Abstract

Pengimplementasian latihan el rondo secara teratur dan sistematis dapat meningkatkan kemampuan keterampilan dasar passing. Penelitian ini mencoba membuktikan bahwa kemampuan passing dapat ditingkatkan secara signifikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas passing siswa Sekolah Sepakbola Brantas U-15 Sumberpucung Kabupaten Malang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakkan Pre-Eksperimental Design dengan desain penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest Design, populasi yang digunakan yaitu siswa Sekolah Sepakbola Brantas U-15 yang berjumlah 50 siswa. Menggunakan teknik pemilihan sampel purposive sampling dan sampel sebanyak 20 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Siswa Sekolah Sepakbola Brantas U-15 Sumberpucung Kabupaten Malang mengalami perubahan peningkatan yang signifikan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dilakukannya latihan el rondo selama 16 kali pertemuan berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan passing siswa. Rata rata nilai passing siswa meningkat ditunjukkan dari hasil rata-rata pretest sebesar 3,10 dan meningkat pada nilai posttest 5,60. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 2,5 poin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan program latihan dengan intensitas yang ditingkatkan secara gradual berkorelasi positif terhadap perkembangan kemampuan passing siswa. Oleh karena itu, implementasi latihan el rondo secara konsisten dan terstruktur diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan keterampilan passing seluruh siswa.

Abstract

One of the needs of every person is physical fitness. A good physical fitness condition is able to strengthen the physique that can support effectively and efficiently and reduce excessive fatigue. The purpose of this study is to examine the level of physical fitness of badminton players PB Ganesha Batu City. Data was collected through a survey design with descriptive quantitative. The subjects used were PB Ganesha badminton players Batu City. The instruments applied were the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI) 10-12 years and observation as a non-test instrument. Data analysis applied descriptive statistics. The results of the analysis of the physical fitness level of badminton players aged 10-12 years PB Ganesha Kota Batu, namely a total of 20 badminton players, there are 9 players in the good category with a percentage of 45% and 11 badminton players in the medium category with a percentage of 55%. In conclusion, the level of physical fitness of badminton players PB Ganesha Batu City at the age of 10-12 years is categorized as moderate, so the advice given is that badminton players are more motivated to improve physical fitness.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the level of basic soccer technique skills in SSB IKC Kota Batu players aged 14 years. The Survey method is the choice in using this research with quantitative descriptive analysis. A total of 28 students of the Iguana Kicker's Club soccer school with a speculation age of 14 years became the subjects in this study. The test instruments used in this study include basic skills in playing soccer, namely: (a) passing and stopping tests, (b) heading tests, (c) dribbling tests, (d) shooting tests. Data collection using test form measurement techniques with observation methods through the stages, namely: planning, implementation, and reporting of research results. Data analysis in this study used descriptive percentage statistics. The results of the basic soccer skill test given to 28 students showed that overall the students' basic soccer technique skills were in the sufficient category. Thus, this study is expected to help coaches in evaluating students who show less than optimal skills on several of these basic technique test instruments.

Abstract

The implementation of a structured and organized circuit training program will yield maximum results in improving cardiovascular endurance. This study focuses on determining the effect of implementing a circuit training program using a ball on improving the cardiovascular endurance of the Porma FC Kota Malang soccer club. This research uses a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The entire study population consisted of 85 Porma FC Kota Malang players with various age characteristics. A sample of 22 players aged 15–16 years was selected using purposive sampling. The Porma FC players underwent circuit training using a ball over 16 sessions. Data collection techniques for this study utilized the Multistage Fitness Test (MFT). The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS version 22 software, showing that the variable obtained a significance level of 0.00 (<0.05), indicating that circuit training using a ball has an effect on the process of improving cardiovascular endurance. The average pretest improvement in endurance was 43.40, and the average posttest improvement was 48.90. It can be concluded that circuit training using a ball has a significant effect on improving the cardiovascular endurance of the Porma FC team.

Abstract

Dalam olahraga futsal, dribbling adalah teknik dasar yang penting untuk memperoleh suatu kemenangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari latihan yang diberikan terhadap keterampilan dribbling futsal.. Berdasarkan observasi awal pada 30 peserta ekstrakurikuler di SMAN 1 Pronojiwo memiliki kemampuan dribbling bola yang kurang, sehingga peneliti memberikan variasi latihan ladder drill dan latihan koordinasi mata-kaki untuk mengetahui apakah kedua jenis latihan ini memberikan pengaruh terhadap keterampilan dribbling. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pretest-posttest design dengan membagi sampel menjadi 2 yaitu kelompok 1 (variasi latihan ladder drill), kelompok 2 (latihan koordinasi mata-kaki) jumlah sampel adalah 30 orang peserta futsal yang diambil emnggunakan teknik total sampling.Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen tes dribbling futsal, yang kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan anlisis univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian variasi latihan ladder drill dan koordinasi mata-kaki mendapatkan nilai signifikansi 0.000, dari hasil sig.(2-tailed)<0,05, yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang antara variasi latihan ladder drill dan latihan koordinasi mata-kaki terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola. Pada uji paired samples t-test yang membandingkan data posttest dari kedua treatment menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara variasi latihan ladder drill dan latihan koordinasi mata-kaki.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kemajuan kehidupan masyarakat secara menyeluruh adalah dengan melalui pembudayaan olahraga baik di perkotaan maupun pedesaan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk membantu merevitalisasi sarana dan prasarana olahraga dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia melalui pembudayaan olahraga sepakbola dan bulutangkis di Desa Wonokerso Kecamatan Pakisaji Kabupaten Malang. Partisipasi aktif masyarakat desa menjadi salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Desa Wonokerso Kabupaten Malang. Alasan menggunakan metode ini adalah menggunakan data interaksi yang dihasilkan dari diskusi, yaitu perangkat Desa Wonokerso dan masyarakat Desa Wonokerso yang memiliki hobi olahraga. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah dengan pemberian bantuan sarana olahraga sepakbola dan bulutangkis kepada perwakilan perangkat desa yang dalam hal ini diwakili oleh masing-masing penanggungjawab cabang olahraga sepakbola dan bulutangkis.

