Abstract

Lower Order Thinking Skills kurang terstimulus untuk memecahkan pertanyaan-pertanyaan. Kurikulum 2013 seharusnya menerapkan mata pelajaran yang berhubungan dengan HOTS namun pada saat ini masih ada sekolah yang menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis LOTS saat pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan penerapan Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis lower order thinking skills. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan sasaran untuk menjelaskan sifat situasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para guru dalam menggunakan Lower Order Thinking Skiils dalam Pembelajaran Agama Islam menyesuaikan dengan kemampuan siswa pada setiap kelas. Sedangkan Hasil rata-rata posttest kemampuan berpikir siswa pada Kelas 11 IPA 1 sebesar 29.45 dengan jumlah siswanya 20 siswa, sedangkan skor rata-rata posttest dikelas 11 IPA 2 sebesar 28.39 dengan jumlah siswanya 33 siswa. Skor rata-rata posttest dikelas 11 IPA 3 sebesar 27.29 dengan jumlah siswanya 32 siswa, sedangkan skor rata-rata posttest dikelas 11 IPA 4 sebesar 26.11 dengan jumlah siswanya 31 siswa. Oleh karena itu, bisa disimpulkan bahwa penerapan Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dengan fokus terhadap kemampuan berpikir rendah atau berbasis Keterampilan Berpikir Dasar (Lower Order Thinking Skills) hanya diterapkan oleh guru yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan belajar siswa.

Abstract

Tanaman kelapa sawit merupakan salah satu komoditi perkebunan yang penting karena memiliki nilai komersil dan prospek yang baik untuk dikembangkan melalui produknya yaitu minyak sawit mentah. Pada tahun 2050 nanti permintaan global terhadap minyak goreng diperkirakan akan mencapai sekitar 240 juta ton, hampir dua kali konsumsi tahun 2008. Tentunya dengan banyaknya permintaan yang ada menimbulkan dampak positif bagi perusaahaan sawit dan memicu pihak perusahaan untuk dapat meningkatkan sumber daya manusia yaitu para karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan kebahagiaan pada karyawan perusahaan sawit PT. Candi Artha di Pelaihari. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan total sampel 100 orang karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan kebahagiaan pada karyawan perusahaan sawit PT. Candi Artha di Pelaihari.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyelesaian kredit macet dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja Koperasi Simpan Pinjam di Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan Syariah (KSPPS) Nuri Jatim Cabang Palengaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, di mana data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi. Fokus utama penelitian adalah memahami penyebab kredit macet, strategi penyelesaian yang diterapkan oleh KSPPS Nuri Jatim Cabang Palengaan, serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja Koperasi Simpan Pinjam di KSPPS Nuri Jatim Cabang Palengaan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kredit macet di KSPPS Nuri Jatim Cabang Palengaan disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk perubahan kondisi ekonomi anggota. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, KSPPS Nuri menerapkan strategi komunikasi secara langsung kepada debitur, kunjungan terhadap debitur yang bermasalah, serta penyelesaian melalui jaminan. Strategi ini sangat efektif dalam menurunkan tingkat kredit macet, meskipun masih memerlukan peningkatan dalam aspek pengelolaan risiko dan evaluasi kredit. Dampak positif dari upaya penyelesaian kredit macet terlihat pada peningkatan kinerja keuangan, efisiensi operasional, serta pemulihan kepercayaan anggota terhadap koperasi.Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan kredit macet yang efektif merupakan kunci keberlanjutan dan peningkatan kinerja Koperasi Simpan Pinjam di KSPPS Nuri Jatim Cabang Palengaan. Rekomendasi penelitian mencakup perlunya peningkatan kapasitas manajemen risiko, penguatan monitoring, serta penerapan teknologi digital untuk mendukung proses pembiayaan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and compare the educational thought of Harun Nasution and Azyumardi Azra, as well as their respective influences on the educational system of Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University (UIN) Jakarta. Adopting a qualitative approach with a library research design, data were gathered from a range of relevant sources, including books, journal articles, dissertations, institutional documents, and scholarly digital resources—both authored by and written about the two scholars. The data were analyzed using a descriptive-comparative method to identify convergences and divergences in their intellectual contributions, particularly regarding scientific paradigms and integrative approaches. The findings indicate that Harun Nasution pioneered the reform of Islamic education through rational and historical methodologies, while Azyumardi Azra built upon and expanded these reforms by promoting scientific integration and institutional structural transformation. Both figures significantly contributed to the transformation of IAIN into UIN, shaping a more open, interdisciplinary Islamic intellectual discourse. The study concludes that the continuity and development of ideas between these two scholars have laid a critical foundation for the academic identity of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta and have influenced the trajectory of modern Islamic education in Indonesia. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan membandingkan pemikiran pendidikan Islam Harun Nasution dan Azyumardi Azra serta pengaruhnya terhadap sistem pendidikan di Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi pustaka (library research), data dikumpulkan dari berbagai literatur yang relevan, seperti buku, artikel jurnal, disertasi, dokumen kelembagaan, dan sumber digital ilmiah, baik yang ditulis oleh maupun tentang kedua tokoh tersebut. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif-komparatif untuk mengidentifikasi titik temu dan perbedaan dalam pemikiran keduanya, khususnya dalam hal paradigma keilmuan dan pendekatan integratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Harun Nasution merintis pembaharuan pendidikan Islam berbasis rasionalitas dan pendekatan historis, sementara Azyumardi Azra melanjutkan pembaharuan tersebut dengan penekanan pada integrasi keilmuan dan pembaharuan struktural kelembagaan. Keduanya berkontribusi besar terhadap transformasi IAIN menjadi UIN, yang berdampak pada arah pengembangan keilmuan Islam yang lebih terbuka dan interdisipliner. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kesinambungan pemikiran antara keduanya menjadi fondasi penting dalam pembentukan karakter keilmuan UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta dan arah pendidikan Islam modern di Indonesia.

