Abstract

The problem of this research is how is the rori lako tradition in relation to observing the relationship of cultural values ​​of local wisdom to character education in elementary social studies learning?. The type of research conducted is qualitative research. The location of this research was carried out in Loa Village, Soa District. Informants taken in this study, namely 1 traditional elder as key information, 1 social studies learning teacher and 1 community leader were designated as supporting information. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and observation. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the value of the rori lako tradition in relation to the cultural values ​​of local wisdom on character education in social studies learning, which occurred in Loa Village is character education and the cultural values ​​of local wisdom actually both aim to instill values noble values ​​that will produce good human beings in the future. Therefore, character education based on the cultural values ​​of local wisdom is very appropriate to be applied in the social studies learning process. The results of the study found the cultural values ​​of local wisdom in social studies learning, including religious values, hard work values, and mutual cooperation values.

Abstract

The formulation of the problems in this study were (1) what is the role of parents in educating children to read in the family in Ulupulu 1 Village, Nangaroro District, Nagekeo Regency? (2) what is the reading ability of elementary school age children in Ulupulu 1 Village, Nagaroro District, Negekeo Regency? (3) what is the role of parents in improving children's beginning reading skills in Ulupulu 1 Village, Nangaroro District, Nagekeo Regency? This study aims to: (1) the role of parents in educating children to read in the family. (2) the ability to read in Ulupulu 1 village, Nagaroro sub-district, Nagekeo district. (3) the role of parents in improving the early reading skills of elementary school aged children in Ulupulu 1 village, Nagaroro district, Nagekeo district. This research is a qualitative research. Because it is used to see the relationship between the role of parents and children's reading ability based on facts. The data collection technique is done by conducting in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects of this study were parents and grade II elementary school students in Ulupulu I village, Nangaroro district, Nagekeo district in 2020 on the subject of "reading the beginning". Data analysis techniques used the data reduction stage, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The conclusion of this study is that the role of parents in Ulupulu 1 village in improving children's early reading skills is done by guiding, motivating and providing facilities.

Abstract

Getting to know and developing oneself is a task in every stage of human life development. Knowing and developing oneself into a potential individual, various approaches and methods should be used to achieve the goals. LKMM is one of the many approaches and ways to help students recognize and develop their own self potential. What does the abbreviation LKMM stand for? The abbreviation LKMM stands for the following characteristics: L (Latihan) K (Keterampilan) M (Manajemen) M (Mahasiswa) which means Students Skill Management Training (SSMT). The aim of this journal article is to re-mix the theme of "self-recognition and development" which is conducted in LKMM activities based on theories of self-recognition and self-development. Two methods are used to summarize this review, namely a literature review as a theoretical framework and a personality type assessment for volunteer participants and a lecturing method in three days LKMM activities. The results of the assessment and its interpretation supported by a lot of theories are presented in this review. The main elements discussed in this article are the essence of self, knowing thyself, and one's own potential, self-development, and LKMM as a training program and the guidelines of its implementation. This activity was held in collaboration with the HMPS PGSD committee and the Counseling Service Center and Campus Ministry of the University of Flores. The target group is third semester PGSD students at Flores University. The element of novelty of this article is that within the scope of PGSD at the University of Flores, there has never been a psychological examination related to the types of personality traits that can be used as a reference for fostering self-recognition and development of students.

Abstract

Perkembangan Bahasa melalui membaca perlu di berikan kepada anak usia dini untuk memahami tulisan dan menyesuaikan tahapan berpikir anak sebagai proses yang di mulai dari mengenal huruf,suku kata dan akhir kalimat terhadap makna atau maksut dalam berbagai konteks wacana untuk itu guru perlu kreatif memberikan media yang konkret. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan media visual dan kartu abjad meningkatkan kemampuan membaca anak. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak usia 6-7 tahun di SD WOLOTOLO,KEC. DETUSOKO, KAB. ENDE, yang berjumlah 28 anak.penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang di lakukan dalam dua sikklus yaitu siklus I dan siklus II, melalui tahapan, yaitu perencanaan , pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang di pakai adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan hasil yang diperoleh yaitu penggunaan visual dan kartu abjad dapat menolong anak di SD WOLOTOLO, KEC. DETUSOKO, KAB. ENDE, dapat membaca.

Abstract

Sosialisasi penggunaan media pembelajaran matematika di SD Inpres Ende 7 dilaksanakan berdasarkan hasil wawancara terhadap kepala sekolah maupun guru tentang kondisi pembelajaran matematika yang sesungguhnya dilakukan saat pembelajaran berlangsung. Kegiatan PKM ini, memiliki tujuan untuk: 1) Menerapkan konsep bangun datar, 2) Mendemonstrasikan cara menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis budaya daerah, 3)Membiasakan siswa dalam pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan materi yang sedang dipelajari, 4) meningkatkan kreativitas guru dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran, 5) membuka wawasan berpikir guru agar merasa penting memanfaatkan media dalam proses belajar mengajar setiap hari. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah sosialisasi berlangsung bahwa para guru dan siswa sangat antusias dan situasinya sangat menyenangkan. Manfaat lain dari kegiatan PKM ini dapat membuka wawasan para guru bahwa media pembelajaran tidak harus mengeluarkan banyak biaya dan waktu untuk pengadaan melainkan dibutuhkan kreativitas untuk memanfaatkan berbagai potensi dan kekayaan yang ada di lingkungan sekolah itu sendiri sehingga dapat membantu proses pembelajaran matematika menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Karena kreatifitas guru dapat merubah pola pikir siswa yang mengatakan bahwa matematika itu sulit dan membosankan menjadi menyenangkan dan mudah dipahami.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca siswa dengan menggunakan media kartu kata. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di SDI Onekore 6 Kabupaten Ende dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas I yang berjumlah 20 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes dan lembar observasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran membaca siswa dengan menggunakan media kartu kata dapat meningkatkan keterampilan membaca siswa kelas 1 SDI Onekore 6 tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Pada tindakan ini keterampilan membaca siswa dengan lafal, intonasi dan membaca memahami meningkat hingga mencapai kriteria ketuntasan yang ditetapkan yaitu dengan rata-rata kelas 65 dan ketuntasan kelas 80%.
