Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the holders of roles in Indonesia's economic growth. One of the active MSME sectors in Bojonegoro Regency is a food and beverage business in Bojonegoro Subdistrict with a small business scale. Small businesses have an important role in increasing the performance of MSMEs, namely through training and mentoring. This study aims to examine the effect of training and mentoring of the Department of Trade, Cooperatives, and Micro Enterprises on the performance of MSMEs in the Bojonegoro Regency. The research sample amounted to 91 food and beverage business actors in Bojonegoro Subdistrict with a simple random sampling technique. Data was collected through a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Testing the validity and reliability of the questionnaire was carried out first. In testing the hypothesis through the SEM PLS analysis method, it can be seen that the t-test, p-values, and original sample show that training and mentoring have a significant and positive influence on the performance of MSMEs, where the research hypothesis can be accepted. Based on the results of R2, 99% of MSME performance is influenced by training and mentoring.

Abstract

This study is useful in knowing the influence of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in employees. The population for this study is all workers of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI are 173 people with a total of 63 respondents. This study uses quantitative methods carried out at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI and used a technique for data collection by proportional random sampling. With the collection of data through observation, interviews and questionnaires. From the results of this study, it is found that if organizational culture has a positive and insignificant influence on OCB, it can be concluded that a high level of good organizational culture cannot increase the level of OCB. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on OCB, it can be concluded that high organizational commitment can increase OCB well.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine variable of Organizational Culture, and Competence have effect on Employee Performance by Motivation Variables at Department of Library and Archives East Java. This research uses quantitative approach and the method used is descriptive method, data collection techniques and field research consisting of observation, interview, and questionnare distributed to the respondents by google form. The population in this study used employee of Department of Library and Archive East Java. The sampling in this study used nonprobability sampling using a purposive sampling approach as much a 54 employees. This study analyzed using Smart Partial Last Square. The result of this study shows that Organizational Culture have Affect on Employee Performance, Competence does not have affect on employee performance, Organizational culture have affect on Motivation, Competence have affect on Motivation, Motivation have affect on employee Performance, Motivation can mediate Organizational Culture on Employee performance, and Motivation can’t mediate competence on employee performance at Department of Library and Archives East Java.

Abstract

In this era, with the era of globalization, of course, it is very necessary for quality human resources who have quality accompanied by success for the achievement of the company, of course, it cannot be separated from the quality of the employees or human resources in the company. There is a decrease in employee performance due to work discipline problems and the work environment in the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment variables on worker performance through motivation on CV. APT. The study method used for data collection is by distributing questionnaires and using saturated sampling technique. The population for this study is workers at CV. APT with 52 employees. Methods for data collection using the method of distributing questionnaires. The technique for data analysis used in this study is using PLS. Work Discipline is proven to be able to provide a good contribution to the work motivation of workers, the work environment cannot prove if it can provide a good contribution to the work motivation of workers, work discipline can prove to be able to provide a good contribution to the performance of workers, Work Environment not proven to be able to make a good contribution to employee performance, work motivation is proven to be able to make a good contribution to employee performance, work discipline is not proven to be able to make a good contribution to performance through work motivation of workers, work environment is not proven to be unable to make a significant contribution good performance through the Work Motivation of the workers.

Abstract

Perkembangan motorik merupakan sesuatu proses kemasakan atau gerak yang langsung melibatkan otot-otot untuk bergerak dan proses pensyarafan yang menjadi seseorang mampu menggerakkan tubuhnya. WHO menyatakan 20-40% bayi mengalami keterlambatan, sedangkan Indonesia mencapai angka 16%. Salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pada perkembangan motorik adalah dengan melakukan baby spa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat bahwa treatment yang dilakukan dapat meningkatkan perkembangan motorik bayi usia 3-6 bulan di Puskesmas Deket Lamongan.Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Pre-Eksperimen Design dengan rancangan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua bayi dengan usia 3-6 bulan dengan tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Non Probability Sampling yang dipilih secara Perposive Sampling yang terdiri dari 30 responden. Variabel yang diukur dalam penelitian ini adalah perkembangan motorik bayi. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji wilcoxon signed rank test (a<0,05).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perkembangan bayi sesudah dilakukan baby spa lebih tinggi dari pada sebelum baby spa. dengan nilai p=0,003. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Hipotesa diterima berarti ada pengaruh baby spa terhadap perkembangan motorik bayi.Disarankan kepada tenaga kesehatan untuk mengembangkan promosi dan edukasi tentang baby spa kepada masyarakat khususnya pada orang tua untuk meningkatkan perkembangan motorik bayi.

