Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job stress, job satisfaction and job insecurity on the turnover intention of employees of PT. Delta Dunia Clothing Textiles Demak . Respondents in this study were employees of PT. Delta Dunia Sandang Tekstil Demak with a sample of 290 employees. The data collection process was carried out by distributing questionnaires through the media google form and manual paper to all employees of PT. Delta Dunia Clothing Textile Demak. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection method used a simple sampling. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using statistical test tools. The data processing of this research uses the IBM SPSS 24 tool. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect between job stress on turnover intention, and job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention and job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job stress, job satisfaction and job insecurity together have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. The regression equation obtained is Y = 12,523. Job stress has a positive effect of 0,353 on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a negative effect of -0,087 and job insecurity has a positive effect of 0,239. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the Adjusted R Square value is 0.819 or 82.9%. This shows that the variable turnover intention can be explained by the variables of job stress, job satisfaction and job insecurity, which is 82.9%, while the remaining 0.181 or 18.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work fatigue, work boredom, workload and work stress on cyberloafing on employees of PT. The Paradise of Indonesian Motorcycles for Operations (Planet Tires) Semarang Residency. This study used 133 respondents, the data collection process was carried out by distributing questionnaires using google from to employees of the operational division of Planet Ban. This research is using quantitative methods. The data collection method used a saturated sampling technique with a questionnaire. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis method with statistical test tools. Measurements in this study using a Likert scale and data processing in this study using the IBM SPSS 26 tool. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between work fatigue and work boredom on cyberloafing. Workload and work stress have no effect on cyberloafing, and work fatigue, work boredom, workload and work stress affect cyberloafing simultaneously. The results of testing the coefficient of determination obtained the value of Adjusted R Square of 0.739 or 73.9%. This means that the Cyberloafing variable can be explained by the variables of work fatigue, work boredom, workload and work stress of 73.9%, while the remaining 0.261 or 26.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan pelaksanaan Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang bertujuan untukmenangani isu-isu terkait pengelolaan sampah dan meningkatkan efektivitas pemanfaatan kotoran sapimelalui penerapan teknik lubang resapan biopori di area RT 04 RW 01, Kelurahan Wates, KecamatanNgaliyan, Kota Semarang. Permasalahan utama dalam upaya pelayanan publik ini adalah penumpukansampah rumah tangga yang berakumulasi serta kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam proses pemilahansampah. Pendekatan pelaksanaan melibatkan serangkaian aktivitas sosialisasi terkait pemisahan sampahdan langkah-langkah dalam proses pembuatan lubang resapan biopori. Selain itu, demonstrasi praktikdalam pembuatan lubang resapan biopori dengan memanfaatkan sampah organik dan kotoran sapi yangtelah mengering dilakukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman masyarakatterkait manajemen sampah dan pemanfaatan lubang resapan biopori. Program ini diharapkan memilikiperan yang signifikan dalam mengatasi masalah terkait genangan air, menciptakan pupuk organik alami,dan mendorong kesadaran akan isu lingkungan. Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik dari penelitian ini adalahbahwa program tersebut berhasil dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah danmemanfaatkan kotoran sapi melalui implementasi lubang resapan biopori. Diharapkan bahwa upaya serupabisa diterapkan di berbagai komunitas sebagai langkah untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih ungguldan berkesinambungan.Kata Kunci: Biopori, Kotoran Sapi, Sampah Organik

Abstract

Pasar modal adalah sarana dimana publik berinvestasi dalam instrumen keuangan. Pada hakekatnya, hargasaham berfungsi sebagai pedoman bagi investor untuk membuat keputusan investasi. Beberapa faktor,termasuk faktor fundamental, psikologis, dan eksternal, dapat menyebabkan kenaikan harga saham. Tujuandari penelitian ini adalah untuk lebih memahami dampak dari current ratio (X1), return on equity (X2),earning per share (X3), dan price to book value (X4) pada harga saham startup publik yang terdaftar diBEI selama periode dari 2018 hingga 2022. Dengan sengaja mengambil sampel tujuh bisnis yang berbeda.SPSS versi 25 digunakan untuk menganalisis data regresi linier berganda. Hasil nya bahwa faktor X1 danX2 memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan Secara statistik periode 2018 hingga 2022, perusahaan rintisanyang terdaftar di BEI akan mengalami kenaikan harga saham., faktor X3 sehubungan dengan harga sahamstartup yang baru terdaftar, dan faktor X4 tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara statistik terhadap hargasaham. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh pencatatan transaksi, keahlian keuangan, dansikap keuangan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan usaha mikro. Responden pada penelitian ini  merupakan usahamikro yang terdapat di Desa Bojong Minggir Kabupaten Pekalongan sebanyak 70 usaha mikro. Prosespengumpulan data dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung kepada para pelaku usaha mikrodi Desa Bojong Minggir. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan metode kuantitatif dan teknik yangdigunakan merupakan teknik sensus atau sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapatpengaruh dan signifikan antara pencatatan transaksi terhadap pengelolaan keuangan usaha mikro, keahliankeuangan tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap pengelolaan keuangan usaha mikro, dan sikap keuangan tidakterdapat pengaruh terhadap pengelolaan keuangan usaha mikro.Kata Kunci : Keahlian Keuangan, Pencatatan Transaksi, Pengelolaan Keuangan Usaha Mikro, SikapKeuangan.

