Abstract

This study aims to describe the form of language politeness strategies in Gus Bahauddin Nursalim's video lectures on Youtube. This research focuses on Gus Bahauddin Nursalim's lectures on Youtube, Santri Gayeng, with the most views in the last six months. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative approach that seeks to collect descriptive information and present it in text about the subject under study. The collected data is then analysed with Brown and Levinson's theory of language politeness. The results of this study show that there are 23 videos that fall into the category of language politeness strategies. The data shows a variety of positive politeness strategies, indirect strategies or vague speech, and straightforward strategies without preamble. The form of language politeness strategy is inseparable from Gus Baha's social influence in the community. He is known to have the characteristic of giving lectures with a speech that can have an influence on his listeners. Through the study of the language politeness of a preacher, this article contributes to the discussion of language studies and preacing activities in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study developed teaching materials to improve listening skills for learners of Indonesian as a Foreign Language (BIPA) at the Indonesian Embassy in Ankara. Following Thiagarajan's 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate), a needs analysis identified learner requirements. The design phase focused on creating materials, particularly animated videos, to enhance listening comprehension. Development involved creating the materials and obtaining feedback from subject matter and media experts for BIPA 1 learners. Dissemination included internal validation by BIPA instructors and user testing with learners and teachers. Validation results from subject matter and media experts categorized the materials as "Feasible" and "Very Feasible," respectively. User feedback yielded an average score of "Very Feasible." These findings suggest the developed materials are highly suitable for enhancing BIPA 1 listening skills at the Indonesian Embassy in Ankara.

Abstract

Pelatihan drama dilakukan untuk menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri pada anak. Kurangnya rasa percaya diri masih dijumpai dan sering dialami oleh banyak anak di Indonesia. Krisis percaya diri akan berpengaruh terhadap kurangnya anak untuk berani tampil di depan umum dan sulit untuk bersosialisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan rasa percaya diri anak-anak dalam bermain peran. Anak-anak dapat memiliki pengalaman dasar bermain peran atau drama. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan melakukan pre-test dan post-test dengan tahapan pelaksanaannya adalah survei, sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, anak-anak sudah menunjukkan hasil yang baik dan percaya diri. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini berguna bagi anak-anak untuk memahami konsep dasar drama terlihat dari hasil pretest yang meningkat sebesar 30%.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pelatihan Pembuatan Poster Pantun dan Canva Untuk Meningkatkan Literasi Digital Pada Peserta Didik SMP di RPTRA Jaka Berseri, Tujuan kegiatan proyek kepemimpinan ini adalah mengajak anak-anak Jaka Berseri RPTRA Klender untuk lebih kreatif dan meningkatkan literasi digital dengan membuat Poster Pantun menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Selain itu, melalui program pelatihan ini kami juga berharap siswa memperoleh kemampuan menciptakan pantun dasar, sebagai modal awal untuk melatih keterampilan dan minat peserta didik sekolah menengah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen, yaitu memberikan tes awal (pre-test) dan (post-test) kepada peserta. Langkah yang digunakan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan yaitu melakukan survei, sosialisasi, pelatihan dan terakhir memberikan evaluasi setelah kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu peserta didik mampu membuat pantun dan membuat poster melalui aplikasi canva dengan baik. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini dapat membantu peserta didik meningkatkan kreativitas serta mengembangkan hasil karya melalui digitalisasi.

Abstract

Poster making training is carried out to improve children’s visual communication skills and the importance of instilling a culture of saving literacy in children from an early age, so this is our effort to teach children about the importance of managing money well and wisely from an early age. In addition, the purpose of this training is to teach children the importance of instilling a culture of saving literacy from an early age to teach children about the importance of managing money well and wisely from an early age. The method of community service used is a lecture on the importance of saving and information about making posters. This activity is carried out face to face. This activity is focused on increasing awareness of saving in children. In this activity, children directly become aware of the concept of saving from the words of the posters they compose. The methods in this study are lectures, tutorials, practice and presentations. Based on the results of this study, children have shown the ability to understand the contents of posters and make posters with the selection of words and images that are in accordance with the theme of saving

Abstract

This article discusses the application of teaching materials to a BIPA (Indonesian Language for Foreign Speakers) teaching, especially in reading skills through a culturally charged audiovisual learning medium. The purpose of this study was to explain teaching materials delivered in culturally charged audiovisual media at the basic level of BIPA teaching with short story writing skills. Audiovisual media pages also accommodate the needs of online BIPA learning. This audiovisual media can be in the form of dialogue videos and explanation videos, as well as supporting media in the form of materials or handbooks. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The reference source used here is in the form of the BIPA AI guidebook "Sahabatku Indonesia" published by the Language Agency of the Ministry of Education and Culture. The technique for checking the validity of the data in this study used a method triangulation technique by checking the understanding of lecturers and students on the use of audiovisual media containing Indonesian culture in short story writing skills. The conclusion of this study is that BIPA teaching materials, especially writing skills, use audiovisual media with Indonesian culture in short story writing skills at the basic level. This teaching material is quite helpful in providing a breakthrough and can make it easier for BIPA students to understand the material presented as well as being able to introduce cultures in Indonesia. Thus, it is hoped that with this media it can be used as a source of inspiration in further, more complete research. and innovative.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the planning, implementation, and assessment of learning carried out by teachers in learning to write drama texts. In the world of education, measurements consist of two types, namely tests and non-tests. This study aims to provide the influence of Gawai Drama learning media on drama learning for class XI MAN 20 Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative method. The population of this study were students of Control class XI MIPA 1 MAN 20 Jakarta totaling 36 students and students of Experiment class XI MIPA 2 MAN 20 Jakarta totaling 36 students. The research method used in this study is an experimental method with a randomized control-group pre-test post-test design technique. The instrument in this study is a table of drama text writing skills. The sample of this study was class XI MIPA 2 even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. The research data collection techniques were observation, tests, and documentation.

