Abstract

Abstract: This study compares the characteristics of test items (item difficulty level, different power and reliability) test Multiple Choice Association (PGA), multiple choice tests Ordinary (PGB) and test Multiple Choice relationship between things (PGH) in descriptive statistics. Using 30 items of each type of test show the reliability coefficient of the most consistent PGH test measures the ability of students, as well as the level of hard grain and different power index included in the criteria of a good test. So that both types decent test PGA and PGH are used to measure students' abilities in addition to the type of test used PGB. Despite the complexity of the process of answering each item in the test, but the test proved to be the type of PGA and PGH had a good enough criterion and decent used to measure students' abilities in understanding various subjects. Abstract

The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has had a profound impact on the economy. This study is intended to determine the potential and interest of students for creative economy-based entrepreneurship in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic situation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. The analysis was carried out in stages, namely the data reduction stage, then presented the data qualitatively, and verified the research data information. The results of the research show that there are several reasons respondents are interested in owning a business, namely wanting to have a side business in addition to their existing job, wanting to have their own income, wanting to help the family economy, wanting to develop their potential and helping provide jobs for others, wanting to be free and not bound by time. work, want to be financially free. Meanwhile, the businesses that respondents are interested in during this pandemic are creative economy-based businesses, including online businesses (digitalpreneurs), culinary businesses, fashion businesses, handicrafts, printing, content creators, health product businesses, especially herbal ingredients and medical devices related to pandemic covid 19 (hand sanitizers, masks, disinfectants, hand soap), educational services and grocery stores. Pandemi covid-19 yang masih berlangsung hingga saat ini sangat berdampak terhadap aspek ekonomi. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui potensi dan keminatan mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha berbasis ekonomi kreatif ditengah situasi pandemic covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Analisis dilaksanakan secara bertahap yaitu tahap reduksi data, kemudian menyajikan data secara kualitatif, dan melakukan verifikasi terhadap informasi data penelitian. Hasil penelittian menunjukan beberapa alasan responden berminat untuk memiliki usaha yaitu ingin punya usaha sampingan selain pekerjaan yang sudah ada, ingin punya pendapatan sendiri, ingin membantu perekonomian keluarga, ingin mengembangkan potensi diri dan membantu menyediakan lapangan pekerjaan buat orang lain, ingin bebas dan tidak terikat waktu kerja, ingin bebas secara keuangan. Sedangkan usaha yang diminati oleh responden di masa pandemic ini adalah usaha berbasis ekonomi kreatif, antara lain bisnis online (digitalpreneur), usaha kuliner, usaha fashion, kerajinan tangan, percetakan, konten creator, usaha produk kesehatan terutama ramuan herbal dan alat kesehatan yang berhubungan dengan pandemic covid 19 (hand sanitizer, masker, desinfektan, sabun cuci tangan), jasa pendidikan dan toko kelontongan.

Abstract

The Financial Services Authority Indonesia (OJK) survey has been released, that the financial literacy rate of Indonesian people. The OJK is classified aproximatelly 29.7%, which is considered well literature. Low financial literacy and its products cause people, especially MSMEs, to be easily caught up in lucrative short-term investments without considering the risks faced later on. The low financial literacy for MSMEs is also due to the lace of knowledge and attitudes towards Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia which are the pillars of the national economy. This research aims to reveal the level of Islamic financial literacy and financial management of Sharia for SMEs. The research approach utilizes a descriptive quantitative. The researchers use questioner, in-depth interviews, and field observations as their data. The data is taken in June-August 2021. The respondents, who are associated with the OKe Oce organization, is located in Kuningan-West Java, Jakarta, and Surabaya-East Java, and are selected randomly. The research results show: (1) The level of Islamic financial literacy of MSME actors is mostly at the level of less less literate, (2) Financial management of MSME actors is still not ideally organized and runs professionally, and (3) there are three pillars of increasing Islamic financial literacy: promotions/campaigns, strengthening the Islamic financial literacy infrastructure, and Structuring/services the Islamic finance industry properly. MSME actors must be convinced that transacting with Islamic financial institutions can improve their welfare based on sharia principles that are halal and profitable.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran the power of two dengan mengontrol pengetahuan awal terhadap hasil belajar pengantar statistika di Prodi Bahasa Inggris Uninversitas Indraprasta PGRI Jakarta. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh the power of two terhadap hasil belajar pengantar statistika, dengan mengontrol pengetahuan awal mahasiswa. Penelitian dilakukan di prodi bahasa Inggris Universitas Indraprasta PGRI Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2 X 2, sampel seluruhnya berjumlah 60 diambil secara random dari populasi yang terbagi dalam empat kelompok, setiap kelompok terdiri atas 15 mahasiswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ada dua yaitu: (1) tes pengetahuan awal statistika, (2) tes hasil belajar pengantar statistika. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan analisis varians (ANAVA) dua jalur dan dilakukan uji lanjut karena terdapat interaksi antar faktor. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan: (1) Mahasiswa yang berpengetahuan awal tinggi dan diajar dengan metode the power of two hasil belajarnya lebih tinggi daripada mahasiswa mempunyai pengetahuan awal tinggi yang diajar dengan konvensional, (2) Mahasiswa yang berpengetahuan awal rendah dan diajar dengan the power of twohasil belajarnya lebih tinggi daripada mahasiswa yang berpengetahuan awal rendah yang diajar dengan konvensional.Implikasi hasil penelitian ini adalahpembelajaran pengantar statistika dengan menggunakan metode the power of two dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa prodi bahasa Inggris.

