Abstract

This classroom action research aims to improve learning outcomes in learning Mathematics through the Quizizz paper mode method for fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 6 Cakranegara. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) while the approach uses a descriptive quantitative approach. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 6 Cakranegara. The subjects of this study were fourth-grade students consisting of 31 students. the object of this research is the result of learning. The research was conducted in two cycles and was carried out collaboratively between researchers and tutors. Data collection techniques used are tests and observation sheets. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Quizizz paper mode in learning, especially as an evaluation tool, can improve the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 6 Cakranegara. This increase is shown by the quality of the learning process, liveliness, enthusiasm, and enthusiasm as well as test scores on student learning outcomes. the increase can be seen from the average score of students' test results from pre-action to cycle II. In the pre-action, the average student score was 63, increased in cycle I to 74, then experienced another increase in cycle 2 of 78. The percentage of completeness from cycle I and cycle II was 67.74% (21 students) respectively increasing in cycle II to 83.87% (26 students). Because it has reached the completeness criteria, namely 75% of students get scores more than or equal to KKM (75), this research is said to be successful.

Abstract

Tokopedia's website is declining because customers complain about Tokopedia's service quality. The improvement of website services aims to increase the ranking and user satisfaction of the Tokopedia website has not yet achieved optimal results. With this, research was conducted to analyse the use of Webqual 4.0 and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) in assessing the quality of the website on customer satisfaction on the Tokopedia application. From the results of the Validity Test of the level of importance and satisfaction, the r table which has a significance level of 0.05 with respondents as many as 100 people is 0.1966. The results of the calculated r value r table value as a result the entire attribute is valid and can be used in research and the results of the Reliability Test of interests and satisfaction are worth Cronbach's Alpha 0.6 (Reliable requirement value), as a result the questionnaire can be declared Reliable. From the results of the CSI calculation, a value of 80.4% was obtained. The CSI value obtained lies in the 66% - 80.99% index with the description "satisfied". With this it is concluded that overall customers are satisfied with the quality of the website on the tokopedia application.

Abstract

This research purposely to analysis the impact of product quality, brand image also brand trust towards brand loyalty in Honda motorbike products in the city of Bandung. The research has been tested using multiple regression, descriptive analysis, classical assumption, validity also reliability methods. This instrument were to ultilized as an information assortment device from respondents matured something like 17->31 years who utilizedHonda brand motorbikes. The softwareversion 25 of SPSS was using as the analytical tool to test the data instrument. This research was using secondary data from the Top Brand Index and AISI data for 2022 and 2023, as well as primary data from online questionnaire distribution to 120 respondents. Of the four proposed research hypotheses, the yield this research shown that the variables of brand quality, brand image, also brand trust has a positive impact towards brand loyalty. It was hoping that the yields of this research would be provide benefits for further research also benefits for the Honda Company

Abstract

Sistem informasi akademik (Siakad) merupakan salah satu aspek yang sangat berpengaruh bagi berlangsungnya proses akademik. Dengan adanya siakad kegiatan akademik akan lebih efektif dan efesien. Universitas Trunojoyo Madura mengalami beberapa kendala dalam menerapkan Siakad diantaranya adalah, situs sering error saat diakses pada periode KRS-an, transkip nilai tidak sesuai dengan Kartu Hasil Studi (KHS), kesalahan identitas pada data pribadi, tampilan kurang menarik, sehingga dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan dari pengguna. Maka dari itu penelitian dengan metode Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) Dan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Hasil analisis dengan metode Customer Satisfaction Index menunjukkan nilai akhir sebesar 73,14% dan berada dalam kategori “Puas” dan dipengaruhi oleh variabel Ease of Use (Kemudahan Pengguna).

Abstract

Usaha Kecil Mikro dan Menengah (UMKM) berperan penting dalam pertumbuhan perekonomian suatu daerah.  Perkembangan UMKM khususnya di Madura cukup baik yang didukung dengan adanya jembatan Suramadu. UMKM menjadi salah satu solusi dan pendorong kondisi perekonomian yang lebih stabil. UMKM memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. UMKM ini memiliki hubungan yang erat dengan ekonomi kreatif. Saat ini, pelaku usaha dituntut untuk lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam pengembangan usahanya, baik dari segi produk, pemasaran, distribusi, maupun sistem lainnya Sehingga, penelitian ini mencoba  melakukan peramalan tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi kreatif di Madura. Peramalan  dapat memantau fluktuasi pertumbuhan ekonomi kreatif suatu daerah yang berdampak pada pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) untuk prediksi jumlah UMKM. Hasil dari peramalan ini adalah nilai MAPE terbaik yaitu 0,0184 % didapatkan dari kombinasi parameter epochs 500, batch size 4, dan neuron hidden 30, serta dengan learning rate 0,1 dan pembagian data training : data testing yaitu 70 % : 30 %. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan adalah peramalan Jumlah UMKM dengan metode Long Short-Term Memory mempunyai kinerja bagus karena nilai MAPE berada di bawah 10%.Kata kunci: Peramalan, Long Short Term Memory (LSTM), Usaha Kecil Mikro dan Menengah (UMKM).

