Abstract

Kemasan merupakan salah satu hal penting dalam melakukan penjualan dan pemasaran produk. Desain kemasan yang baik akan menjadi daya tarik konsumen untuk minat terhadap suatu produk. Semakin tinggi minat konsumen maka semakin tinggi penjualan. Asosiasi UMKM Sidayu merupakan perkumpulan organisasi UMKM yang ada di Kecamatan Sidayu, Kabupaten Gresik. Salah satu hasil produk unggulan UMKM yaitu kerupuk. Permasalahan yang terjadi bahwa banyak produk yang belum memiliki kemasan yang menarik, salah satunya adalah produk kerupuk tersebut. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pelatihan desain kemasan kepada pelaku UMKM agar mampu meningkatkan penjualan produk. Aplikasi yang digunakan dalam pelatihan desain kemasan yaitu aplikasi canva dan alat yang digunakan yaitu handphone. Program pelatihan ini dilakukan melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat. Hasil dari kegiatan tersebut, yaitu pelaku UMKM mulai mengerti mengenai pentingnya desain kemasan pada produk. Pelaku UMKM mulai mengertu dengan adanya desain kemasan memberikan identitas tentang kepemilikan produk tersebut. Pelaku UMKM juga mulai mengerti serta dapat menggunakan aplikasi canva untuk membuat desain kemasan

Abstract

The industry is growing rapidly, indirectly forcing business actors to pay attention to the quality of the goods they produce during the production process. Companies must maintain the quality of their products because quality affects how satisfied customers are with a product. PT. XYZ is a company engaged in steel construction and fabrication. The problems that often occur are defects such as Overlap welding defects, Porosity welding defects, and unavoidable Cutting process defects. This study aims to determine the level of damage, identify the factors that cause damage and recommend corrective actions. Statistical quality control methods are used to identify the causes of defects in the production process, with statistical tools including: check sheets, histograms, Pareto charts, Control Chart diagrams, and fishbone diagrams. The results showed that product damage or defects were within reasonable limits but corrective action was needed to reduce defects. It can be seen from the Pareto diagram that the Overlap welding defects are 37.5% more than all product defects. Proposed improvements that need to be implemented by the company are cleaning the material before welding, performing treatment on the welding wire according to the Quality Control department's recommendations, checking the machine's stability before use and carrying out machine maintenance once a week.

Abstract

In competition in the industrial world, making quality products is mandatory for companies. The quality of the goods produced must be able to meet consumer desires. The company must also ensure that the production process runs well to produce quality products with an efficient process. This company is a subsidiary of Olympic Grub which is engaged in the manufacture of household furniture with the olymplast brand. the quality control implemented by the company is still not optimal, this is evidenced by the existence of product defects during the production process. Therefore, an analysis was carried out using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method with the aim of knowing the priority of disability problems for further repairs and the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method to get to the root causes that influence the occurrence of defects. From the results of the study it was found that there were types of defects including short, shinkmark, flowmark, and bending with a total of 415 defects. Based on the results of the calculation of the RPN value, the highest value was found for the type of shinemark defect so that it became a top priority in carrying out repairs. Based on this analysis, a search for the root of the problem was carried out using the FTA method, where it was found that there were 3 basic events including operators who did not understand SOPs, machine technology that had not been optimized and various raw materials for making tables where each was classified into 2 root causes for Next, a draft improvement proposal is carried out. Among them are providing machine setting training activities to all production employees, making written SOP, conducting trial errors, checking materials and completeness of tools before the production process.

Abstract

PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang FMGC berlokasi di Kabupaten Gresik .sistem pengukuran kinerja yang dapat digunakan secara kontinyu sangat dibutuhkan Departemen QC Inspector PT XYZ. Peskalaan kinerja Departemen QC Inspector selama ini hanya memakai dua indicator yang akurat secara keseluruhan. Metode Performance Prism dan Analytichal Hierarchy Process digunakan pada penelitian kali ini.Penggunaan Metode Performance Prism pada penelitian ini dimana metode performance prism sebagai penyempurna metode pengukuran kinnerja sebelumnya. Penggunaan metode AHP sebagai pengambilan keputusan. Setelah menggunakan metode performance prism pada penelitian ini diperolah hasil departemen QC Inspector PT XYZ menghasilkan 68 KPI, untuk stakeholder satisfaction 22 KPI,sudut pandang  strategi 10 KPI, sudut pandang  proses 10 KPI, sudut pandang  kapabilitas 10 KPI, stakeholder contribution 18 KPI. Menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) menghasilkan stakeholder satisfaction memiliki tingkat kepentingan tertinggi pada departemen QC Inspector PT XYZ. Melihat hasil dari pengukuran kinerja dari penelitiasn ini bisa dijadikan pedoman oleh perusahaan untuk memperbaiki kinerja agar menjadi lebih baik dan optimal

Abstract

Assessing service quality is one effective strategy for staying ahead of competitors in the field of service, especially customer satisfaction. Consumers who are pleased with the services provided by a business are more inclined to return and use the services of other companies. In this study, the service quality technique is used to examine the goals or gaps that exist between consumer expectations and customer satisfaction. This service quality analysis may be used to assess the value of interest or the gap between expectations and customer satisfaction for each feature. This survey comprised 100 people who used company services between January and November of 2022. According to the study results, all attributes on each dimension have a positive gap value, suggesting that the company's services are satisfactory. According to the dimensions, responsiveness with a gap value of 0.5475, reliability with a gap value of 0.5220, tangibles with a gap value of 0.4960, assurance with a gap value of 0.4920, and empathy with a gap value of 0.4833 have the best gap to the initial rejection. The responsiveness dimension of characteristic C4, which is the availability of people necessary to execute repairs, is the most impacting part of service quality at PT. Destini Maritime Safety.

