Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan kurikulum merdeka bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus di SLB se-Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Jenis penelitian yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru di SLB se-Provinsi Sumatera Barat, dengan subjek kepala sekolah dan guru SLB penggerak angkatan 1 dan 2 yang berjumlah 9 SLB dengn 9 orang kepala sekolah dan 56 orang guru. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan angket.  Penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas expert judgement, uji product moment. dan uji reabilitas  yang menggunakan teknik Alpha Cronbach dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis statistic deskriptif.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 88,9 % kepala sekolah SLB penggerak angkatan 1 dan 2 menyatakan implementasi kurikulum merdeka dengan kategori sesuai, 11,1% berada pada kategori cukup sesuai, sedangkan 66,1% guru SLB penggerak angkatan 1 dan menyatakan implemetasi kurikulum merdeka bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus dengan kategori sesuai, 33,9% berada pada kategori cukup sesuai. Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus  di SLB se-Provinsi Sumatera Barat dalam kategori sesuai dengan yang telah dicanangkan oleh Kemendikbudritek.

Abstract

Komunikasi merupakan cara yang digunakan untuk membuat sebuah hubungan antara manusia dengan manusia lainnya. Anak dengan autis kemampuan komunikasi ekspresifnya sangat kurang, anak cenderung tidak dapat menyampaikan dan mengungkapkan kepada orang lain apa yang diinginkannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat efektivitas metode pecs untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi ekspresif anak autis. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif desain single subject research. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Prosedur pengumpulan data yakni pengamatan, tanya jawab dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis dalam kondisi dan grafik deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini seorang anak autis berusia 10 tahun yang mempunyai hambatan berkomunikasi. Proses intervensi PECS dilakukan sebanyak 8 sesi. Hasil dari penelitian didapat metode PECS efektif dalam meningkatkan komunikasi ekspresif anak autis walaupun peningkatannya tidak signifikan ini disebabkan karena subjek penelitian ini yakni anak autis pada tingkat autis berat dan dalam jangka waktu yang tidak lama yaitu satu bulan. Namun pada aspek kemampuan komunikasi meraih apa yang diinginkan dan aspek mengikuti instruksi sederhana, anak autis mengalami peningkatan, ini terlihat dalam grafik dimana masing-masing frekuensi aspek meningkat antara pada masa baseline (A1) dengan masa intervensi (B).

Abstract

This research aims to develop an Indonesian language teaching module based on the iSpring suite application for class II elementary school students. This research method used research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, which includes stages: Analysis, Development, Design, Implementation, and Evaluation. Three elementary schools in West Sumatra conducted this research. Data collection used observation sheets, questionnaires, interviews, validation instruments, practicality questionnaires, and evaluation tests. This research data analysis technique collected all the necessary data, namely from the results of module validation, module practicality and module effectiveness, and the N-Gain test. The teaching module validity test results obtained an average score of 4.34 in the very Good category. The results of the practicality test of the teaching module, teacher, and student responses obtained an average score of 4.45 in the very practical category. The effectiveness test can be seen from the results of the student knowledge test before the pretest and posttest question difficulty level. The test results at three elementary schools showed that the modules and tests could be declared effective; the average N-Gain Score was 58.23 in the quite effective category. The teaching module has proven to be very good, practical, and quite effective.

Abstract

This study proposes the utilization of the RADEC (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, Create) learning model, a structured approach that incorporates independent reading, collaborative discussions, peer explanations, and creative activities, as an intervention to enhance reading comprehension skills. Its objective is to investigate the impact of the RADEC learning model on the enhancement of reading abilities among fourth-grade students learning Indonesian. This study employs a non-equivalent post-test only control group design, with the experimental class using the RADEC model and the control class employing conventional teaching methods. The study included all 78 fourth-grade students from SDN 20 Kurao Pagang, divided into two classes. Random sampling yielded 22 participants in the experimental group and 23 in the control group. Data collection was conducted using evaluation tests, and the average reading comprehension scores were 82.72 for the experimental class and 63.58 for the control group. Data analysis began with initial assessments, including normality and homogeneity tests, followed by hypothesis testing using the t-test. Findings revealed a noteworthy enhancement in reading comprehension scores within the experimental group in contrast to the control group, as evidenced by a significance value of (0.000.05), indicating a statistically significant difference between the two groups. The results of this study highlight the potential of the RADEC learning model as an innovative solution for increasing students' reading interest and reading comprehension skills at the basic education level. These findings inform curriculum development, teacher training programs, and educational policies in Indonesia to enhance reading comprehension outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena masih minimnya media komunikasi anak cerebral palsy. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ialah untuk mengembangkan mediakomunikasi berupa Communication Board Bungling untuk membantu komunikasi bagi anak cerebral palsy. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 4 tahap yaitu define, design, development, dessiminate. Subjek uji kelayakan mediaini ialah ahli terkait yang dimana ahli alat, ahli komunikasi, ahli anak cerebral palsy. Kemudian uji kepraktisan oleh anak cerebral palsy. Mediapengumpulan data berupa kuesioner instrumen uji kelayakan dan kepraktisan mediaCommunication Board Bunglin. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan teknik analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mediaCommunication Board Bungling layak dan berguna untuk komunikasi anak cerebral palsy dengan perolehan nilai ahli media89,2%, ahli komunikasi 79,1%, ahli anak cerebral palsy 75%, dan uji kepraktisan media81,9%. Bentuk dari akhir mediayaitu berupa mediakomunikasi yang dirangkai dalam bentuk akrilik yang memiliki sensor ldr dan digunakan tanpa harus menggunakan jaringan internet.