Abstract

Cooperatives are business entities that drive the community's economy with a business model owned collectively by their members. The Cooperative of the Republic of Indonesia Employees (KPRI) is the most common type of cooperative among active cooperatives in Bangkalan, with savings and loan operations as its main business activity. This research aims to classify KPRI based on its financial ratios using the K-Means Clustering algorithm. The data collected for this research consists of 47 financial data points from the KPRI, obtained from the Annual General Meeting reports of the cooperatives available at the Cooperative and Micro Business Office of Bangkalan Regency. Data preprocessing used the Correlation Matrix method and was then normalized using MinMax scaling. The K-Means method requires a value of k, which in this research was determined using the elbow method. The optimal value of k found was 3, indicating that three clusters of KPRI were generated. The results show the characteristics of each group based on their financial ratio conditions. The analysis of the average ratio in each group showed that Group 0 has weaknesses in the return on assets ratio and the return on equity. Group 1 has weaknesses in the current ratio and return on equity, while Group 2 has weaknesses in the current ratio and all types of profitability ratios. In the clustering results, Group 2 comprises 51.06% of the total data, meaning that half of the active KPRI in Bangkalan have issues with their liquidity and profitability ratios. Meanwhile, Group 0 contains 36.17% of the members, and Group 1 has 12.76%.

Abstract

Tumor growth and metastasis in NPC patients suspected role of several molecular biomarkers that have been identified in tumor specimens of patients with NPC. Recent research states intracellular Hsp70 is a stress protein that is a main factor for the growth, invasion and metastasis of NPC. The purpose of this study is to analyze intracellular Hsp70 protein expression of NPC patients which correlate with staging of NPC as clinical manifestation. This study used cross sectional design. In this study, formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded biopsy specimens were obtained from 18 NPCs with all of histopathology and clinically divided into N0, N1, N2, N3. The expression of intracellular Hsp70 was obtained with immunohistochemistry using monoclonal antibody Anti Human Hsp70 antibodi from Santa Cruz Biotechnology, California, USA. Assessment of the staining was performed with Remmele methode by Histopathologies doctor Consultant. The Spearman's test was used to determine the relationship between expression of intracellular Hsp70 protein and enlargement cervical nodul of NPC. Statistical significance was defined as p <0,05. There were 18 patients NPC patients that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Showed negative intracellular Hsp70 expression by 16,67% for all sample in which consist 1 patient of N0, 1 patient of N1, 1 patient of N2, 0 patient of N3. Followed by 27,78% mild positive intracellular Hsp70 expression which consist 0 patient of N0, 2 patients of N1, 0 patient of N2, 3 patients of N3. Followed by 44,44% moderate positive intracellular Hsp70 expression which consist 0 patient of N0, 0 patient of N1, 1 patient of N2, 9 patients of N3. Followed by 11,11% strongly positive intracellular Hsp70 expression which consist 0 patient of N0, 0 patient of N1, 0 patient of N2, 2 patients of N3. Spearman test results test scores p = 0.01 with a correlation coefficient 0.606. Correlation of intracellular Hsp70 protein expression with enlargement cervical nodul of lymphe (N0, N1, N2, N3) in patients with NPC showed significant (p<0.05). In conclusion, there was correlation between increase of the intacellular Hsp70 expression and enlargement cervical nodul of lymphe in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.

Abstract

The Indonesian capital market has shown significant development with the number of investors reaching 10.32 million SID as of December 2023. However, stock investment still faces challenges in the form of unpredictable price fluctuations. This study aims to forecast the stock price of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) using the SARIMA method for the 2019-2024 period. The data used is sourced from Yahoo Finance spanning from January 2019 to January 2024. The analysis results show that the SARIMA model ((1,0,0),(0,0,0,12)) can be used to forecast BBCA stock prices. Based on the forecasting results for the next 30 days, BBCA's stock price shows an upward trend. This study also indicates that stock price movements are not only influenced by time factors but also other factors, so it is recommended for future research to use Multivariate Time Series analysis.

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effectiveness of the English Speaking Club (ESC) organization in enhancing students' speaking skill at Hamzanwadi University. A qualitative method was adopted for the study, with ten ESC members from various programs and semester levels serving as the subjects. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. The results of this study indicated that the ESC organization effectively assisted students in improving their speaking skills, including pronunciation, vocabularies, fluency, and self-confidence.
