Abstract

Research Problems: In Indonesia, data on the motor skills index of futsal players aged 9–12 years is still very limited. This is also reflected at the Kuantanamo Futsal Academy, which does not yet have a measurable motor skills evaluation system based on sports science. The lack of standardized data is a major obstacle in designing effective, long-term training programs. Research Objective: This study aims to evaluate the gross motor skills of futsal players at the Kuantanamo Futsal Academy as a basis for planning training programs. Methods: This study used a non-experimental research design with a quantitative descriptive approach. The sampling technique used was total sampling, involving 20 students from the Kuantanamo Futsal Academy. The instruments used were TGMD-3 for locomotor skills and control objects. The data collection technique used a test technique, and this study used a quantitative descriptive data analysis technique based on percentages to interpret the results of gross motor skill measurements. Results: The results showed that the locomotor score had an average value of 42 (SD=4; Min=35; Max=48), while the control object score had an average value of 47 (SD=4; Min=39; Max=58). The GMQ assessment showed an average of 22 (SD=3; Min=16; Max=28), which was close to the average value in the TGMD-3 norm, where most players were in the very superior motor index category with a score of 95%, with a tendency for control object values to be higher than locomotor values. The balance and agility components showed low to moderate values, indicating the need to improve the basic motor training program. These findings confirm that although control object abilities are relatively good, imbalances in locomotor, balance, and agility aspects can hinder long-term performance if not immediately intervened. Conclusion: In conclusion, the motor training of futsal players at this stage needs to be directed more systematically to support the development of performance, especially in playing futsal optimally. In closing, further research is recommended to test the effectiveness of FMS-based or sport science training programs so that skill development programs can be designed to be more targeted, adaptive to the needs of participants, and contribute to improving the effectiveness of long-term training.

Abstract

Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) plays a crucial role in realizing the educational role and improving students' physical fitness, motor skills, knowledge, healthy and active lifestyles, sportsmanship, and emotional intelligence. However, teacher professionalism is not yet optimal and still requires guidance and direction to achieve learning programs. Furthermore, PJOK teachers are unable to meet or are categorized as not meeting the basic competency requirements in the curriculum. Therefore, the community service team's targeted solution to address the challenges faced by PJOK teachers is to provide training on developing evaluation rubrics. This resulted in an evaluation rubric for the knowledge and skills components. Each basic competency is described, and each component contains several indicators included in the evaluation rubric. The methods used in this community service include lectures, discussions, practice, outcome measurement, and follow-up. The partner in this community service is the Surabaya Community Service Group (KKG). The product of this activity is a completed evaluation rubric that can be applied by teachers based on their needs and implemented in PJOK learning. Meanwhile, the outputs of this community service activity include ISSN journal articles, mass media publications, intellectual property rights, and community service products.

Abstract

Pembinaan atlet bola voli pada fase Training to Train memerlukan evaluasi kondisi fisik yang objektif, khususnya pada komponen power otot tungkai dan lengan. Selama ini, instrumen pengukuran yang digunakan pelatih masih cenderung umum dan belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan karakteristik gerak bola voli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan memvalidasi instrumen tes Run Off and Board Jump dan Medicine Ball Throw sebagai alat ukur power otot tungkai dan lengan atlet bola voli fase Training to Train. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development dengan model 4D, yaitu Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 55 atlet bola voli usia 12–16 tahun di Active Movement Volleyball School Kabupaten Malang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, validasi ahli, serta tes dan pengukuran. Analisis data menggunakan validasi ahli dan korelasi Product Moment Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen Run Off and Board Jump memperoleh nilai r hitung 0,882 dan Medicine Ball Throw memperoleh nilai r hitung 0,769, lebih besar dari r tabel 0,2732. Uji korelasi dengan instrumen standar juga menunjukkan hubungan tinggi, yaitu 0,668 dan 0,575. Dengan demikian, kedua instrumen dinyatakan valid, layak, praktis, dan dapat digunakan sebagai alat evaluasi power atlet bola voli fase Training to Train.