Abstract

Gerakan literasi antiperundungan menjadi upaya mencegah dan mengatasi perilaku perundungan. Kegiatan literasi sebagai alat untuk membangun kesadaran empati dan keterampilan sosial dalam menciptakan lingkungan bebas perundungan. Melalui kegiatan ini juga, peneliti dapat menganalisis keterampilan berbicara pada anak usia 6-12 tahun sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan kegiatan bermain peran. RPTRA merupakan ruang publik terbuka hijau ramah anak dengan dilengkapi berbagai fasilitas yang mendukung perkembangan anak. Oleh karena itu, salah satu tempat pengabdian kami untuk mengembangkan keterampilan berbicara anak, yaitu RPTRA Beringin Indah Rawamangun. Deskriptif kualitatif menjadi metode penelitian yang kami lakukan. Peneliti mendeskripsikan keterampilan berbicara anak melalui beberapa cara dalam pengambilan data, seperti tes lisan dan studi literatur. Keterampilan berbicara anak-anak dalam bermain peran masih dikategorikan cukup. Akan tetapi, ketika melihat tayangan video dan dibimbing berlatih bermain peran, anak-anak mengalami perubahan yang signifikan meningkat dalam keterampilan berbicara menjadi sangat baik. Terlihat saat peserta menampilkan hasil latihan bermain perannya. Gerakan Literasi Antiperundungan ini tidak hanya berfokus pada keterampilan berbicara anak, melainkan menyadari bahwa perundungan masih dapat terjadi di lingkungan sekitar mereka. Dengan adanya Gerakan Literasi Antiperundungan ini diharapkan peserta dapat menyadari dan mencegah perilaku perundungan yang dapat berdampak negatif, seperti mengganggu perkembangan kognitif, emosional, dan sosial korban.

Abstract

This research aims to develop learning media for reading anecdotal texts based on Google Site. Based on analysis data, learning media was developed using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model in Research and Development research. Development begins with analysis which includes analysis of the curriculum, teaching materials, student situations and needs, and interviews with Indonesian language teachers. The results of the analysis of the situation and student needs show that the majority of students use textbooks as a learning resource and students also expect interactive learning to help students understand Indonesian language material and also increase interest in learning. Based on the results of the analysis, a Google Site media research design was developed consisting of (1) home page, (2) competency button, (3) material button, (4) forum button, and (5) practice questions button, and (6) references . Based on the design results, a Google Site-based learning media development was prepared. Based on the results of development, the product was implemented in the form of product confirmation to teachers with "very good" results in all aspects and confirmation from class X students with "very good" results in all aspects. Based on this, it can be concluded that the product that has been developed is suitable for use in learning activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to develop Sparkol Videoscribe in class XI procedural text learning. Data were collected by observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out with qualitative and quantitative descriptive data analysis. Product feasibility testing was carried out by one material expert and one media expert, as well as eight responses from Indonesian language teachers and 32 class XI students from SMAN 30 Jakarta and SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta. The results of this study are in the form of audiovisual teaching materials can be used by teachers and students of class XI and can be accessed using a gadget. The quality of teaching materials in gets an assessment that is categorized as very good, the assessment from material experts gets an average score of 4.2, the assessment of media experts gets an average score of 4.4, the assessment of Indonesian language teachers gets a score an average of 4.48, and while student assessments get an average score of 4.59. Based on this assessment, it is concluded that the teaching materials that have been developed are declared suitable for use in learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis Sparkol Videoscribe pada pembelajaran teks prosedur kelas XI serta melihat keterpakaian dan kelayakan bahan ajar bagi siswa, sesuai kompetensi dasar yang harus dicapai. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi, wawancara dan angket. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis data deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pengujian kelayakan produk dilakukan oleh satu ahli materi dan satu ahli media, serta delapan respons guru bahasa Indonesia dan 32 orang siswa kelas XI dari SMAN 30 Jakarta, SMK Paskita Global dan SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta. Hasil penelitian ini berupa bahan ajar berbentuk audiovisual yang dapat digunakan oleh guru dan siswa kelas XI yang dapat diakses menggunakan gawai atau perangkat komputer. Kualitas bahan ajar berbasis Sparkol Videoscribe pada pembelajaran teks prosedur mendapatkan penilaian yang berkategori sangat baik, penilaian dari ahli materi mendapatkan skor rata-rata sebesar 4,2 , penilaian ahli media mendapatkan skor rata-rata sebesar 4,4, penilaian guru ahasa Indonesia mendapatkan skor rata-rata sebesar 4,48, sedangkan penilaian siswa mendapatkan skor rata-rata sebesar 4,59. Berdasarkan penilaian tersebut disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar berbasis Sparkol Videoscribe pada pembelajaran teks prosedur kelas XI yang telah dikembangkan dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran.
