Abstract

This study aims to appraise the conclusiveness of the Spinning Wheel game in enhancing the descriptive text-speaking skills of seventh-grade students during the 2024-2025 academic yearat Junior High School Muhammadiyah 3 Bangsri. The study adopts a quasi-experimental design, incorporating both a pre-test and a post-test for control groups and both the experimental. The experimental group will participate in activities involving the Spinning Wheel Game, while the control group will follow conventional teaching methods. The sample comprises seventh-grade students selected through non-probability sampling and intentional selection techniques. Data collection involves administering pretests and posttests to both groups. The results from normality and homogeneity tests for the pretest and posttest reveal that the data from both groups is homogeneous and normally distributed. The homogeneity is evaluated using the Anova test, and the normality is assessed through the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. Upon analyzing the posttest scores of both groups, the significance value (2-tailed) was found to be 0.000, which is below the significance threshold of 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). The results reveal that students in the experimental group, who took part in the Spinning Wheel Game, significantly excelled compared to their peers in the control group, who did not experience the game. Thus, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is confirmed and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. This outcome demonstrates how well the Spinning Wheel Game works to improve seventh-grade students' descriptive text-speaking abilities.

Abstract

An adoption of technology always produces two reactions, namely acceptance or rejection. Senayan librarymanagement system is a library management system that is able to organize, organize, provide services,that finally producing an information that can help managers and library members. This study aims todetermine the extent to which technology in information services at the ‘ABC’ Library is received and toexamine the relationship of factors that influence the acceptance and use of these technologies by using theTAM (Technology Acceptance Model). Assessment is generated from primary data in the form ofquestionnaires distributed to 379 respondents. The veripative statistical analysis method in this study usesSEM (Structural Equation Model) with the software used is Amos 24. Based on the results of the research,PEOU has a positive effect on PU because the P value (0.013) <0.05, PEOU has no positive effect onBITU because P value (0.660)> 0.05, PU has a positive effect on BITU because P value (0.000) <0.05, andBITU has a positive effect on AU because the value of P (0.003) <0.05.

Abstract

Identifikasi spesies merupakan aspek penting dan mendasar dalam penelitian keanekaragaman hayati dan upaya konservasi. Namun, pada kupu-kupu genus Graphium, proses identifikasi menjadi tantangan tersendiri karena tingginya kemiripan morfologis antar spesies. Taman Gading merupakan tempat wisata di Ledokombo Jember Jawa Timur yang banyak ditemukan beragam spesies kupu-kupu termasuk genus Graphium. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menganalisis karakter morfologi tiga spesies Graphium yang ditemukan di Wisata Taman Gading Ledokombo Jember. Sebanyak lima individu dari tiga spesies Graphium diukur dan dianalisis. Pengukuran morfometri dilakukan terhadap tujuh karakter morfologi menggunakan program ImageJ dan selanjutnya dilakukan cluster analysis (CA) dengan metode Unweighted Pair Group Method with Arithmetic Mean (UPGMA) pada program PAST ver. 4.09. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa Graphium agamemnon memiliki rata-rata panjang tubuh (BL) terpanjang (28,89 mm) dan rentang sayap (WS) terbesar (85,24 mm). Graphium sarpedon menonjol pada dimensi lebar, dengan rata-rata lebar sayap depan (FW) 41,07 mm, dan lebar sayap belakang (HW) 30,01 mm. Sementara itu, Graphium doson menunjukkan ukuran tubuh dan sayap paling kecil, dengan rentang sayap (WS) hanya 51,08 mm dan lebar tubuh (BW) 4,72 mm. Hasil analisis kluster menunjukkan G. agamemnon dan G. sarpedon lebih mirip secara morfometri. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mendukung pemetaan biodiversitas kupu-kupu di Jawa Timur melalui identifikasi genus Graphium secara lebih akurat.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of digitalization on management accounting transformation in manufacturing and service industries in Indonesian context. Based on qualitative-descriptive analysis, the study involves three companies from the manufacturing, financial services and digital retail sectors. From companies that have adopted digital technologies (including Enterprise Resource Planning [ERP], Artificial Intelligence [AI], the Internet of Things [IoT] and big data analytics), data were gathered through interviews, observations and analysis of documents. The results indicate that digitalization has had a radical impact on the role of management accounting in planning, forecasting, and controlling. In addition, the digitalization of systems also leads to an improvement in efficiency, transparency, and timeliness of management reporting for data-based decisions. The findings highlight the fact that digital transformation is not only relevant from the technological viewpoint, but also from the strategic one, where management accounting is positioned as a decision- making partner within the industry 4.0 paradigm.
