Abstract

Program kegiatan perancangan patung landscape berbahan keramik bertema “Ibu Dan Anak Berpanen Jeruk” bertujuan untuk memperkuat potensi desa Selorejo sebagai desa wisata. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui program kemitraan desa PPDM LP2M UM guna mendorong kreativitas masyarakat mitra. Metode pelaksanaan program meliputi persiapan kegiatan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi. (1) Persiapan meliputi koordinasi bersama team pengelola desa wisata setempat guna menghasilkan konsep dan desain rancangan karya patung landscape artistik dengan menggunakan bahan keramik terakota, semen, dan pasir. (2) Pelaksanakan kegiatan meliputi, persiapan alat dan bahan, proses pembuatan karya patung melalui kerja kolaboratif antara team PPDM UM dan team pengelola kawasan wisata desa, hingga proses pemajangan karya atau dispalay di lokasi wisata dan finishing karya. (3). Evaluasi, yakni dengan melakukan kritik timbal balik oleh team PPDM LP2M UM dan dsa mitra terhadap hasil kegiatan kreatif, dan hasil evaluasi digunakan sebagai bahan penyempurnaan. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan satu set karya seni patung landscape yang terpajang di kawasan desa wisata Selorejo kecamatan Dau Kabupaten Malang. .

Abstract

Kecintaan terhadap budaya Nusantara harus tetap ditumbuhkan kepada setiap warga negara Indonesia. Hal ini untuk memperkuat jati diri mereka sebagai bangsa Nusantara agar tidak tercerabut dari akar budayanya. Hal tersebut juga tidak terkecuali kepada para siswa-siswi Sekolah Indonesia Riyadh (SIR) di Arab Saudi. Strategi untuk memberi dorongan rasa cinta tersebut diantaranya melalui kegiatan apresiasi seni dan kreasi seni terhadap seni budaya Nusantara kepada mereka dengan cara seperti yang dilaksanakan pada  program pengabdian masyarakat luar negeri LPPM Universitas Negeri Malang. Untuk mencapai hasil kegiatan tersebut diterapkan metode workshop dan pelatihan yang meliputi metode: (1) Presentasi ceramah dengan menanaman wawasan kepada siswa SIR (Sekolah Indonesia Riyadh, (2) Metode demonstrasi berkreasi seni rupa Nusantara, (3) Diskusi dan evaluasi terhadap hasil kegiatan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan, (4) Analisis hasil kegiatan apresiasi dan kreasi seni rupa Nusantara yang telah dilakukan siswa sebagai sasaran program. Hasil kegiatan ini diharapkan para siswa memiliki pemahaman tentang pentingnya mencintai melalui tindakan apresiasi dan kreasi seni budaya Nusantara sebagai warga Indonesia.  Pada sisi lain mereka memiliki kemampuan dan pengalaman teknis dalam berkreasi, khususnya bidang seni rupa Nusantara yang dicapai melalui kegiatan pelatihan berkreasi seni rupa.

Abstract

The art of ceramic craftsmanship in the Sumbersekar Dau Malang center requires diversification act in product design. This is intended so that the products produced become innovative products and can be adjusted to the trends of the era and the tastes of consumers. To achieve this, press molding techniques and sgraffito ornaments in ceramic production were developed. The method applied in achieving the research purposes is the participatory creative method. The method contains the stages of the participatory creative process, including: a) the implementation team coordinates with program partners for activity implementation plans; b) preparation of tools and materials; c) implementation of participatory creative activities: making print models; reproduction process; making ornaments; smoothing; d) firing and finishing works; e) analysis of participatory creative processes and results in the development of decorative ceramic products. This creative and participatory work produces souvenir ornamental ceramic art products, which include: ornamental ceramic vase products, table accessories, and others. The process and results of this activity are expected to trigger the growth of creativity of local craftsmen, and further improve the creative economic aspects of the craftsmen.

Abstract

A sense of love, belonging and pride in the culture of the Nusantara must still be grown in every Indonesian citizen. This is to strengthen their identity as a Nusantara nation so as not to be uprooted from their cultural roots. This is also no exception for the students of the Riyadh Indonesian School (SIR) in Saudi Arabia. The strategies to encourage this sense of love, belonging and pride include art appreciation activities and art creations for the Nusantara's cultural arts to them in a way that is implemented in the overseas community service program from LPPM State University of Malang. To achieve the results of these activities such as workshops and training methods are applied which include the following methods: (1) The presentation with the theme of fostering insight to SIR students (Sekolah Indonesia Riyadh), (2) The Demonstration method for creating Nusantara fine arts, (3) Discussion and evaluation of the results of activities and implementation of activities, (4) Analysis of the results of appreciation activities and creations of Nusantara fine arts that have been carried out by students as program targets. The results of this activity are expected that the students will have an understanding of the importance of loving through the act of appreciation and creation of Nusantara cultural arts as Indonesians. On the other hand, the students have the ability and technical experience in creating, especially in the field of Nusantara fine arts which is achieved through training activities to create fine arts.

Abstract

Ceramic material landscape statue design process with “Mother and Children Harvesting Oranges” theme has purpose to strengthen Selorejo village potential as tourism village. Activity was done through PPDM LP2M UM Village Partnership Program to drive partner community creativity. Program method includes preparation, application, and evaluation. (1) Preparation includes coordination with local tourism village administrators to produce concept and design of artistic landscape statue artwork by using terracotta ceramic, cement and sand. (2) Application includes preparation of tool and material for statue artwork creation process through collaborative work between PPDM UM team and village tourism administrator team, until displaying process in tourism object and artwork finishing. (3) evaluation is by searching feedback critics by PPDM LP2M UM team and village partner to the creative activity, and this evaluation result is used as improvement tool. This activity produce one set of landscape statue artwork which displayed in Selorejo tourism village region which is located in Dau subdistrict, Malang regency.
