Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of human resource development (HRD) methods at SDIT Ar-Rahmah Mustika Jaya Bekasi, specifically focusing on internship, job rotation, and benchmarking. The research was conducted to explore how these methods affect the improvement of the quality of educators and educational staff at the school. The research method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with the principal, head of HRD, senior teachers, new teachers, and administrative staff to obtain data related to their experiences and views on the implementation of HRD methods at the school. The findings of the study indicate that the implementation of internships, job rotations, and benchmarking successfully enhances educators' competencies, broadens their perspectives on various aspects of education, and creates a more innovative learning environment. Despite challenges in time management and planning, effective coordination among related parties ensures that these methods run effectively. This research contributes to the development of HRD in educational institutions based on Islamic values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan uji kompetensi guru melalui penerapan teknik coaching di SMK Pelayaran Jakarta. Dalam konteks pendidikan, kepala sekolah memiliki tanggung jawab yang signifikan dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia, termasuk guru, untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang berkualitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah, yang mencakup perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengawasan, berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru. Melalui teknik coaching yang diterapkan, kepala sekolah mampu memberikan bimbingan dan dukungan kepada guru dalam mengembangkan keterampilan pedagogik dan profesional mereka. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah melalui teknik coaching dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran dan hasil uji kompetensi guru, sehingga berkontribusi pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan di SMK Pelayaran Jakarta.

Abstract

Human resource development (HRD) is a program aimed at improving individual quality through education. Therefore, it is important for Indonesia to implement effective educational approaches, focusing on creativity and innovation while also applying education based on religion and Pancasila. Education in Indonesia needs to be supported by policies that enhance quality, such as the possibility of reinstating national exams after a four-year absence. Changes in the education system are crucial for fostering innovation and creativity. Education should be engaging and enjoyable, with teachers who continuously learn to provide positive learning experiences for students. Islam, as a religion that emphasizes education, teaches the importance of early education to shape a quality generation. The research method used in this analysis is descriptive or documentation study, aimed at illustrating how Islamic education can contribute to HR development. The findings indicate that quality education is key to enhancing individuals' contributions to society. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in Indonesia is based on Pancasila values, emphasizing belief in God as a moral guide. Thus, education serves as a means to build and develop students' character and personality while creating a supportive community for goodness and truth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu sekolahan yang berbasis boarding school yang berada di Cikarang. Dan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran seorang kepemimpinan kepala keasramaan dan wali asrama dalam mencegah bullying di lingkungan Boarding School TBZ yang berada di Cikarang. Penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif. Tujuannya adalah untuk mempelajari lebih jauh tentang fenomena tersebut dengan cara melihat makna, persepsi, pengalaman, dan tujuan dari orang-orang yang diteliti. Teknik deskriptif digunakan untuk membicarakan tentang peristiwa atau kejadian tanpa menghalangi tujuan penelitian. Hasil peneletiannya menunjukkan bahwa kepala asrama dan wali asrama dapat membantu menghentikan dan mengendalikan Bullying. Di asrama boarding school, mereka mengikuti berbagai acara kemahasiswaan dan mengawasi perilaku keseharian para siswa sambil juga mengajar dan memimpin mereka. Simpulannya kepala asrama memiliki tujuh tugas yaitu pendidik, manajer, administrator, supervisor, pemimpin, dan orang-orang yang memunculkan ide-ide baru. Penjaga asrama memiliki rencana untuk menghentikan Bullying yang mencakup sejumlah hal yang dapat dilakukan untuk menghentikan dan menangani Bullying di asrama

Abstract

Keberlangsungan dan daya saing lembaga pendidikan, terutama di sektor swasta, sangat bergantung pada proses penerimaan siswa baru (PPDB). Sekolah swasta harus lebih fleksibel dan kreatif untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat, berbeda dengan sekolah negeri yang mendapatkan subsidi dan menjamin kuota siswa melalui sistem zonasi.Dalam konteks ini, kepala sekolah memegang peran sentral, tidak hanya sebagai manajer administratif, tetapi juga sebagai pemimpin strategis dan komunikator publik yang mampu membangun kepercayaan orang tua dan Masyarakat luas.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki cara dan pola kepemimpinan kepala sekolah saat PPDB, menentukan taktik untuk menarik dan merekrut siswa baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode grounded theory sebagaimana dikembangkan oleh (Corbin & Strauss, 2015). Hasil penelitian melalui pendekatan grounded theory, ditemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang bersifat demokratis, partisipatif, dan adaptif terhadap perubahan, berperan langsung dalam merancang strategi promosi, komunikasi dengan masyarakat, dan inovasi layanan pendidikan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memegang peranan sentral dalam keberhasilan strategi Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) di sekolah swasta.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategies of private school principals in Bekasi in attracting prospective new students amidst intense competition between schools using SWOT analysis.  The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach.  Data collection through interviews, observation and documentation.  The research results show that based on the SWOT analysis, school principals use two strategies in recruiting prospective new students.  Namely an internal strategy by improving infrastructure and quality of learning as well as implementing programs that are attractive to students.  Meanwhile, external strategies are carried out by collaborating with students, parents and the surrounding community to jointly promote the school.

Abstract

In order to improve the quality of education and SDM (Human Resource) in Indonesia, the government is trying to take a policy in the hope of the exhaustion in the field of teaching both for the quality knowledge and skills of students and career development of teachers. As for the policy based on the Law No. 5 of 2014 on State Civil Appliances, there are only two types of ASN officials: Civil State Officials (PNS) and Government Officers with employment agreements. (PPPK). But on the other hand, this policy has become a new controversy in the world of education, especially for private institutions. As far as this research is concerned, it uses a qualitative approach using case studies as well as interviews. Thematic analysis is used to analyze data; after that, data from the interview is copied into writing and keywords are identified for further analysis. The researchers also found themes for further exploration. The results of this study show that this policy, rather than providing solutions, presents new polemics in the world of education.

Abstract

This study explores the function and role of school leadership in mobilizing institutional life and addressing organizational challenges at Mimbar Huffazh Foundation, Karawang. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed thematically. Findings reveal that the principal plays a strategic and dynamic leadership role, blending transformational and situational approaches that align with the unique cultural and professional context of the school. The leadership practice goes beyond administrative tasks by emphasizing vision-building, adaptive communication, and fostering professional growth. Open dialogue, relational trust, and participatory decision-making become central to how the principal navigates problems and drives continuous improvement. Moreover, teacher development programs are designed based on individual needs, reflecting a human-centered approach to school management. This study concludes that effective school leadership requires not only managerial competence but also the ability to inspire, adapt, and collaborate meaningfully. Future research is recommended to compare leadership practices across various Islamic educational institutions using mixed methods approaches for broader insight.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the methods of human resource development applied at SMAN 1 Setu, and to identify the challenges and opportunities faced in its implementation. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study showed that human resource development through education and training at SMAN 1 Setu, Bekasi Regency, had a positive impact on improving the quality of teaching and teacher competence. With various methods applied, such as competency-based training, utilization of technology, and collaboration between educators, SMAN 1 Setu succeeded in improving the professional skills of teachers in various aspects. The challenges of limited budget and time are still obstacles that need to be solved. Human resource development in schools will be more optimal if supported by various related parties.
