Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan dalam mengungkap bagaimana pengaruh literasi kewirausahaan, ekspektasi pendapatan dan aktualisasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Makassar. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui pengamatan, penyebaran kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Jumlah sampel adalah 96 responden yang diambil dari mahasiswa FEB UNM. Analisis yang digunakan yakni analisis regresi linier berganda. Abstract

Experiential learning dapat digunakan dalam pendidikan anak usia dini melalui kegiatan bermain yang menarik, nyaman, aman, dan menyenangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi model experiential learning pada anak usia dini sebagai upaya untuk mengembangkan karakter kewirausahaan berbasis budaya lokal. Pendekatan penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Informan penelitian adalah guru pendidikan anak usia dini yang berjumlah 4 orang dan peserta didik pada jenjang anak usia dini yang berjumlah 43 peserta didik. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data tematik. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi experiential learning berbasis budaya lokal melalui permainan tradisional congklak dapat membentuk karakter kewirausahaan. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah karakter kewirausahaan dapat dibangun sejak usia dini melalui pengalaman langsung yang dialami oleh anak

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui modal kewirausahaan yang dimiliki pemilik usaha dan strategi bersaing yang diterapkan pada usaha kuliner “Ceker Sayap Makassar”. Penelitian ini dikategorikan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemilik usaha kuliner “Ceker Sayap Makassar” memiliki 4 jenis modal kewirausahaan diantaranya adalah modal intelektual, modal sosial, modal mental, dan modal material. Selain itu usaha kuliner “Ceker Sayap Makassar” juga menerapkan 2 jenis strategi bersaing yaitu Cost Leadership (strategi biaya rendah) dan Differentiation (diferensiasi) dimana hasil dari analisis SWOT yang telah dilakukan, terdapat empat pilihan strategi untuk usaha kuliner “Ceker Sayap Makassar” yang terdiri dari strengths opportunities (SO), weakness opportunities (WO), Strenghts threats (ST), dan weakness threats (WT). Kata Kunci: Ekonomi Kreatif, Modal Kewirausahaan, Strategi Bersaing, SWOT.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strategi pemasaran yang tepat dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan pada Usaha Mikro Kecil (Studi Kasus Pengrajin Batu Tatakkan Di Dusun Tampung Cinae Kecamatan Tanete Riaja Kabupaten Barru) di  Kabupaten Barru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi terhadap objek penelitian yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis SWOT. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang dilakukan oleh Usaha mikro kecil Pengrajin Batu tatakan di Dusun Tamping Cinae sesuai dengan analisis SWOT yang berada padakuadran I, yaitu Agresif dengan penerapan strategi ( growth oriented strategy )yang merupakan situasi yang sangat menguntungkan dengan penerapan melalui Strategi Pemasaran. Sehingga strategi ini dimungkinkan untuk terusmenjalankan ekspansi, memperbesar pertumbuhan dan meraih kemajuan secara maksimal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the comparison of academic achievement between students receiving Bidikmisi scholarships and non-Bidikmisi students in the economic education study program majoring in economics, Makassar State University. This study uses a comparative design with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 330 students of economic education study program class 2017, 2018 and 2019 and obtained a sample of 34 Bidimisi students and 34 non Bidikmisi students. Data collection using questionnaire distribution. The analysis technique used is a comparative analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the academic achievement of Bidikmisi students in the economic education study program majoring in economics, Makassar State University is higher than that of non Bidikmisi students, although only slightly. In using the comparison test, there is a difference in academic achievement between students receiving the Bidikmisi scholarship and non-Bidikmisi scholarship recipients, but it is not significant.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine creativity, innovation, and business success: a case study on a traditional Japanese culinary business during the covid 19 pandemic. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants were determined based on the criteria determined by the researcher, namely the Japanese seller in Pamboang, Majene. The results of this study indicate that the creativity and innovation of Japanese sellers are very helpful in achieving business success during the covid 19 pandemic. The potential of traditional Japanese culinary sellers in Paboang District, Majene in increasing business success is very demanding in creating creativity and innovation. This gives the ability of traditional Japanese culinary sellers in Paboang District, Majene to compete during the covid 19 pandemic. Creativity and innovation that is currently owned can continue to be developed so that business success continues to increase.Keywords:Creativity, Innovation, Business Success

Abstract

The focus of this research is the development of an integrated management information system for UNM research institutions. The aim of this research is to develop an integrated information system to improve and assist the performance of UNM research institutions. This type of research is research and development (Research and Development), with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The planned research will develop an integrated management information system that can be implemented to support performance at UNM research institutions.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan e-marketing dalam mendukung penjualan produk kerajinan home industry R-Craft Kecamatan Tallo, Kota Makassar. Informan yang diambil dalam penelitian ini yaitu Ibu Fatriani selaku pemilik rumah produksi R-Craft dan bapak Muh. Yunus selaku suami Ibu Fatriani. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-marketing yang digunakan Ibu Fatriani melalui media sosial seperti Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram dan Toko pedia. Sangat berperan dalam mendukung penjualan produknya diantaranya dengan e-marketing dapat menemukan consumer baru, dapat membagikan informasi, meningkatkan penjualan, keamanan dalam menggunakan e-marketing, menghemat biaya dan tenaga dan dapat melakukan respon langsung.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a way or effort to take advantage of opportunities by applying innovation in business development. This research aims to determine the development of culinary variants on consumer satisfaction in the Baked Steamed Bread Business in managing the business so that it is able to compete and survive in running the business. This research uses quantitative methods. The research in the article shows the results of a simple linear regression analysis which proves that product innovation has an effect on consumer satisfaction at the Baked Steamed Bread Business in Bajeng District. This can be seen from the constant value of 23,156 and the X regression coefficient value of 0.471, which states that the consumer satisfaction value has increased by 0.471. This means that the direction of influence of variable X on Y is positive

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine parents' expectations of children's education in the perspective of economic education in Beroanging Village, West Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency, South Sulawesi Province. This study is a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. The informants in this study were parents who had school-age children at the elementary, junior high, high school, and university levels which were determined purposively based on the criteria of parents who had a high level of economic status but low education, parents who had a high level of education, and elderly who have a low level of education and social status. The results of this study indicate that parents' expectations of children's education in the perspective of economic education in Beroanging Village are divided into three, namely the expectations of parents who consider education as an investment are parents who have a low level of education but a high level of economic status, expectations of education as an economic good or consumption are parents who have a low level of education and economic status, and the expectation of education as a consumption good as well as an investment is parents with a high level of education.Keywords: Ekspektasi Orang Tua, Pendidikan Anak, Pendidikan Ekonomi Informal