Abstract

Persaingan pasar yang semakin ketat serta pengelolaan keuangan yang masih ala kadarnya pada produsen jahit baju gamis Soheyfa dan produsen baju kebaya Viandari Fashion, menjadi suatu permasalahan utama pada kedua mitra Usaha Mikro. Pemasaran online yang dilakukan saat ini, melalui social media, sudah mengalami peningkatan, meski terkadang omset penjualan yang diharapkan serta jumlah income yang didapat mengalami pasang-surut. Disamping itu, kompetensi SDM dan peralatan jahit yang kurang memadai berpengaruh pada jumlah atau kuantitas produksi jahitan yang dihasilkan. Dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan keterampilan pengelolaan keuangan pada usaha mikro mitra, tim Pelaksana PKM melakukan pendampingandalam bentuk pelatihan yang berupa workshop mengenai ketrampilan pencatatan dan pengelolaan keuangan serta pemasaran secara online dengan menggunakan website model CMS (Content Management System). Website model CMS ini, dapat pula berfungsi sebagai media promosi dan pemasaran usaha mikro mitra 1 dan 2. Dengan adanya situs online maka kesempatan pengembangan pemasaran dan transaksi bisnis akan semakin besar. Informasi produk baru hingga perubahan harga dapat dilihat secara langsung dari situs pengusaha mikro. Pelatihan yang ditujukan untuk mitra pengusaha mikro jahit baju gamis dan kebaya ini, dimaksudkan agar kedua mitra dapat mengelola situs online dan terus ter-update serta dapat mengatur keuangan dan mendisiplinkan aktivitas mencatat sebagai bagian dari proses mengembangkan transaksi  bisnis jahitan baju gamis dan kebaya secara maksimal. Hasil dari pendampingan dan pelatihan ini, diharapkan kedua mitra dapat menularkan ilmu dan keterampilan tersebut kepada pengusaha-pengusaha mikro lainnya di lingkungan sekitar mereka, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, kemampuan, dan ketrampilan mereka secara bersama - sama. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product variations, café atmosphere, social media marketing, and payment methods on increasing sales (case study of a coffee shop in Blora district in 2022). The type of research used is quantitative (primary) research. In this research, the total sample was 161 people consisting of employees and owners, obtained using probability sampling methods. Sample data was obtained from a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is quantitative methods. This research was processed using IBM SPSS 25 software. The results of this research are based on partial tests with the T Test and show that (1) product variations do not have a negative influence on increasing sales, (2) the café atmosphere has a positive influence on increasing sales, (3) ) social media marketing does not have a positive influence on increasing sales, (4) payment methods have a positive influence on increasing sales. Based on a simultaneous test with the F Test, it is stated that product variations, café atmosphere, social media marketing, and payment methods simultaneously influence increasing sales.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of information quality, information systems and the quality of service interaction on employee satisfaction. This research took the object of 50 employees of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office of Pati Regency. The researcher's sampling technique uses saturated sampling. Data analysis method using multiple regression The results of the study found that there was a positive and significant influence of information quality on employee satisfaction, there was a positive and significant influence of information systems on employee satisfaction and there was a positive and significant influence on the quality of service interaction on employee satisfaction.

Abstract

Problem factors that become obstacles in work productivity. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of supervision, competence and work experience on work productivity at PT. Scancom New Zealand. The study sample was 156 respondents. The sampling technique used is saturated samples. The data analysis method uses multiple regression The results of the study found that there was a significant influence of supervisory variables on work productivity, there was a significant influence of competency variables on work productivity and there was a significant influence of work experience variables on work productivity. As well as the results of the test of the three independent variables on the dependent variables that there is a significant influence between the three variables on the independent variables silmultaneously (together). The results of the determination coefficient test obtained a value from the Adjusted R Square of 0.635 or 63.50% this can be interpreted to mean that Supervision, Competence and Work Experience can explain Work Productivity. While the remaining 36.50% was influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, job engagement, organizational environment on the performance of Tpi Tasik Agung Rembang employees. This type of research uses quantitative research methods and the data used in this study is primary data. The population in this study was TPI Tasik Agung Rembang, this study used non-probability techniques with a saturated sample of 80 respondents. The measurement of this study used a Likert scale which was then processed with the IBM SPSS Statistical Version 25 analysis tool using multiple linear analysis. The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture and performance partially, job engagement has a positive and significant effect on performance partially, the organizational environment has a positive and significant effect on performance partially. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test obtained a value from Ajusted R Square of 0.341 or 34.1% showed that performance variables were influenced by organizational culture variables, job engagement, organizational environment while 65.9% were influenced by other variables
