Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pendidikan Islam berbasis kecerdasan majemuk dalam pembentukan karakter anak Muslim dengan pendekatan library research. Studi ini dilakukan melalui kajian literatur terhadap sumber-sumber primer, seperti Al-Qur'an dan Hadits, serta referensi sekunder berupa buku, jurnal, dan penelitian terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep kecerdasan majemuk yang meliputi kecerdasan linguistik, logis-matematis, musikal, spasial, kinestetik, interpersonal, intrapersonal, dan naturalis dapat diintegrasikan dalam pendidikan Islam. Pendekatan ini mampu mengakomodasi potensi unik setiap anak, sehingga mendukung pembentukan karakter Islami yang mencakup keimanan, akhlak mulia, tanggung jawab sosial, dan kemandirian. Pendidikan berbasis kecerdasan majemuk juga menekankan pentingnya metode pembelajaran yang variatif, seperti dialog, permainan, dan kegiatan kreatif yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan anak. Temuan ini memberikan panduan bagi pendidik dan orang tua dalam mendidik anak Muslim secara holistik, efektif, dan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of innovative contextual-based learning strategies in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at Vocational High Schools (SMK), as well as their impact on strengthening students' religious character in support of the Merdeka Curriculum policy. The research approach used is qualitative with a phenomenological design, involving in-depth interviews with teachers and students as well as field observations. The results show that the application of contextual approaches in PAI learning, such as Project-Based Learning (PjBL) and Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL), successfully creates more meaningful and relevant learning for students by linking the teaching materials to real-life contexts. Additionally, the differentiated approach applied by the teachers provides space for students to learn according to their individual learning styles and needs, thus enhancing active participation and deep understanding. The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, which grants teachers the autonomy to design more creative and adaptive learning, further strengthens the spiritual and moral competitiveness of SMK graduates. The findings of this study indicate that contextual-based learning strategies can improve students' religious character, as evidenced by an increase in religious activity, honesty, responsibility, and tolerance. Therefore, innovation in contextual-based PAI learning in SMKs significantly contributes to the development of students' character and readiness to face life challenges in the workplace and society.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Beragamnya budaya, etnis, ras, dan agama di negeri ini, menjadi faktor utama dijulukinya Indonesia sebagai negara plural dan multikultural. Semua keberagaman tersebut, diikat oleh empat pilar negara Indonesia, yaitu Pancasila, Bhineka Tunggal Ika, Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia dan Undang Undang Dasar 1945. Hal ini, terpotret dalam desa Sukoreno dengan bingkai indah berupa toleransi dan moderasi. Desa yang dulunya bernama gumuk lengar, belakangan ini dikenal sebagai desa Pancasila karena memiliki beragam budaya dan agama di tengah-tengah masyarakatnya. Karena sekian banyak agama yang dianut dalam desa tersebut, tentu budaya yang terdapat disana juga bermacam-macam. Toleransi dan moderasi menjadi kunci utama dalam mempersatukan masyarakat yang beragam tersebut. Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah pada wujud kerukunan masyarakat plural dan faktor yang melahirkan relasi harmonis antar umat beragama di desa Sukoreno kecamatan Umbulsari kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode Participatory Empowerment Based Research (PEBR). Adapun metode penggalian datanya menggunakan tekhnik wawancara, observasi partisipatif dan dokumentasi dengan cara menggali informasi yang sesuai dengan tema yang sudah ditetapkan sebelumnya, yaitu: membangun relasi harmoni masyarakat plural di Tanah Reco Gumuk Lengar desa Sukoreno kecamatan Umbulsari kabupaten Jember. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tergambarkannya wujud kerukunan masyarakat plural dan faktor yang melahirkan relasi harmonis antar umat beragama di desa Sukoreno kecamatan Umbulsari kabupaten Jember

Abstract

So far, caring for corpses is still considered the duty of a village priest or kiyai, even though in Islam caring for corpses is fardlu kifayah, which means that if in one village there is already one person who cares for the corpse, then the other obligations fall, but if there is none who cares for the corpse, all people in one village are sinful. Caring for the corpse is the main obligation for Muslims, namely washing, shrouding, praying, and burying according to Islamic law. Particularly for the treatment of women's corpses, there are very limited numbers of people who can treat corpses. So that when a female member dies at almost the same time, she will experience problems and have to wait a long time for officers to treat the bodies. This service aims to provide understanding and skills to the community, especially women reciting lectures regarding the importance of caring for corpses. The dedication method is carried out for one full day by providing fiqh material related to the chapter of the corpse as well as the practice of caring for the corpse. The results of the dedication show that the mothers of the recitation understand the importance of caring for corpses, and are skilled at caring for corpses.