Abstract

Supersemar menjadi awal mula perpindahan estafet kepemimpinan nasional dari pemerintahan Orde Lama ke pemerintahan Orde Baru. Pemerintahan Orde Baru dengan jelas dan tegas mendeklarasikan bahwa demokrasi pancasila harus ditegakkan secara konsekuen. Namun faktanya, demokrasi pancasila yang didengung-dengungkan hanyalah “jargon” belaka. Penelitian ini membahas secara mendalam terkait pemerintahan Orde Baru yang jauh dari ciri – ciri demokrasi yang justru mengarah pada pemerintahan yang otokrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman atas suatu sistem autokrasi beserta implementasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif serta disajikan dengan metode deskriptif yang menggambarkan fakta dan fenomena tertentu secara objektif berdasarkan sejarah yang ada dan telah diketahui oleh khalayak umum. Orde baru memiliki semangat untuk menjalankan demokrasi pancasila meskipun pada implementasinya lebih mengarah pada otokrasi dengan menjalankan tata kelola pemerintahannya menggunakan cara – cara yang dikehendaki oleh penguasa dan minim partisipasi masyarakat. Strategi perolehan kekuasaan dan jalannya pemerintahan dijalankan dengan memonopoli struktur militer dan aparatur sipil yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan negara yang diyakini kelompoknya saja. Supersemar was the beginning of the transfer of the national leadership relay from the Old Order government to the New Order government. The New Order government clearly and firmly declared that Pancasila democracy must be enforced consistently. However, in fact, the Pancasila democracy that is being talked about is just "jargon". This research discusses in depth the New Order government which was far from democratic characteristics which actually led to an autocratic government. This research aims to provide an understanding of an autocratic system and its implementation. This research uses a qualitative approach and is presented with a descriptive method that describes certain facts and phenomena objectively based on existing history and is known to the general public. The New Order had the enthusiasm to implement Pancasila democracy even though its implementation was more towards autocracy by carrying out its governance using methods desired by the authorities and minimal public participation. The strategy to gain power and run the government is carried out by monopolizing the military structure and civil apparatus which is used to achieve state goals that are believed by only one's group.

