi jurnal mengajar digital bernama "Si Padam Ajar" untuk mengintegrasikan desain pedagogis, kemitraan belajar, dan lingkungan digital dalam satu platform. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini mengamati bagaimana guru melakukan inkuiri kolaboratif melalui fitur-fitur aplikasi seperti Forum Diskusi, Fitur Supervisi, dan Materi Belajar Mandiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi melalui "Si Padam Ajar" berhasil mentransformasi budaya kerja guru dari sekadar menyelesaikan tugas administratif menjadi praktik reflektif yang mendalam. Guru mulai mengadopsi model Deep Learning dan memanfaatkan sumber daya digital secara optimal. Transformasi digital ini tidak hanya menyederhanakan birokrasi, tetapi juga meningkatkan antusiasme dan partisipasi aktif murid dalam proses pembelajaran yang lebih personal dan adaptif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penggunaan platform digital seperti 'Si Padam Ajar' sebagai instrumen standar bagi sekolah dasar untuk memitigasi beban administrasi sekaligus memperkuat budaya refleksi guru secara berkelanjutan. Implementasi teknologi ini diharapkan menjadi model transformasi manajerial yang dapat direplikasi di tingkat sekolah lain guna mewujudkan ekosistem Deep Learning yang adaptif dan berpusat pada murid.

Abstract

Background: The demands of the Merdeka Belajar policy and the dynamics of 21st-century education necessitate the transformation of elementary school principals' roles from administrators to transformational leaders with managerial competence and the ability to build strategic partnerships. However, preliminary studies and performance reports in Talang District reveal competency gaps, particularly in human resource development, intellectual stimulation, and sustainable partnerships. Research Gap: Previous studies tended to analyze transformational leadership, managerial competence, and partnerships separately. Furthermore, integrative development models that are contextual for elementary school principals in semi-rural areas like Talang are still limited. Novelty of the Research: This research responds to this gap by developing and testing the validity of the ADAPT Model (Analysis-Design-Action-Partnership-Transformation), a holistic development model that is the first to integrate these three constructs into a synergistic framework adapted to the local context. Methods: The research used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model focused on the development stage. Data were collected through questionnaires (44 managerial items, 35 transformational items, 25 partnership items), interviews, and observations involving 10 principals and 10 teachers in Talang District. Product validity was tested through expert judgment (material, media, vocational experts) and pilot testing. Results: Needs analysis confirmed the existing conditions: managerial competence in the "Capable" category (score 3.72), transformational leadership "Fairly Good" (3.91), and partnerships "Good" (4.02), with intellectual stimulation and human resource development as the weakest aspects. The resulting ADAPT Model was declared "Very Valid" by experts (Aiken's V Index: 0.889-0.929). The limited trial showed a 34.7% increase in participant knowledge and a very high satisfaction level (4.54/5.00). Conclusion: The ADAPT Model is proven valid and practical as an integrative and contextual framework for developing principal competency. This research contributes to the treasury of integrative educational leadership theory and provides evidence-based practical products for enhancing the leadership capacity of elementary schools in regional areas.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology necessitates innovation in school management and instructional practices, particularly in Informatics subjects that emphasize computational thinking skills. This study aims to analyze the implementation of a Canva Web–based Digital Learning Hub and the influence of digital-based school management innovation on improving the Informatics learning abilities of Grade XII students at SMA Negeri 1 Kedungwuni Pekalongan. This research employed a mixed-methods approach with a One Group Pretest–Posttest design, involving 72 students as research participants. Data were collected through tests, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, and were analyzed using descriptive statistics and a Paired Sample t-Test with the assistance of SPSS. The results indicate an increase in students’ mean scores from 89.58 in the pretest to 95.35 in the posttest, with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05),demonstrating a statistically significant improvement in learning outcomes. Furthermore, the Digital Learning Hub effectively supports computational thinking–based Informatics learning through structured content delivery, interactive exercises, Python programming practice, and context-based projects aligned with the Adiwiyata program. These findings suggest that digital-based school management innovation through the implementation of a Digital Learning Hub is effective in enhancing students’ Informatics learning abilities and supporting sustainable instructional quality.