Abstract

AbstactPT Petrokimia Gresik is a fertilizer manufacturer assigned by the Government to produce and distribute subsidized and non-subsidized fertilizers. The NPK 3 unit is the place where production be held. However, within March - June 2019 there was significant amount of decreasing fertilizer production caused by Rotary equipment malfunction. This occurrence caused unscheduled shutdown. PT Petrokimia Gresik experienced loss in many breakdown units. The objection of this study is to determine the factors causing the breakdown of 18C3101-2 blower engine in NPK 3 unit and to create the most effective solution to be applied while overcoming the 18C3101-2 blower engine breakdown in the NPK 3 unit. Problem of this study is what caused a breakdown of the 18C3101-2 blower engine in the NPK unit. This research applies the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) method. The result shows that using the Fishbone Diagram approach figuring out the main problem caused troubleshooting of 18C3101-2 blower engine due to a clogged spray nozzle, the main cause of a clogged spray nozzle was the initial setting of spray nozzle pipe installation inefficient. Keywords: Rotary equipment, unschedule shutdown, Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Abstract

             PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan petrokimia dengan kegiatan utamanya memproduksi 2-EH, Iso Butanol , N-Butanol memiliki 3 tahapan proses, mulai dari area produksi. Pada tahun 2021 terdapat 6 kasus kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi dalam aktivitas perusahaan. Metode Hazard Identification, Risk Assesment, and Risk Control (HIRARC) digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji risiko. Memanfaatkan metode Job Safety Analysis (JSA) pada tahap identifikasi bahaya pada penelitian ini. Risiko terhadap bahaya yang telah diidentifikasi akan dievaluasi berdasarkan kemungkinan dan tingkat keparahannya, yang akan menentukan tingkat risiko. Berdasarkan penilaian risiko, potensi bahaya dikategorikan menjadi 4 level, yaitu low risk, medium risk, high risk dan extreme risk. Pada saat aktivitas proses produksi ditemukan potensi bahaya pada setiap langkah. terdapat 27 aktivitas berbahaya mulai dari level risiko rendah hingga sangat berisiko. Ada 5 jenis aktivitas yang menjadi fokus utama yaitu penggunaan pesawat angkut, mengoperasikan additional LPG, unloading PPL via ISOTANK dan loading iso butanol ke ISOTANK. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada proses produksi dapat diketahui 18 potensi bahaya, 3 kategori risiko sangat tinggi, 2 kategori risiko tinggi, 7 kategori risiko sedang, 6 kategori risiko rendah. Rekomendasi pengendalian bahaya adalah Pemutakhiran identifikasi bahaya, dan pengendalian harus sering dilakukan. Karena potensi bahaya bisa terjadi jika tidak mengupgrade alat dan proses kerja. Diperlukan sosialisasi penerapan kebijakan K3 secara rutin dan berkesinambungan sampai ke tingkat paling bawah.

Abstract

Quality of service as one of the efforts of PT. Era Krazu Energi Nusantara to continuously improve the quality of all processes, services and products produced. Based on the results of interviews with customers, complaints related to service quality and customer satisfaction are influenced by several factors, apart from product quality and price, the most important of which are service quality and personal factors that annoy individual customers. The results of the study using the Service Quality and Importance Performance Analysis methods, on the quality of service, it is known that there are several attributes indicating that the current quality of service is still not as expected by customers. Based on the calculation of Gap 5 from the service quality questionnaire, the highest results were obtained and had an effect on service quality, namely attribute X4 with a gap value of -0.33823, which is a strategic location attribute. Based on Importance Performance Analysis, the highest value is obtained from the attribute value in quadrant I at X7 (Employees' willingness to handle complaints quickly), and X11 (Employees are honest with consumers).

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh 6 prinsip Sistem Manajemen Anti Penyuapan ISO 37001:2016 yaitu prosedur, komitmen pimpinan, manajemen risiko, uji kepatutan, komunikasi, serta monitoring dan evaluasi berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kesadaran anti suap di PT XYZ. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel berjumlah 62 karyawan PT XYZ yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) yang dipakai untuk menjawab hipotesis dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa prosedur berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap peningkatan kesadaran anti suap, komitmen pimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap peningkatan kesadaran anti suap, manajemen risiko berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap peningkatan kesadaran, uji kepatutan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap peningkatan kesadaran anti suap, komunikasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap peningkatan kesadaran anti suap, serta monitoring dan evaluasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap peningkatan kesadaran anti suap.

Abstract

PT. ABC is a company that has a cooking oil production business. In order to remain competitive with similar companies, the quality of the product must be maintained and improved. One of the problems of PT. ABC is the existence of leakage in the pillow pack packaging. The Six Sigma method can be used to identify the triggers for the leaking. This community service activity provides suggestions for improving the pillow pack cooking oil packaging process so that the amount of leaking can be reduced. Proposals are prepared by identifying the packaging process with reference to the Six Sigma method assisted by several statistical tools (check sheets, stratification, Pareto diagrams as well as fishbone diagrams). It was found that the highest leakage occurred on the horizontal side of the pillow pack (55%). On the basis of these findings, the proposed improvements lead to making a machine repair schedule at certain hours and then carrying out maintenance on the filling machine.
