Abstract

Al-Quran adalah pedoman hidup umat islam. Di dalamnya mengandung aqidah, syariah dan akhlak. Al-Quran juga merupakan sumber ilmu pengetahuan. Banyak pengetahuan yang bersumber dari Al-Quran bertujuan untuk memberi pemahaman kepada manusia. Agama islam memerintahkan agar umatnya wajib menuntut ilmu. Semua ilmu tersebut berpangkal dari Al-Quran dan bermuara pada ketakjuban akan kekuasaan Allah. Al-Quran sebagai firman Allah berbicara tentang matematika. Konsep-konsep matematika yang terkandung dalam Al-Quran mengungkap strukturnya yang sangat indah melalui berbagai cara penyampaian yang salah satunya adalah kisah. Al-Kahf merupakan salah satu surat yang banyak menceritakan kisah-kisah terdahulu. Surat ini cenderung menyebutkan bilangan yang merupakan konsep matematika melalui pemaparan kisahnya oleh penceramah. Fokus penelitian ini mengungkap konsep matematika yang terdapat dalam surat Al-Kahf. Dimana Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengkaji secara kepustakaan dari berbagai sumber cetak dan digital terkait konsep matematika dalam Al-Kahf. Hasilnya ditemukan sebanyak 29 ayat berbicara tentang konsep matematika. Konsep ini diungkapkan secara langsung dan melalui tafsiran. Dari 29 ayat tersebut kemudian diklasifikasikan menjadi lima aspek umum dalam matematika yaitu himpunan, bilangan, geometri, logika dan statistika.

Abstract

Keberhasilan proses pembelajaran matematika dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor diantaranya evaluasi terhadap capaian siswa. Alat evaluasi yang digunakan oleh guru untuk mengukur capaian siswa sering tidak diuji kualitasnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil dari analisis butir soal ujian semester genap buatan guru matematika kelas X di SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Sumber data  penelitian yaitu lembar jawaban siswa kelas X MIPA 2 dan kelas X MIPA 3 dengan total 66 lembar jawaban pada ujian semester genap. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu rubrik soal.  Data dianalisis secara deskriptif yaitu mengidentifikasi kesesuaian ciri soal dengan masing-masing standar analisis butir yang dijalankan. Aspek analisis butir yang diteliti yaitu validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, daya beda, korelasi poin biserial untuk masing-masing butir soal dan efektifitas option. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) sebanyak 7 soal tergolong dalam validitas sangat rendah, sebanyak 12 soal tergolong validitas rendah, dan satu soal bervaliditas sedang; (2) sebanyak 16 soal tingkat kesukaran tergolong sukar dan 4 soal  tergolong sedang; (3) daya beda soal tes tergolong kurang dalam membedakan kemempuan siswa; dan (4) efektifitas soal sudah baik. Hasil analisis butir soal belum baik dalam melakukan evaluasi untuk mengukur kemampuan siswa.Kata kunci: Analisis butir soal, matematika, pilihan ganda

Abstract

One factor that is often happened is the learning objectives are difficult to achieve, because students often make mistakes in understanding the concepts and performing calculations. One way that teachers can do to minimize these errors is to classify between students who have been able to master the material and students who have not been able to master the material. Discriminant analysis is one way to facilitate the grouping of students according to their ability to master the material, by using the method of Fisher. The purpose of this study was determining how the percentage of students who have mastered the material prism and pyramid, getting the discriminant function of the prism and pyramid mastery of the material, and determining the factors that cause students difficult to understand the material prism and pyramid. The study population was the entire eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Banda Aceh while the sample were students of class VIII-8 to 30 students. Based on the research that has been done using the fisher discriminant analysis method, 33.3% of students have mastered the material geometry and 66.6% of students have not mastered the material prism and pyramid. It means that from 30 students only 10 students were able to master the material well-prism and pyramid. End function that is formed is Y1 = 5,487X1 + 3,373X2 - 4,822X3 + 5,936X4 + 1,544X5 - 2,108X6 and Y2 = 5,486X1 + 3,373X2 - 4,823X3 + 5,937X4 + 1,544X5 - 2,107X6.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze where the dominant abilities of prospective teacher students in the Teaching and Education Faculty (FKIP) of Mathematics Education Study Program Letting 2019 lie. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with the Library Research method and utilizes written information sources that are officially recognized. The subjects of this study were active undergraduate students (S1) in mathematics education letting 2019 who had taken courses in Mathematics Teaching and Learning Strategies, Mathematical Teaching Evaluation, Mathematical Logic, Linear Algebra and Discrete Mathematics with a total of 54 samples. This study uses data collection techniques by using a questionnaire. The data collected in this study were analyzed by Descriminant Fisher's analysis. This study used discriminant analysis for 2 groups, namely the group with the dominant ability on the affective aspect and the group with the dominant ability on the cognitive aspect. The results of this study indicate that students have more abilities from the affective aspect. Abstract