Abstract

This community service article aims to examine the implementation of Assistance in Strengthening Digital Literacy through Training on the Development of Learning Media for Islamic Education (PAI) Teachers at Senior High Schools in Pamekasan. The method used in this program is the PIJAR model, which consists of four stages: planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the training show that the implementation of the community service program with the theme "Assistance in Strengthening Digital Literacy through Training on the Development of Learning Media for Islamic Education Teachers at Senior High Schools in Pamekasan" was carried out successfully and was able to improve participants’ understanding and skills in developing learning media using Canva and ClassPoint. This, in turn, enables them to enhance the quality of their teaching. It is also hoped that their students will experience positive impacts in the classroom through the use of more interactive media.

Abstract

This study aims to examine habituation patterns in shaping students' tolerance attitudes in the school environment as part of character education efforts. Habituation or habituation is an effective method in instilling the values of tolerance through activities that are carried out regularly, consistently, and in a directed manner. To answer this problem, research is carried out with a qualitative approach, a type of case study research with a multi-site design. The research location was chosen by MAN Samapang and MAN 1 Pamekasan. Data collection was carried out by semi-structured interviews: school principals, curriculum leaders, teachers of religious beliefs and students. non-participant observations, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out in two stages: data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawn. Checking the validity of data through credibility, transferability, dependability and objectivity tests. The results of his research are that the application of habituation patterns in MAN Sampang and MAN 1 Pamekasan is effective in forming students' altruistic character through routine activities such as welcoming students, ubudiyah activities, shadaqah, and Clean Friday. This activity instills the values of empathy, responsibility, discipline, and social concern, and is an important part of the character education strategy that is integrated into students' daily lives

Abstract

This study aims at examining the correlation between values and the students' self-efficacy towards the student learning motivation in the pesantren. This is qualitative research that is performed using statistical analysis. The population was composed of 227 students from the Pondok Pesantren Sumber Mas Ganding in Sumenep and a sample of 145 students was taken from the total. To analyze the data, multiple linear regressions performed by classic regression assumption and hypothesis evaluations comprising Concurrent and Partial Tests were used. After testing, a coefficient of determination (R2) was formed to determine the suitability of the regression model. The results showed that all Sig. were greater than α = 0.05. Therefore, the pesantren values and the students' learning efficacy were shown to have significant effects on learning motivation. Also, an increase in pesantren scores and the learning efficacy by one unit each enhanced the motivation by 0.482 and 0.481 respectively.

Abstract

This study aimed to obtain empirical evidence regarding the correlation of the use of information technology to the learning process (lectures) and its impact on student academic achievement. This study used path analysis or analysis that not only tested the direct influence of independent variable to the dependent variable, but also explained the presence or absence of indirect influence given by the independent variable through the intervening variable to the dependent variable. This study uses questionnaires media that are disseminated through electronic media. The statements contained in the questionnaire were measured using the Likert scale of 5 (five) points, then processed using Path Analysis, and interpreted. Total respondents in this study as many as 204 students of Master of Accounting who have been through the course of information technology management. The results of this study indicate that information technology influences student academic achievement and influences the learning process and has an impact on student academic achievement.Keywords : Information technology; Learning process; Student academic achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of the Bin-Nazhar Method in the Tahfidz Munjiat extracurricular program at MA Al-Khadijah, Pamekasan. The Bin-Nazhar Method is an approach to memorizing the Quran through repeated readings while still consulting the Mushaf. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study. Data collection techniques included participant observation, in-depth interviews with the supervising teacher (Ustad Hermawan), and documentation studies. The results indicate that the implementation of this method proceeded systematically through three main stages: (1) preparation by determining a memorization target of at least 5 verses, (2) the core process of repeating the readings (muroja'ah) until fluent, and (3) evaluation through memorization (tasmi') accompanied by a repetition of previous verses. The main supporting factors include students' religious commitment, institutional support through the habit of Dhuha prayer, and the active role of the supervising teacher. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors were time constraints due to busy academic schedules and differences in absorption and concentration among students. This study concludes that the Bin-Nazhar Method is effective in building strong and structured memorization of the Munjiat Surahs, with its success highly dependent on discipline in the muroja'ah process and consistency in tasmi'.
