Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of occupational safety arid health to employee performance partially and with job satisfaction as a moderating variable at PT PLN (Persero) North Sumatra Generation Main Unit Associative research design with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was 155 people, the sampling technique was using the Slovin formula as many as 112 respondents with probability sampling, namely random sampling The analysis technique used is simple linear regression and MRA.Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that the variables of the application of occupational safety and health have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables, Job satisfaction does not prove significant in moderating the variables of the application of occupational safety and health to employee performance variables.

Abstract

Community empowerment is carried out in an effort to improve the quality of community welfare. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to create an empowerment program for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by implementing digital marketing as a current requirement in accordance with increasingly sophisticated technological developments. The empowerment program through the implementation of competency-based digital marketing as an effort to promote superior products originating from the Lake Toba tourist destination, meaning that MSME actors in this area must have the ability to use online-based applications to develop their business. The results of the study in general, MSME participants at the Lake Toba Tourism Destination, Toba Regency, were able to participate in activities from implementation to mentoring well. As a suggestion for the implementation of the next activity, it is necessary to emphasize more on what needs to be done by participants.

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini di lakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Knowledge Sharing Terhadap Individual Innovation Capability Di Mediasi Oleh Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Sumatera Utara. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian pada Kantor Dinas Perhubungan Sumatera Utara, yang beralamat di Jln. Imam Bonjol No.61, Suka Damai, Kec. Medan Polonia, Kota Medan, Sumatra utara 20157. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengawai Kantor Dinas Perhubungan Sumatera Utara sebanyak 183 orang Menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yang menghitung semua populasi Data primer merupakan data yang didapat dari sumber pertama baik dari individu atau perseorangan seperti hasil dari wawancara atau hasil pengisian kuesioner yang biasa dilakukan oleh peneliti. Hasil: Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Sub Struktur I Variabel Knowledge Sharing (X) sebesar 0,317 menyatakan bahwa setiap penambahan 1% Knowledge Sharing, maka akan meningkatkan Innovation Capability sebesar 0,317 atau 31,7%, dan sebaliknya jika Knowledge Sharing menurun 1% maka Innovation Capability akan diprediksi menurun sebesar 0,317 atau 31,7%. Sub Struktur II Variabel Knowledge Sharing (X) sebesar 0,546 menyatakan bahwa setiap penambahan 1% Knowledge Sharing, maka akan meningkatkan Kinerja sebesar 0,546 atau 54,6%, dan sebaliknya jika Knowledge Sharing menurun 1% maka Kinerja akan diprediksi menurun sebesar 0,546 atau 54,6%. Variabel Innovation Capability (Z) sebesar 0,548 menyatakan bahwa setiap penambahan 1% Innovation Capability, maka akan meningkatkan Kinerja sebesar 0,548 atau 54,8%, dan sebaliknya jika Innovation Capability menurun 1% maka Kinerja akan diprediksi menurun sebesar 0,548 atau 54,8%.