Saat ini obesitas telah menjadi endemik global, dimana prevalensi obesitas tidak hanya meningkat pada usia dewasa namun juga pada usia anak hingga remaja. Obesitas terjadi jika ada energi yang masuk lebih besar daripada energi yang keluar. Energi sisa ini akan dideposit sebagai jaringan adiposa, sehingga terjadilah kenaikan berat badan yang salah satunya disebabkan oleh makanan siap saji. Makanan siap saji atau cepat saji adalah makanan yang tidak seimbang gizinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsumsi makanan cepat saji terhadap peningkatan obesitas pada anak usia pra-remaja (10-12 tahun) di Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian studi pustaka dan data yang diambil berasal dari skripsi seorang mahasiswa sarjana Fakultas Kedokteran Unsyiah yang berkaitan dengan Makanan cepat saji dan tingkat obesitas pada anak pra-remaja di Banda Aceh. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan software SPSS dalam mengelompokkan data variabel-variabel kedalam kategori obesitas dan tidak obesitas dengan metode Fisher. Adapun fungsi diskriminan dalam penelitian ini ada dua fungsi, yaitu untuk yang obesitas : 1,378x1 + 1,100x2 + (-4,234)x3 + 1,638x4 + 1,111x5 + 22,649x6 + 5,643x7 + 1,321x8 + 0,793x9 + 5,357x10 = 0. Dan untuk yang tidak obesitas :3,424x1 + 1,213x2 + (-5,536)x3 + 2,818x4 + 1,014x5 + 16,792x6 + 5,832x7 + 1,218x8 + 0,557x9 + 5,469x10 = 0.

Abstract

 This study uses discriminant analysis which aims to determine a model or formula that determines consumer groups who are interested in powdered, coffee bean, or instant coffee variants from several influencing variables, including coffee caffeine content, sugar content contained in coffee, coffee roasting level, quality coffee, coffee price, consumer age, consumer health, time of day consumer activity, and durability. The subjects of this research were the consumers of Nek Ali's Coffee with a total of 82 samples. The data obtained in this study were analyzed using discriminant analysis of three groups, namely the consumer group who are interested in coffee powder, coffee beans, and instant coffee. Abstract

The Minimum Competency Assessment (MCA) is one of the components of the National Assessment (NA) in Indonesia, which aims to measure students' cognitive abilities, including numeracy skills. Students with low numeracy skills can be affected by not being used to working on MCA-type problems. This study aims to develop MCA items on algebra that meet valid, practical, and effective criteria using the Tessmer model, including preliminary, self-evaluation, expert reviews, one-to-one, small group, and field test stages. The subjects in this study were 36 Year 7 students of one junior high school in Banda Aceh, Indonesia. The instruments used were validation sheets, practicality sheets, and student response problemnaires. The findings indicated that 15 MCA problems on algebra have met the validity, practicality, and effectiveness criteria. It shows teachers can use MCA items to train students' numeracy skills. Future researchers are expected to develop multiple problems within a single stimulus with more varied content and context; they will need to consider the novelty of the stimulus in real conditions in the field.
