Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of perceived ease of use, effectiveness and risk on interest in transactions using POSPAY financial technology among the people of Pemalang Regency. This research uses quantitative methods, where data collection techniques are carried out using questionnaires distributed online, This research processes data using the IBM SPSS 26 tool. The research results show that the test results show that the variables Perception of Ease of Use, Effectiveness and Risk are proven to have a positive and significant influence on interest in transactions using POSPAY financial technology in the people of Pemalang Regency

Abstract

This research aims to analyze Working Capital Management and Leverage on Profitability Through Good Corporate Governance (Empirical Study of Consumer Cyclicals Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2020 – 2022 Period. The research population is all listed Consumer Cyclicals sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2020 - 2022 with a total of 139 companies, the sample that has been determined in this research is 31 companies using non-probability sampling techniques with the Purposive Sampling method. Data analysis in this research uses the SmartPLS program. Hypothesis testing using the SEM-PLS approach. The results of the analysis and discussion of Working Capital Management have an effect on Profitability, Leverage has no effect on Profitability, Good Corporate Governance has an effect on Profitability, indirectly Working Capital Management has no effect on Profitability through Good Corporate Governance, and indirectly h Leverage has no effect on Profitability through Good Corporate Governance in Consumer Cyclicals Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2020 – 2022 Period.

Abstract

This study aimed to assess the impact of time management, academic stress, and locus of control , mediated by family support, on student procrastination in Semarang. This study employed a quantitative methodology via a survey conducted among the student population in Semarang, employing random sampling to get a sample size of 399 respondents. The data were evaluated using validity assessments, discriminant validity, reliability evaluations, and hypothesis testing via Smart-PLS version 4.0. The test results indicated that time management, academic stress, locus of control , and family support significantly influenced procrastination. However, time management and academic stress did not exert a mediated effect through family support on procrastination. Additionally, academic stress was mediated by support for procrastination, while locus of control , mediated by family support, significantly affected procrastination. According to the test results, it is advisable for students to focus on time management and locus of control to mitigate procrastination tendencies. Families and universities offer enhanced support for emotional well-being and self-healing to assist students in managing academic stress.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of price and product quality on purchasing decisions with purchase intention as a mediation variable in UMKM of Kacang Kulit Cap AS in Blora Regency. The method used is quantitative with an associative approach and multiple linear regression analysis using SmartPLS software. The sample of this study consisted of 389 respondents who were selected using the simple random sampling technique. Research results show that price and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, while product quality does not have a direct significant effect on purchasing decisions. Purchase intention is proven to play a role as a significant mediation variable between price and product quality with purchasing decisions. These findings show that competitive prices and good product quality can increase purchase intention and purchasing decisions, thus providing practical implications for UMKM to continue to improve their pricing strategies and product quality.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of system quality and workload on employee performance among users of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) at BBPMP in Central Java Province. The research targets all SPBE users, employing a saturated sampling technique with 218 respondents. Using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis, the study reveals that system quality significantly enhances employee performance, as indicated by a coefficient value (B) of 0.472, t = 16.918, and p < 0.000. Similarly, workload is found to significantly impact employee performance, with a coefficient value (B) of 0.853, t = 14.757, and p < 0.000. These findings suggest that improving system quality and managing workload are critical in optimizing employee performance. System quality, as a key determinant, highlights the importance of robust and efficient systems in facilitating employee tasks, while workload management underscores the balance between task demands and employee capacity. This research contributes to the literature on electronic government systems by providing empirical evidence on factors influencing employee performance, particularly in the public sector context. The insights gained can inform policymakers and organizational leaders in designing and implementing SPBE systems to achieve better outcomes. Future research could explore additional variables such as user satisfaction or training effectiveness to provide a more comprehensive understanding of employee performance determinants.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the impact of transformational leadership, knowledge transfer, and work motivation on the performance of high school teachers. Utilizing a sample of 108 respondents selected through a Non-Probability Sampling technique, the study employed Multiple Linear Regression Analysis for data evaluation. The results indicate that Transformational Leadership (X1) has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (Y), with a significance value of 0.028 (p < 0.05) and a t-value of 2.226, exceeding the critical t-value of 1.983. Similarly, Knowledge Transfer (X2) positively influences teacher performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05) and a t-value of 6.602, which is greater than the critical t-value. In contrast, Work Motivation (X3) does not have a significant effect on teacher performance (Y), as indicated by a significance value of 0.062 (p > 0.05) and a t-value of 1.886, which is less than the critical t-value. In conclusion, the findings demonstrate that Transformational Leadership and Knowledge Transfer positively and significantly influence teacher performance, while Work Motivation does not significantly affect it.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the influence of various factors in digital marketing on consumer purchases on the TikTok Shop platform. This study specifically aims to assess the impact of content marketing and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions with customer trust as an intervening variable on TikTok Shop customer in Pati. This study uses a quantitative method. The population studied was TikTok Shop consumers in the Pati area, with an unknown number. A total of 97 respondents were sampled through a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPls 3 software. The results of the study showed that content marketing had an influence on purchasing decisions, while online customer reviews did not have a significant influence. In addition, content marketing and online customer reviews had an effect on purchasing decisions. However, customer trust was not proven to influence purchasing decisions. Content marketing and online customer reviews also had no influence on purchasing decisions through customer trust as an intervening variable on TikTok Shop customer in Pati.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, job engagement, organizational environment on the performance of Tpi Tasik Agung Rembang employees. This type of research uses quantitative research methods and the data used in this study is primary data. The population in this study was TPI Tasik Agung Rembang, this study used non-probability techniques with a saturated sample of 80 respondents. The measurement of this study used a Likert scale which was then processed with the IBM SPSS Statistical Version 25 analysis tool using multiple linear analysis. The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture and performance partially, job engagement has a positive and significant effect on performance partially, the organizational environment has a positive and significant effect on performance partially. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test obtained a value from Ajusted R Square of 0.341 or 34.1% showed that performance variables were influenced by organizational culture variables, job engagement, organizational environment while 65.9% were influenced by other variables

Abstract

Along with the modern lifestyle, the coffee industry in Indonesia has grown rapidly. Indonesia is also experiencing increased competition. Today, cafes not only provide food or beverages but also offer other services. Based on this explanation, this research was conducted to examine and prove the influence of product quality, price perception, and service quality on repurchase decisions mediated by customer satisfaction—a case study on customers of Kayo Coffee and Eatery. Data processing was conducted using SmartPLS. The hypothesis test results show: There is an influence of product quality on repurchase decisions (P value 0.032 < 0.05). There is an influence of price on repurchase decisions (P value 0.000 < 0.05). There is no influence of service quality on repurchase decisions (P value 0.402 > 0.05). There is no influence of product quality on customer satisfaction (P value 0.064 > 0.05). There is an influence of price on customer satisfaction (P value 0.000 < 0.05). There is an influence of service quality on customer satisfaction (P value 0.000 < 0.05). There is no influence of product quality on repurchase decisions mediated by customer satisfaction (P value 0.073 > 0.05). There is an influence of price on repurchase decisions mediated by customer satisfaction (P value 0.002 < 0.05). There is an influence of service quality on repurchase decisions mediated by customer satisfaction (P value 0.009 < 0.05). There is an influence of customer satisfaction on repurchase decisions (P value 0.000 < 0.05). From the Adjusted R Square values, it is known that the influence of product quality, price perception, and service quality on customer satisfaction is 53.6%, while the influence of product quality, price perception, and service quality on repurchase decisions is 67.6%.