Abstract

Improving dribbling skills can be done with systematic and regular training so as to get maximum results. Training that can be done is zig-zag dribble using a ball. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of zig-zag dribble training on the dribbling skills of the Satria Mandiri Pasuruan futsal team. This research method is Pre-Experimental Design research with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design, the sample in this study used total sampling of 15 futsal players. The intervention given is the provision of zig-zag dribble training for 16 meetings. Data analysis using paired sample t test and the results showed that zig-zag dribble training affects dribbling skills in the Satria Mandiri Pasuruan futsal team. The pretest results showed that 73.3% of futsal players were in the very poor category, while at the time of the posttest it was 46.6% in the very poor category, so it decreased by 26.7%. Providing regular exercise can significantly affect dribbling skills. It is hoped that training can be given regularly to all players in each training program so that it can continue to improve the dribbling skills of the players.

Abstract

Physical fitness is a must for everyone. Maintaining physical fitness can help one's ability to perform physical activities successfully and efficiently without becoming overly tired. The purpose of this research is to ascertain and evaluate the physical fitness level of SMAN 2 Batu futsal extracurricular players. This study aims to determine and assess the level of physical fitness of futsal extracurricular participants of SMAN 2 Batu. This study used a descriptive quantitative survey design. The sample taken was all the population who participated in extracurricular activities totaling 70 futsal extracurricular students. This research instrument used the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI)16-19 years and non-test instruments in the form of observation. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of the research on the survey of the level of physical fitness in futsal extracurricular students at SMAN 2 Batu, namely from a total of 70 student participants, there were 8 students who were in the good category with a percentage of 11.42%, 38 students were in the moderate category with a percentage of 54.28%, 21 students were in the poor category with a percentage of 30%, and 3 students were in the very poor category with a percentage of 4.28%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the level of physical fitness of students participating in extracurricular futsal at SMAN 2 Batu is in the moderate category, the hope of this research is that students are more aware of maintaining physical fitness and can be motivated to improve it.

Abstract

Riset dilaksanakan untuk mengukur tingkat keterampilan dasar bermain futsal anggota ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMP Shalahuddin Kota Malang. Riset ini menggunakakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, melalui survey. Seluruh anggota ekstrakurikuler futsal SMP Shalahuddin Kota Malang sebanyak 20 orang  sebagai subjek. Pengumpulan data riset ini memakai tes keterampilan dasar bermain futsal FIK Jogja  yang dirangkap Dwi Mahendro dkk., data penelitian ini dianalisis memakai statistik deskriptif menggunakan persentase. Hasil riset menerangkan tes keterampilan teknik dasar futsal anggota ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMP Shalahuddin Kota Malang diperoleh hasil tidak ada anak didik (0%) tergolong dalam kriteria baik sekali, 6 anak didik (30%) tergolong kriteria baik, 10 anak didik (50%) tergolong kriteria cukup, 2 anak didik (10%) tergolong dalam kriteria kurang, 2 anak didik (10%) tergolong kriteria kurang sekali. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dalam tes secara keseluruhan tergolong dalam kriteria cukup sebanyak 50%.

Abstract

Implement El Rondo training regularly and systematically to obtain maximum results in improving passing skills. This research aims to analyze the effect of El Rondo training on improving the passing skills of the futsal team at SMAN 3 Nganjuk. This type of research uses a Pre-Experimental Design using a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design with a total population of 20 male futsal players and 18 people were taken as samples, then a simple random sampling technique was used to determine the sample. The futsal team players at SMAN 3 Nganjuk received 16 El Rondo training sessions. The results of data analysis using the Paired Sample T-test show that El Rondo training influences the passing skills of the futsal team players at SMAN 3 Nganjuk. The pretest results showed an average passing skill of 8.56 and a posttest average of 11.56 resulting in an average increase of -3.000. Providing an increasingly structured training program can have an influence on improving passing skills. It is hoped that the El Rondo training program which is given regularly can improve the passing skills of the players.