Abstract

There are some problems being faced by English teachers especially at SMK Kesuma Bangsa  Depok to teach English. Enriching their students’ vocabulary and teaching parts of speech especially tenses are the two most challenging efforts. The appropriate methods to teach both of them were  an Oral Questioning and Guiding in L1 (OQIGIL) methods. This study used an online action research implemented in   SMK Kesuma Bangsa  Depok grade XII, taking three months started in October to December 2021. This study involved 54 students of the Office Management Automation Program (OTKP) selected by simple random sampling. There were some activities to do during this  action reseach cycle:  1) an action planning setting, 2) an action, 3) an observation, an evaluation, and 4) a reflection.  The result  of this study show that the OQIGIL method used in this classroom action research has made the students speak English confidently and appropriately since the average of the students’ English speaking scores are 74,54 at the first cycle and becomes 74,54 at the second cycles and the average of the third cycles is 79,63. The  data  indicate that there are four students (7%) at the first cycle, 23 students (43%) at the second cycles, and 33 students (61,11 %) at the third cycles to speak English confidently since the students are challenged to think English  appropriately from the English materials directed in L1 by their English teachers and group captains during online learning

Abstract

Several studies show point out the ability of mathematical critical thinking of Indonesian students is still low, students often have difficulty dealing with situations that require problem-solving skills using Mathematics. Through a survey method, this research seeks to reveal the causal relationship between variables, namely whether the students’ mathematical critical thinking skills of SMAN Serang Regency, West Java are influenced by numerical intelligence and are also influenced by students’ learning independence. The research targets were class X students from SMAN 1 Anyar, SMAN 1 Mancak, and SMAN 1 Gunungsari which are in Serang Regency, West Java. A total of 88 students as respondents or research samples were selected using the proportional cluster random sampling technique. Data collection on students' mathematical critical thinking skills were used as an instrument for essay tests, data on students' numerical intelligence was used as a multiple choice test instrument, and learning independence was obtained by distributing a questionnaire. The results of the research show that there is an influence of numerical intelligence and learning independence partially and/or jointly on the students’ mathematical critical thinking skills of SMAN Serang Regency. Students' mathematical critical thinking skills can be improved by optimizing internal and external factors within themselves. Through fun Mathematics learning activities, prioritizing the scientific method approach in solving mathematical problems, as well as increasing awareness of learning independence by utilizing other sources of learning Mathematics besides from the teacher. In addition, seeking a positive attitude of students towards the importance of Mathematics learning to continue to be appropriately organized.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find the effect of teaching media and vocabulary mastery towards students’ speaking skill at Private Senior High Schools in Central Jakarta. The research methodology is experiment. The sample is 60 students which consist of 30 for experiment and 30 for control class. The sampling technique used is random sampling. Data collection is testing vocabulary mastery and speaking skill. Data analysis uses descriptive statistic, normality test, homogeneity test, and two ways ANOVA to test hypothesis testing. The research results conclude 1) There is a significant effect of teaching media towards students’ speaking skill. This is proved by the result of (Sig.) is 0,000 < 0,05 and Fo = 381,979. 2) There is a significant effect of vocabulary mastery towards students’ speaking skill. This is proved by the result of (Sig.) is 0,000 < 0,05 and Fo = 136,242. 3) There are no significant interactive effects of teaching media and vocabulary mastery towards students’ speaking skill. This is proved by the result of (Sig.) is 0,109 > 0,05 and Fo = 2,653.

Abstract

In trading activities, sometimes certain people take advantage of the situation to take as much profit as possible from consumers. What these parties do is sometimes done in deceptive ways. However, strangely, consumers are actually tempted by their products, and do not even mind their deception. This has the potential to become a legal problem because of the attempt to deceive consumers with ironic slogans and promotional language. Therefore, the purpose of this research is that the author wants to know how sales cases that occur in minimarkets and online shops have the potential to become legal problems. In addition, the author wants to know what kind of promotional language minimarkets and online shops use to manipulate the selling price so that it looks cheaper to consumers so that it has the potential to become fraud. The data collection used in this research uses observation and documentation methods. After that, the data that has been collected will be analyzed using a qualitative approach. The results show that the use of advertising promotional language can increase sales value. On the other hand, the language has the potential to become a legal case because there are elements of price fraud against consumers in accordance with Article 378 of the Criminal Code.

Abstract

This study aimed at evaluating the performance of the Family Education Working Group of Education Office in Indonesia to oversee the implementation of the family education program. The research method applied a program evaluation through an analysis of policy stage formulation to the implementation of programs specified in government policy. Using primary data, which was collected by researchers through several instruments, namely: (1) filling sheet in the form of inventory checklist, (2) in-depth interviews, and (3) documentation analysis. The results of data analysis showed that the performance of the family education working group showed a positive results, as seen in the results of mentoring in the education unit more than half of the education units including family education program in the school program and class activities agenda.

Abstract

Evaluation of graduates’ employment of Courses and Vocational Training Institutions (LKP) is very important to conduct, as a step to obtain feedback on programs or policies that have been implemented by vocational LKP in Indonesia. However, the absorption data for vocational LKP graduates has not been properly recorded at the present. Therefore the aims of this study is to analyze achievement of performance targets at the Directorate of Courses and Training (Dit-Suslat), Ministry of Education and Culture. This study using the Goal-Oriented Evaluation of program evaluation model from Ralp W Tyler. The results of the analysis point out that the target percentage of courses and trainings graduates in one year who get a job or become an entrepreneur has not reached the set target. Most LKP graduates are absorbed in the trading sector, manufacturing industry, as well as health services & social activities. Future needed labor are massively from the sectors of healthcare, construction, manufacturing and retail. Clerical, routine and repetitive jobs start to be replaced by robots and intelligent machines. The implementation of vocational LKP must be transformed in carrying out link and match as a whole.
