Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan keterampilan bagi pelaku UMKM seblak shakilla di Cikarang Utara bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan daya saing usaha kecil di sektor kuliner. Mengingat pentingnya UMKM sebagai penopang perekonomian, program ini berfokus pada pemberdayaan melalui pelatihan produksi yang higienis, manajemen keuangan dasar, dan pemasaran digital. Pelaku UMKM di bidang seblak, dibekali keterampilan praktis dan teori untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk dan memperluas pasar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam mengelola usaha, yang berdampak positif terhadap produktivitas dan potensi peningkatan pendapatan. Selain itu, pelatihan ini membuka peluang penciptaan lapangan kerja baru serta memperkuat ekonomi lokal. Berdasarkan evaluasi, sebagian besar peserta merespon positif dan berharap adanya program serupa secara berkelanjutan. Program ini diharapkan menjadi model pemberdayaan UMKM yang efektif dalam mendukung keberlanjutan dan kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat.

Abstract

An advocate is a person whose profession is to provide legal services to the public, both inside and outside the court. The types of advocate honorarium can generally be divided into 3 (three) types, namely lawyer fees, operational fees, and success fees. Legally, the application of success fees in the process of handling cases or providing legal services by advocates is not regulated in legislation. In practice, the success fee is requested by the advocate to the client as a form of reward for the advocate's victory. The research method used is a qualitative research method with an analytical descriptive approach, data collection techniques are carried out by interviews and documentation as well as literature studies and regulations related to this research. The results showed that the success fee practice carried out by advocates at the IM and Partners Law Office went through a series of processes starting from the agreement stage of determining the percentage of the success fee between the client and the advocate and signing the advocate's legal services. In practice, success fee payments are not only paid in cash, but also in the form of payments in the form of movable or immovable objects. The application of the amount of the success fee by the advocate at the IM and Partners Law Office is in accordance with the concept of the ji'alah contract, the success fee received by the advocate in handling the inheritance dispute case is a form of client reward for the advocate for helping to resolve the client's legal problems.

Abstract

Literasi keuangan merupakan pemahaman akan keuangan dalam pengelolaan keuangan, pengambilan keputusan, dan mempertimbangkan pengeluaran yang akan digunakan. Literasi keuangan cukup penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari agar masyarakat bisa mengontrol keuangan pribadi dan keluarga. Tujuan dari sosialisasi ini adalah untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan masyarakat sekitar. Metode yang digunakan berupa sosialisasi kepada ibu rumah tangga di Perumahan Bangas Permai Kota Palangka Raya. Alasan menjadikan ibu rumah tangga sebagai partisipan kegiatan ini adalah ibu rumah tangga memiliki peran penting dalam mengelola keuangan keluarga. Mereka juga yang biasanya mengelola keuangan keluarga, dari keperluan pokok hingga menabung. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah ibu rumah tangga menjadi paham cara mengelola keuangan dengan benar. Selain itu, mereka juga mengetahui produk investasi lain, seperti emas logam mulia dan saham. Mereka juga paham keuntungan apabila berinvestasi dalam bentuk emas logam mulia daripada emas perhiasan. Jadi, kesimpulannya adalah ibu rumah tangga di Perumahan Bangas Permai Kota Palangka Raya sudah memahami pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan yang benar, cara berinvestasi yang benar, dan produk-produk investasi. Kata kunci: Literasi keuangan, investasi, emas.

Abstract

Mastery of the ChemDraw application is an important skill for chemistry students in supporting academic activities, especially in drawing chemical structures and reactions. However, not all students have the opportunity to learn this application formally. This service activity aims to provide training in the use of ChemDraw online to chemistry students by utilizing digital media. The implementation method includes an interactive workshop approach through Zoom, Google Meet, and social media as a means of disseminating information and documentation. The results showed that the training was effective in improving participants' understanding and skills in using ChemDraw. Digital media proved to be an efficient and flexible tool for training computer-based applications. This activity supports the improvement of students' digital literacy and 21st century skills.

Abstract

This study aims to increase students' interest and understanding of chemistry through socialization and improvement of Fun Chemistry. The methods used include delivering material about the field of Chemistry and job prospects, as well as simple chemical experiments such as Secret Messages and Elephant Toothpaste. The results of the study showed that this activity succeeded in increasing students' interest in Chemistry, with most students considering continuing their studies in the Chemistry department. The evaluation showed a positive impact on students' motivation and interest in entering and studying in the Chemistry department.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of social activities by the 1000 Teachers Gorontalo Community, focusing on the Traveling and Teaching (TNT) program and free health check-ups in Atinggola District, North Gorontalo Regency. This community collaborates with volunteers and medical personnel to provide enjoyable education for children in remote areas and raise health awareness through free check-ups. A descriptive qualitative approach was used to understand the implementation of the program and its impact on the community through observation, in-depth interviews, and surveys. The results show that the TNT program, which combines education and tourism, successfully strengthened the relationship between volunteers and the community. The health check-ups provided direct benefits to communities that have difficulty accessing health services. The evaluation of this program revealed challenges such as limited time and medical personnel, but it still had a positive impact on improving the quality of education and health in the local community

Abstract

One of Aceh's qanuns that regulates the method of election and conditions of geuchik is Aceh Qanun No. 4 of 2009 on the Procedures for the Election and Dismissal of Keuchik in Aceh. This research highlights the criteria for a proper village head/Keuchik in accordance with the legal provisions of the qanun. This study aims to describe the understanding of the community and the Keuchik Election Committee (P2K) of the provisions of the nomination of village heads and the implementation of the determination of candidates for village heads in Pulo Reudeup Village, Kuta Blang District, Bireuen Regency. The research method uses a qualitative approach through interviews and documentation. The results showed that the community's understanding of the nomination requirements was good, but the election mechanism was still poorly understood. The implementation of the determination of village head candidates needs to be improved to be in accordance with the applicable qanun.

Abstract

This study aims to review various methods and applications of the ethnochemistry approach in chemistry education through a literature review. Ethnochemistry connects chemical concepts with local wisdom and culture, providing deeper contextualization for students. The literature review was conducted by collecting data from various articles relevant to this topic, published between 2018 and 2024. The review results indicate that integrating ethnochemistry into chemistry learning can enhance students' understanding of chemical concepts, scientific skills, creativity, and engagement. This approach also helps preserve traditional chemical knowledge that may otherwise be lost. This study concludes that ethnochemistry is a significant innovation that can improve the quality of chemistry education in a more meaningful and relevant way for students, while also strengthening their cultural identity.

Abstract

This study focuses on the effect of applying the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model in the topic of reaction rate on the ability to think critically and the formation of character values of students in geographically remote areas (remote areas). This approach is designed to strengthen learners' understanding of scientific concepts in a relevant and contextual manner, by connecting them to the dynamics of real life - both in the personal, social and cultural domains. Thus, learners have the opportunity to build conceptual insights and adaptive skills independently. In addition, this real situation-based method contributes to fostering character values such as responsibility, discipline, innovation, curiosity, as well as social interaction skills and effective communication during the learning process. The literature review was conducted by collecting scientific publications released between 2018 and 2025. The findings of this review confirmed that the CTL approach has a real positive impact in honing critical thinking skills and fostering learners' character that supports their academic achievement. Therefore, it can be concluded that CTL is an efficient and relevant pedagogical method to be applied in teaching high school chemistry.