Abstract

Iklim Organisasi dan Kesiapan Berubah ialah termasuk faktor yang memberikan pengaruh untuk Perilaku Inovatif. Studi ini berguna untuk melakukan analisis adanya pengaruh dari Iklim Organisasi serta Kesiapan Berubah akan Perilaku Inovatif Guru SMPN 20 Gresik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah total keseluruhan Guru di SMPN 20 Gresik yang berjumlah 46 orang, Teknik untuk pengambilan sampel dalam studi memakai sampling secara jenuh ialah teknik dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan seluruh anggota dari populasi dijadikan sampel. Jumlah sampel dengan jumlah 46 orang. Pada studi ini untuk metode yang dipakai menggunakan kuantitatif serta teknik analisis data memakai PLS. Perolehan studi bisa disimpulkan jika Iklim Organisasi mempunyai pengaruh secara Negatif akan Perilaku inovatif Guru SMP 20 Gresik serta Kesiapan Berubah mempunyai pengaruh secara positif akan perilaku inovatif Guru SMPN 20 Gresik. Abstract

The learning interests of SD Negeri 1 Bendoagung students varied, but when seen from the observations, most students were not very interested in the learning process. This problem occurs because there is a lack of use of interesting learning media and makes students happy. The purpose of this study is to prove whether the online game media Wordwall can increase students' interest in learning. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This study involved 13 students. The methods used were direct observation, questionnaires, and documentation used to collect data. The results showed that in the first cycle the interest in learning in the very good category was only 38.46%, so that students who got in the good category reached 61.53%. In cycle II, students' interest in learning increased to 23.08%, students who were very good became 84.61% and students who were good decreased to 15.38%. This data shows that wordwall is an online game media that is able to increase students' interest in PPKN subjects at SD Negeri 1 Bendoagung.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which are active in the world of handicrafts in the Sentul Village area are one of the community service partners. Through changes in the 4.0 revolution which is accompanied by changes in digitalization through the development of technology and information. Adaptation of changes to MSMEs is also needed in the modernization of digitalization by implementing various innovations. The existence of innovation from various technologies and information is what helps MSMEs to keep moving in increasing consumers, namely with digital marketing. The method used in community service activities in the Sentul sub-district is a qualitative approach as well as the socialization and implementation of MSMEs assistance. The results of this activity are services in creating business accounts on digital media such as Instagram, Tiktok, shopee accounts, with optimal management of digital media, as well as making product photos.

Abstract

The activity of optimizing the utilization of moringa leaves as an additional food source in Randuputih Village has become a strategic solution to improve the nutritional status of the community, reduce the incidence of stunting, and alleviate hunger in support of achieving Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 2. This initiative is carried out by students from the Community Service Program (KKNT) Group 1 at UPN "Veteran" East Java, Field Supervisors (DPL), and in collaboration with the National Population and Family Planning Board (BKKBN) of East Java Province. The target of the activity is 25 households participating in the Posyandu (integrated health post) in Randuputih Village. The form of optimizing the utilization of moringa leaves includes enhancing moringa production, disseminating information about the benefits of moringa leaves, and promoting the consumption of diverse, nutritious, balanced, and safe food (B2SA). Based on the mentoring results, there was a 50% increase in the knowledge of the participating mothers. Through these outcomes, it is expected that the mothers in Randuputih Village can apply the knowledge gained to improve nutritional status and reduce the incidence of stunting in the community.

Abstract

Currently, the business platform model is experiencing rapid development, one of which is in the health sector. The purpose of establishing a platform is to make it easier for consumers to be able to exchange value with one another. The idea for the Beaudy beauty business platform model is to help customers solve their skin problems. Customers who have problems in conducting skin care consultations, starting from price consultations tend to be expensive and don't have time to go to a beauty clinic. So that the results of the validation of the solutions carried out to the informants were the idea of a Beaudy web-based beauty business platform model that could help and answer the problems they were experiencing. These results indicate that Beaudy can be an intermediary teleconsultation medium between consumers and beauty clinics.
