Abstract

The proficiency in the English language has become a crucial factor in facing the competition in the era of globalization. PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk, through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program entitled “Rumah Pintar Nusantara” actively participates in building and shaping the character of elementary, junior, and high school students in Sawah Baru village, Ciputat sub-district, South Tangerang, Indonesia to be globally competitive. The implementation involves the engagement of MSIB interns as mentors in the teaching process. Employing a mentoring approach based on the utilization of songs and ice breaking, it is anticipated that this method creates an enjoyable learning atmosphere for the students. The outcomes of this community engagement demonstrate the students’ high enthusiasm in comprehending the learning materials and achieving a better understanding

Abstract

Early childhood education is one of the appropriate institutions to support child development. This type of research uses quasi experimental or quasi-experimental. The study population was 70 children consisting of Kindergarten A, Kindergarten B. The sampling technique used a Probability sampling technique, namely saturated samples or often referred to as total sampling, where the experimental class was taken randomly. The data collection instruments used observation guidelines, documentation and data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of this study indicate a significant influence between role playing methods and children's social abilities. This can be seen from the average value of children's social abilities before and after being treated is from 6.4 to 13.867. This is also evidenced from the results of hypothesis testing where Tcount> T table, namely 5.797> 1.701

Abstract

The knowledge of post partum mothers about the benefits of colostrum is very important. Colostrum is the best nutrition for babies because the composition of nutrients in it is optimally able to guarantee the growth of the baby's body. The quality of nutrients is also best because it is easily absorbed and digested by the baby's intestines. The results of the initial survey found that most post partum mothers did not give colostrum. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of knowledge of post partum mothers about the benefits of colostrum with the administration of colostrum in newborns at the Polindes of Karangwedoro Village, Turi District, Lamongan Regency in May-June 2018. This type of research is analytic with cross sectional approach. The number of population in this study is the population of post partum mothers as many as 30 post partum mothers

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of hard skills and soft skills on student job readiness at a private economics and business faculty in Surabaya. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The subjects were students who were active in organizations and had participated in internship programs. The sample size was 60 students (Class of 2021). Purposive sampling was used because the subjects had certain characteristics that matched the research objectives. Based on these criteria, the study respondents consisted of 37 students majoring in management and 23 students majoring in accounting. Data analysis was performed using the partial least squares (PLS) method. The results showed that hard skills and soft skills have a positive and significant influence on student job readiness.

Abstract

Entering the era of digitalization, companies are required to work efficiently and effectively, including the Wood Processing Company in Bojonegoro, a premium wood flooring export company based in Bojonegoro that was established in 1985. The company focuses on producing high-quality teak and merbau wood flooring to meet the market's need for aesthetic and durable products. However, in recent months, the company has faced a decline in production performance which is mainly influenced by human resource problems. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and work environment on the performance of the production team of a Timber Export Company.The research uses a saturated sampling method, where all members of the population are sampled. Thus, the research respondents were the entire production team of 44 people. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity, reliability, and data processing tests with SmartPLS. The results of the study show that leadership has a significant positive influence on employee performance. In addition, the work environment has also been proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of compensation and the implementation of occupational health and safety (K3) on employee performance at PT. XYZ. This study employed a quantitative approach, with a population and sample size of 52 production employees. Primary data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to employees in the production department. The data analysis approach used was Partial Least Squares (PLS). The research findings confirm that compensation and the implementation of OHS have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. This suggests that strengthening the compensation system and implementing OHS consistently and firmly can spur improvements in overall employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of ability and work experience on employee performance at PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras. The population in this study were all employees of PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras, a total of 197 employees. By using the slovin formula, the number of samples used in this study were 66 respondents from 5 divisions. Sampling using probability sampling technique, using proportional random sampling method. The research method used in this study was interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS) with an ordinal measurement scale via a Likert scale. The research results show that; (ability has an impact on employee performance (2) experience has no impact on employee performance because the company's targets have been met but not followed by the results of good performance appraisal indicators

Abstract

The research findings show that honorary employees of the Takalar Regency Civil Service Police Unit have a low level of organizational commitment, which has a negative impact on organizational effectiveness. The main objective of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between organizational culture and employee organizational commitment at the Civil Service Police Unit Office in Takalar Regency. This study uses a quantitative research methodology and a case study approach, with a sample size of 96 respondents obtained through a saturated sampling technique. The research data were collected through an online survey questionnaire using a Likert scale, and then analyzed using Partial Least Squares. The results revealed that organizational culture does not have a statistically significant direct effect on employee organizational commitment. However, organizational culture is proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction is proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment. In addition, the findings indicate that job satisfaction can function as an effective mediator, influencing the relationship between organizational culture and employee organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Surabaya Expedition Gallery. This study uses a quantitative approach using SmartPLS software to analyze. The study population was 39 employees and the sampling technique used the saturated sample method because all members of the population were used, namely 39 respondents. Data collection was carried out through interviews, surveys and questionnaires. Data analysis includes validity and reliability tests, R-Square tests, and bootstrapping hypothesis tests. The results showed that organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Surabaya Expedition Gallery.

Abstract

Managing talented employees is important to encourage companies to compete domestically and internationally. Likewise, knowledge can increase employees to be more productive so as to achieve maximum performance. The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of Talent Management and Knowledge Management on the performance of employees of PT Angkasa Pura I Juanda Surabaya, which is engaged in airports. This research uses a quantitative approach that applies questionnaires and interviews as data collection techniques. The population studied amounted to 52 supervisors and the sampling method used a saturation sampling approach. The analysis technique applied in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results in this research indicate that Talent Management and Knowledge Management contribute positively to the performance of employees of PT Angkasa Pura I Juanda Surabaya.
