Abstract

Forging is a metal processing process by changing its shape in a hot state with a punch system. Some of the forging products produced by the blacksmith industry such as machetes, knives, hoes, dodos, household, agricultural, and equipment for agricultural and plantation products. But now the existence of the blacksmith industry has begun to fade because of the proliferation of manufactured products. The traditional blacksmith business that was pioneered in the village of Blang Berdang, Johan Pahlawan District, West Aceh Regency, Pande Besi UDM Service. Regency. West Aceh. which has been passed on to the third generation which is managed from generation to generation to get the iron processing skills obtained from his parents. the use of this tool to facilitate the community in the productivity of blacksmiths technologically in West Aceh. The results of iron forging can increase marketing and promotion for their work so that the product can be accepted by traditional and modern markets. From the description above, it is necessary to manufacture a Pneumatic Power Forging Hammer Machine to Increase the Productivity of Traditional Blacksmiths in West Aceh and assistance in Product Promotion so that their products can be sold throughout Indonesia.

Abstract

Students who succeed in physics olympiad are students who are able to compete in solving problems in the olympiad. Therefore, it is necessary to provide guidance and assistance to students, which aims to increase students' reasoning power so that maximum results are achieved. The method used in this coaching and mentoring is the drill method, which is intensive mentoring that aims to develop students' reasoning power. There are stages that are passed in this mentoring and coaching, namely the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. The result of this coaching and mentoring is that there is an increase in students' abilities, that is, from good times the tests are carried out there is a significant increase in student abilities. In the first test students can only answer 14 questions or less than 75% of the total 20 questions given. In the second test and so on, it continued to increase. In the sixth test the questions answered correctly reached 90% and even almost 100%.

Abstract

Inkubator merupakan salah satu penerapan secara tidak langsung energy panas untuk menetaskan telur puyuh sebagai pengganti induknya, daya tetas induk alami mencapai 90% sedangkan daya tetas dengan incubator mencapai 70% sampai dengan 80%. Dari pengamatan dan analisa hasil pengujian, variasi bola lampu dan daya yang digunakan sangat mmpengaruhi temperature ruangan incubator. Pengujian menggunakan empat lampu dengan daya 160 watt, enam lampu dengan daya 130 watt, dua lampu dengan daya 120 watt, empat lampu dengan daya 100 watt dan menggunakan menggunakan delapan lampu dengan daya 80 watt kurang efisien karena temparatur yang dihasilkan berkisar antara 40 0C sampai dengan 41,5 0C, kemudian pada pengujian menggunakan enam lampu dengan daya 90 watt temperature yang dihasilkan sangat seragam berkisar antara 39 0C sampai dengan 40 0C sehingga sudah sangat efisien unuk dilakukan pengujian penetasan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, inkubator kecil dengan asumsi daya 60 watt yang digunakan selama 20 hari untuk menetaskan 78 butir telur puyuh membutuhkan energi total sekitar 28,8 kWh, atau 0,37 kWh per butir telur.Tingkat daya tetas yang diperoleh sebesar 78%, masih di bawah penetasan alami (±90%), namun sudah sesuai dengan kisaran inkubator skala rumah tangga (70–80%). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem inkubator sudah cukup baik, tetapi masih perlu peningkatan efisiensi dan pengaturan suhu agar hasil penetasan lebih optimal.