Abstract

Anak  ADHD mengalami permasalahan pada pemusatan perhatian atau tidak dapat berkonsentrasi terhadap suatu objek, salah satunya konsentrasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil asesmen, ditemukan peserta didik ADHD yang teridentifikasi masalah dengan konsentrasi rendah. Tiered task merupakan salah satu strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yang diterapkan berdasarkan kesiapan, minat dan profil belajar anak dan sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditentukan. Tujuan penelitian ini menguji efektivitas strategi tiered task dalam meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar anak ADHD pada pembelajaran TIK di SMP Negeri 23 Padang.  Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dalam bentuk SSR jenis A-B-A, yaitu melihat kondisi peserta didik sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan instrumen durasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan grafik visual yang terdiri dari analisis dalam kondisi dan analisis antar kondisi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan konsentrasi belajar anak ADHD pada pembelajaran TIK di SMP Negeri 23 Padang setelah diterapkannya strategi tiered task. Penelitian ini memberikan referensi bagi guru sebagai strategi baru dalam meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar anak ADHD di sekolah inklusif

Abstract

Dyslexia students generally experience problems related to reading comprehension skills, one of which is the ability to read literal comprehension. Based on the results of the assessment, one of the dyslexic students in an inclusive school has a low literacy reading ability. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of the think-tac-toe strategy in improving literacy reading comprehension of students with dyslexia. Subject selection is done with the ability of children with special needs and as a man who understands literal understanding. Using a single subject research design type A-B-A reversal design. Data were collected by observation and tests. Observations used to observe observations of students' literal understanding during the learning process. The oral test is done by asking the child to mention the answer to the question and the action test is done by asking the child to read the text and the answers on the worksheet given. Data analysis used visual graph analysis which consisted of analysis under conditions and analysis between conditions. The results of the study showed an increase in literal comprehension reading skills after the think-tac-toe learning strategy was applied. It is recommended to teachers that the think-tac-toe learning strategy be used as a new strategy model that is used to help students improve reading comprehension skills.

Abstract

ADHD students are developmental disorders, attention disorders and concentration disorders, and cause excessive child behavior. Based on the problem above, students are very prominent in hitting, pushing, and pinching their friends. To reduce aggressive behavior the author uses the token economy technique so that students can reduce the aggressive behavior. This study aims to prove the effectiveness of the use of token economy techniques in reducing the physical aggressive behavior of ADHD children at SLBN Merangin. This type of research uses an experimental method using the Single Subject Research (SSR) research method, the design used is the Multiple-Baseline Across-Behaviors Design. Data collection techniques using observation and video recording. The data analysis technique uses analysis in conditions and analysis between conditions. In the form of graphic analysis, the results of economic research are effective in reducing aggressive behavior in ADHD children at SLBN Merangin.

Abstract

This research was carried out at the Batu Bara State Special School with the subject of the study, a class II autistic child who had excessive tantrums. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Time Out technique can be effective in reducing tantrum behavior in children with autism. This study used the Single Subject Research (SSR) method at SLB Negeri Batu Bara Medan with the A-B-A research procedure consisting of a alkaline condition (A1), an intervention condition (B) and a saline condition (A2). The implementation of this research was carried out as many as 17 times observations. In the A1 condition five times with the child's tantrums decreasing at the first meeting 15 times and stable in the last three meetings 13 times. Followed by the intervention condition (B) with 7 meetings where the child's tantrum behavior also decreased, at the first meeting in the intervention condition 10 times, the second 9 times, third and fourth 8 times and stable in the last three meetings 7 times, as for the child's condition on the A2 baseline, namely at the first meeting 7 times, the second 6 times and stable in the last three meetings with 5 tantrums. Based on these data, the Time Out technique has proven successful in reducing tantrum behavior in children with Class II Autism Spectrum Disorder at SLB Negeri Batu Bara Medan. Abstract

Visually impaired children generally have problems in social behavior, one of which is being very closed and quiet in the school environment. Based on the results of the assessment carried out, 2 visually impaired children were found in inclusive schools who had low social behavior. The purpose of this study is to test the effectiveness of positive reinforcement techniques in improving the social behavior of visually impaired children. The variables in this study are positive reinforcement techniques and social behavior of visually impaired children. This study uses a type of quantitative research through the Single Subject Research (SSR) approach. The research design used in this study is a multiple baseline cross subjects design. The research subjects were 2 visually impaired children in class XI at SMK Negeri 7 Padang. Data is collected through observation and tests. The data collection tool in this study is in the form of a social behavior assessment instrument. The data was analyzed using visual graphs consisting of in-condition analysis and inter-condition analysis. The results of the study showed an increase in social behavior in blind children in inclusion schools. This study uses positive reinforcement techniques in improving effective social behavior to be applied to blind children in inclusion schools.
