Abstract

This article examines the reconstruction of the regulation of fiduciary security rights in order to improve the effectiveness of implementation and legal protection of collateral objects, especially in leasing practices in Indonesia. This research is motivated by various problems in the field, such as non-compliance of leasing companies in registering fiduciary guarantees, unilateral execution without a fiduciary certificate, and unlawful forced withdrawal of vehicles when the debtor defaults. In fact, registration of fiduciary guarantees is very important because it provides executorial power and gives birth to property rights attached to the principles of droit de suite, droit de preference, specialty, and publicity. Through a normative juridical approach by analyzing the applicable regulations and case studies in the field, this research finds that the weak compliance of business actors and the lack of government supervision are the main factors for the low effectiveness of the implementation of fiduciary guarantees in leasing. Therefore, it is necessary to reconstruct legal arrangements that emphasize the obligation to register fiduciary guarantees and strengthen fair execution mechanisms, in order to create balanced legal protection between creditors and debtors. In addition, education for the public and strengthening supervision from relevant authorities are important steps so that the implementation of fiduciary in leasing runs according to the principles of justice and legal certainty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent to which the production budget and operational budget influence business growth at Gilingan Bakso Margi Utomo in North Bekasi. The research is motivated by the increasing importance of effective financial management and budgeting in navigating the challenges of a highly competitive and dynamic business environment. A quantitative approach was used in this study, with data collected through observation, intervies, and the distribution of questionnaires to 28 respondents directly involved in the business management. The variables analyzed include Production Budget (X1), Operational Budget (X2), and Business Growth (Y). Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, preceded by tests for validity, reliability, and classical assumption testing (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity). The results reveal that both production and operational budgets significantly affect business growth, both individually and collectively. These findings highlight the critical role of sound budget management as a fundamental driver of stable and sustainable business development. Moreover, the study provides strategic insights for small business owners seeking to enhance their competitiveness and financial efficiency.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of advertising impact on sales at PT Sido Muncul Tbk 2021-2024. In a competitive business environment, advertising plays an important role in introducing products and creating brand image. As for this research using quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that advertising has a positive and significant impact on increasing sales. The findings confirm how important an effective advertising strategy is in supporting the company's business growth.

Abstract

The influence of school environment factors on students learning motivation andself-regulation at SMA IT. The research focuses on identifying aspects of theschool environment such as teacher support, peer interactions, facilities, andschool culture that either enhance or hinder students intrinsic motivation and theirability to self-regulate learning. Data were collected through in-depth interviews,observations, and document analysis involving students, teachers, and schooladministrators. The findings reveal that a positive school environment,characterized by collaborative learning spaces, supportive teacher-studentrelationships, and structured academic policies, significantly boosts studentsmotivation and self-regulation. Conversely, inadequate facilities or unsupportivesocial dynamics may negatively impact these outcomes. The study highlights theneed for schools to cultivate an environment that fosters autonomy, competence,and relatedness to optimize student engagement and self-regulated learning.Keywords: school environment, learning motivation, self-regulation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the validity of the CCDSR learning model. The CCDSR learning model that was developed was validated by 3 experts in a discussion forum commonly called Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The results of the validator assessment indicate that the content and construct validity of the CCDSR learning model are very valid criteria. The valid CCDSR learning model means having several characteristics, namely meeting the need (need), state (the state of the art), having a strong theoretical and empirical foundation, and there is consistency between the components of the model. The CCDSR learning model is included in the criteria of validity, both content and construct so that it can be used as a guide in preparing plans to improve science process skills (SPS) and SPS learning for students of prospective physics teachers.