Abstract

Ikan lele merupakan sumber makanan yang mudah ditemukan dan mudah dibudidayakan oleh masyarakat, bahkan dengan lahan yang terbatas. Mengolah ikan lele menjadi nugget memberikan peluang usaha kepada masyarakat. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat melibatkan kelompok pembudidaya ikan dan anggota PKK Desa di Kecamatan Jombang, Kabupaten Jember, yang merupakan wilayah Pengembangan Kawasan Budidaya Ikan Air Tawar Kabupaten Jember. Mitra menghadapi masalah kurang optimalnya pemanfaatan hasil panen ikan terutama ikan lele menjadi produk olahan, serta kurangnya pengetahuan tentang diversifikasi produk olahan ikan lele. Tujuan program ini adalah menghasilkan produk turunan olahan bernilai ekonomi dari ikan lele, seperti nugget dan abon, yang sebelumnya hanya digunakan sebagai bahan lauk biasa. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup pelatihan pembuatan Nugget Lele, pelatihan pembuatan Abon Lele, serta pelatihan dan pendampingan pemasaran. Hasilnya termasuk peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra, produksi Nugget dan Abon Lele, serta publikasi melalui artikel untuk memperkenalkan manfaat ikan lele dan memasarkan produknya.

Abstract

Purpose: The community service program (PKM-BR) aims to enhance public awareness and engagement in preserving historical artifacts from the Majapahit Kingdom, focusing on the Kutho Kedawung Site in Paleran Village. It seeks to motivate individuals to understand and protect cultural heritage within their locality. Method: The program involves socialization activities conducted by students to educate and involve the community in preserving cultural heritage. It includes pre-activity assessments, evaluations during activities, and post-activity assessments to document information about Kutho Kedawung, utilizing both oral traditions and data. Practical Applications: The research results encourage community involvement in safeguarding historical sites, highlighting the significance of preserving cultural heritage. This can lead to greater appreciation and protection of historical artifacts, contributing to the conservation of cultural heritage for future generations. Conclusion: The study underscores the importance of community engagement in preserving historical artifacts, particularly within the context of the Majapahit Kingdom. It emphasizes the practical implications of enhancing public awareness and involvement in cultural heritage preservation efforts.

Abstract

Reading and writing literacy is a crucial skill in pesantren-based madrasahs, but it faces challenges such as limited reading materials, conventional methods, and minimal technology use. This qualitative case study was conducted at MA Nurul Huda Mangunsari. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, literacy activity observations, and policy document analysis. The school integrates kitab kuning literacy with general reading, implements mandatory book reviews, and utilizes student blogs for digital literacy. Key enablers include pesantren culture, leadership support, and community involvement, while limited resources and teacher training are major obstacles. These literacy innovations effectively enhance students’ critical reading, writing skills, and reading interest. The model is replicable for similar institutions. Future studies should explore the impact of digital literacy on students’ critical thinking abilities.

Abstract

Learning is an interaction between educators and students in carrying out the learning process. This study aims to develop a picture story book as a learning medium to increase the reading interest of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 74 Lubukinggau that is valid, practical and effective. This study uses the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) with data collection techniques through questionnaires, tests and documentation. The trial subjects consisted of 21 students and class teachers. The results of the development and research show that: 1) The resulting picture story book can be declared valid for use in increasing students' reading interest with a language validation score of 0.90 (high category), media validation of 0.85 (high category), and material validation of 0.95 (high category). 2) the level of practicality of the media, both from teacher and student assessments, meets the criteria of "very practical" with an average score of 90.95%. In detail, the results of the teacher's practicality trial reached 96% (very practical), the small group trial 88% (very practical), and the field test trial 88.48% (very practical). 3) The level of media effectiveness based on student assessments showed an N-Gain of 0.71 (high category). Thus, the resulting picture storybook is suitable for use as a learning medium to increase students' interest in reading.
