Abstract

Land rehabilitation in Poboya Watershed should be done on the actual land erosion value in other to avoid intensive land degradation. This research has been conducted to determine and map erosion hazard level. The erosion hazard level was determinate by using USLE (Universal Soil Lost Equation) formula. The result of experiment showed that the low erosion hazard level in study area 371,2 Ha (5,5%), medium 3.483,4 ha (51,9%), high 11,8 ha (0,2%), and very high 2.848,8 ha (42,4%). In general, land with erosion hazard level of very high is located in middle watershed. The high value of erosion in Poboya Watershed area mainly due to the land cover factor and topography. Tolerable erosion in Poboya watershed 371,1 ha (5,51%) and intolerable 6.344 ha (94,4%). Land area Poboya Watershed 6.715,06 ha and total erosion 2.643.587,48 ton.yr-1 while tolerable erosion 73.259,97 ton.yr-1.

Abstract

The results showed that there was an interaction between bokashi and vegetable waste fertilizer on N-soil parameters of 1.02%, plant height of 47.25 cm, number of fruits per plant by 4 pieces, fruit weight per plant of 84.04 g, and fruit diameter per plant is 19.96 mm. This study is an experimental study of Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of 6 repeated treatments. a = 0 g / polybag, b = 25 g / polybag (5 tons ha-1), c = 75 g / polybag (15 tons ha-1, d = 125 g / polybag (25 tons ha-1), e = 175 g / polybag (35 tons ha-1), f = 225 g / polybag (45 tons ha-1), g = 275 g / polybag (55 tons ha-1). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of vegetable waste bokashi on fertilizer on N uptake and tomato fruit yield. The thinking framework is a decrease in tomato production. To overcome this we need balanced fertilization in both organic and inorganic fertilizers. This research was conducted in Donggala Kodi Village. Then it did not significantly affect the parameters of N Absorption plant, wet weight and dry weight of plants.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the interaction Award kirinyu Bokashi (Chromolaena odorata L.) with increasing doses of various soil layers into terhadapat activity Hg in soil solution and plant uptake. This research has been carried out glass house Department of Agriculture Faculty of Agriculture, University Tadulako. This research was made up of two factors in a factorial design with environmental design is the design of each perlukuan repeated 3 times. Sehinggah which there are 3 x 4 x 3 = 36 experimental units. The parameters observed in the study is the analysis of the soil after harvest includes an analysis of soil chemical properties include C-organic, CEC, pH, Hg soil and Hg plant tissue This study also shows that, with the provision of Bokashi kirinyu on Waste Tailings very significant effect on the concentration of mercury in soil and plant tissue and soil reaction or pH of the soil, and the C-Organic Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC).

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine nutrient status and soil fertility levels in Dolo District, Sigi Regency, map the soil nutrient status and soil fertility levels in Dolo District, Sigi Regency and as a reference for recommendations for land management in accordance with nutrient status and fertility levels in the three uses. different lands in Dolo District, Sigi Regency. This research was conducted in Langaleso Village and Kabobona Village, Dolo District, Sigi Regency, taking soil samples on cocoa land, deep coconut land and dry land in Dolo District, Sigi Regency. This type of research is a survey method and the data is presented descriptively. By trying to conduct observational surveys and soil sampling by purposive sampling. Soil samples were taken from 3 types of land use, namely cocoa land (K), Kelapa Dalam land (P) and dry land (T). Soil samples were taken at a depth of 0 - 20 cm and 21 - 40 cm. Where each land use is taken at two different locations, each two points of soil sampling and composited so that a total of 12 soil samples are obtained. The results of the research showed that the nutrient status that became an obstacle in soil fertility in Dolo District, Sigi Regency was Soil Reaction (pH) slightly acidic, Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC), C-organic, Nitrogen (N), Phosphorus (P), Potassium ( K) is classified as moderate, and base saturation (KB) is low so that the level of soil fertility on coconut, cocoa and dry fields in Dolo District, Sigi Regency is moderate and has unhealthy/less fertile soil quality.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that cause erosion, measure the level and how to overcome the dangers of erosion in the Bolapapu watershed. This research was conducted in the Bolapapu watershed which is located in the middle of the Miu sub-watershed and is located in Kulawi District, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. The results of the research show that in various forms of land use using plant management methods (C) and conservation techniques, namely soil management (P), there are several things that can be concluded: (1) changes in plant management factors on each land unit can prevent the level of danger of erosion and can increase land productivity; (2) conservation measures, namely soil management (P), can change the physical shape of the length and slope of the slope and inhibit the rate of runoff; (3) in land rehabilitation efforts using plant and soil management methods in relation to erosivity which can change the physical form of erodibility; (4) land rehabilitation planning in the Bolapapu watershed can not only reduce the level of erosion hazard or increase land productivity, but can improve the economic conditions of the community through plant management. economically valuable actions through conservation techniques.
