Abstract

ABSTRAK Pedagogik merupakan salah satu kompetensi yang wajib dimiliki oleh guru. PGMI Universitas Wahid Hasyim merupakan bagian dari agen pendidik yang disiapkan untuk memenuhi target outcome menjadi pendidik profesional. Fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kemampuan kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa peserta PPL tahun pelaksanaan 2018 sesuai dengan indikator ketercapaian.Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan dieksplorasikan melalui data kuantitatif. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan rangka kerja Milles dan Huberman dan difokuskan melalui logika induktif dalam menarik kesimpulan dari data yang ada. Kedudukan peneliti dalam penelitian ini sebagai instrumen penelitian artinya peneliti dimaksudkan sebagai alat pengumpul data.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwakompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa praktikan berkatogori baik. Hal ini ditunjukkan pada interpretasi skor sebesar 76,56%. Peran dan fungsi guru pamong dan Dosen Pembimbing Lapanganmampu memberikan arahan guna meningkatkan kualitas kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa.Kata kunci: Kompetensi Guru; Pedagogik; PPL.Pedagogic is one of competencies that should be owned by a teacher. Study program of Education of Islamic Elementary School Teacher (PGMI) in Wahid Hasyim University is a part of educator agent which are set to fulfill outcome product become professional educator. Focus of this research is how the pedagogic competency ability of college student as Field Experience Program (PPL) participants in 2018 according to achievement indicator. This research used descriptive qualitative research and explored by quantitative data. This research used Milles and Huberman framework and focused in inductive logical for concluded the data. The researcher in this research was as research instrument. It means reseacher as data collection tool. The result of the analysis showed that pedagogic competency in PPL participants are in good category. It is showed in score interpretation 76,56%. Role and function of tutor teacher and field mentor lecturer (DPL) are able to give instruction to improve the quality of pedagogic competency in college student.Keywords: teacher competency; pedagogic; PPL

Abstract

This evaluation research aims to describe the implementation of the Field Work Practice (PKL) program in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Study Program (PGMI) at Wahid Hasyim University. This evaluation research uses a Goal Oriented Evaluation Model. By using a random sampling technique, the research subjects were obtained as many as 41 students and 17 lecturers and heads of study programs. Data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative analysis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, documentation. Based on this method, data is collected through the following steps 1). Identified on the job training objectives; 2) formulate indicators of achieving the goals that have been set; 3) formulate the data obtained with the indicators that have been formulated. The main objective is divided into objective sub-components, namely: objective program sub-component, attitude sub-component, achievement objective program sub-component. All indicators in the sub-components were analyzed and obtained an average value of 83.6%. This means that the implementation of the PKL program in the PGMI Unwahas Study Program is good and the goals are achieved.