Abstract

Schools is an educational instutions that is required to provide services to optimally meet student needs with the aim of creating student satisfaction. Many factors influence student satisfaction, one of which is teacher service, namely by having 5 indicators: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. The aims of this study were: (1) To find out the services provided by teachers to students at Al-Istiqomah Integrated Junior High School, (2) To find of out student satisfaction with student services at Al-Istiqomah Integrated Junior High School. (3) To find out how much influence teacher services have on student at Al-Istiqomah Integrated Junior High School. The thinking framework of this study is the influence of teacher services on student satisfaction as measured by the indicators of each variable. Indicators of variable (X) the effect of teacher services are Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. And indicators of variable (Y) student satisfaction, namely student feel happy, think positively and not complaining. The research method used by researchers is a survey method with a quantitative approach that is descriptive in nature. Data collection techniques used interviews and questionnaires. The result of this study indicate that : (1) teacher services provided to Al-Istiqomah Integrated Junior High School students can be categorized as verygood with indicators of tangibles, reliability, responsivenees, assurance, and empathy. From the result of the respondents’ answers a value of 60% was obtained from all respodents who gave the highest score, namely 5( always ) an average score of 4,2 with a very good category.(2) student satisfaction felt at Al-Istiqomah Integrated Junior High School could be categorized as very good with happy indicators, positive thinking, ang no complaints. From the result of therespondents’ answersa value of 70% was obtainedfrom all respondents who gave the highest score, namely 5 (always). The average score was 4,5in the very good category. (3)there is an influence of teacher services on student satisfaction based on the result of regression calculations with a value of 0,594, so that the alternative hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Meanwhile, the influence of teacher services on student satisfaction based on the calculation of the coefficient og determination ang non determinaton accounts for 35%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the integration of science with religion and Islamic educational thought from Nidhal Guessoum's perspective. The research method used is library research. The results of the research show that: a) Nidhal Guessoum's work consists of approximately 8 book titles, one of which is quite popular in Indonesia, namely Islam's Question Reconciling Muslim Tradition and Modern Science (2011), with the Indonesian title "Islam and Modern Science" ( 2015), The Determination of Lunar Crescent Month and The Islamic (1993), The Story of The Universe (2002), and Kalam is Necessary Engagement with Modern Science (2011). b) Nidhal Guessoum's thought builds an understanding of God in terms of Islamic philosophy as well as science, c) Nidhal Guessoum's school of thought embeds principles to support his quantum method in the form of theistic falsification principles which are scientific methodologies. Islamic scientific treasures are not passive, they will continue to be dynamic, experience progress and always carry out reconstruction as a responsibility to face the demands of the realities of life. For this reason, Nidhal Guessoum's thinking is very full of contextual-falsificative typology, and e). Implications of Nidhal Guessoum's ideas in Islamic education.

Abstract

This research is studying about Islamic boarding school in general both classic (salafi) or modern (Khalafi) adopt the curriculum of classical texts or studying the kitab kuning as their characteristic. DarulMursyid Islamic boarding school at the standing start aiming for tafaqquh fiddin that changing the goal of becoming a science Islamic boarding school. This research used field research approach with the type of research is qualitative.The determination of informants of this research used purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using the concept of Miles and Huberman namely data reduction, data display and conclusion. The results of the research show that: 1.the transformation of Islamic junior high school and Islamic senior high school curriculum of Darul Mursyid Islamic boarding school is the result of the questionnaire evaluation conducted to every student who wants to continue study after graduating from Darul Mursyid and the interest students showed to continue their studies to reputable-university with general basic in java region. 2.the percentage of General and Religious knowledge are as follows: the percentage for General knowledge is 75% dan for Religious knowledge is 25% both of Islamic Junior High School and at Islamic Senior High School

Abstract

This study aims to appraise the conclusiveness of the Spinning Wheel game in enhancing the descriptive text-speaking skills of seventh-grade students during the 2024-2025 academic yearat Junior High School Muhammadiyah 3 Bangsri. The study adopts a quasi-experimental design, incorporating both a pre-test and a post-test for control groups and both the experimental. The experimental group will participate in activities involving the Spinning Wheel Game, while the control group will follow conventional teaching methods. The sample comprises seventh-grade students selected through non-probability sampling and intentional selection techniques. Data collection involves administering pretests and posttests to both groups. The results from normality and homogeneity tests for the pretest and posttest reveal that the data from both groups is homogeneous and normally distributed. The homogeneity is evaluated using the Anova test, and the normality is assessed through the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. Upon analyzing the posttest scores of both groups, the significance value (2-tailed) was found to be 0.000, which is below the significance threshold of 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). The results reveal that students in the experimental group, who took part in the Spinning Wheel Game, significantly excelled compared to their peers in the control group, who did not experience the game. Thus, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is confirmed and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. This outcome demonstrates how well the Spinning Wheel Game works to improve seventh-grade students' descriptive text-speaking abilities.

Abstract

An adoption of technology always produces two reactions, namely acceptance or rejection. Senayan librarymanagement system is a library management system that is able to organize, organize, provide services,that finally producing an information that can help managers and library members. This study aims todetermine the extent to which technology in information services at the ‘ABC’ Library is received and toexamine the relationship of factors that influence the acceptance and use of these technologies by using theTAM (Technology Acceptance Model). Assessment is generated from primary data in the form ofquestionnaires distributed to 379 respondents. The veripative statistical analysis method in this study usesSEM (Structural Equation Model) with the software used is Amos 24. Based on the results of the research,PEOU has a positive effect on PU because the P value (0.013) <0.05, PEOU has no positive effect onBITU because P value (0.660)> 0.05, PU has a positive effect on BITU because P value (0.000) <0.05, andBITU has a positive effect on AU because the value of P (0.003) <0.05.
