Abstract

Being healthy is a very important thing for human life. Healthy or not a person can affect to them daily activities. In Indonesia, many people who get minimal health handling. It coused by many factors. Some of these factors, such as for people live at the village, the distance between health center is not always close to their residence and for people who live in the city, sometimes don't have time to queue in hospitals or don't get good service from hospitals. Telehealth system can solve health problem handling in Indonesia. Using a telehealth system can help people get closer to their doctors or save time on illness or health care consultations. The result of the development of this telehealth system is the function of consultation with doctor in the form of real-time chatbox where users don't need to reload the page to get the consultation reply. There is also an automatic disease diagnosis function by using a dempster-shafer method where users can diagnose the disease based on symptoms experienced and some other support functions. Requirement functional testing where using whitebox and blackbox testing give result in a 100% success rate. As well as for Non-functional requirement testing of security, compatibility, and performance that is done by using some tools give result in 100% success rate too. Abstract

Requirement engineering is the initial stages of software engineering activities, where requirements elicited and analyzed. Requirement prioritization is an important process in requirement engineering that can determine the success of a software development project. Requirement prioritization activities can choose which requirements are important and less important, so the resource of the development team can focus on solving the key problem first so that resources are not wasted to solve a less urgent problem. MVGB (Majority Voting Goal Based) is a requirements prioritization method that takes into account the value given by each stakeholder as well as the dependency value of a requirement. This system of prioritizing software requirements using MVGB method is a system that provides a place to elicit and prioritize requirements by involving selected stakeholders using web technologies. The system has 46 functional requirements that are useful for elicitation, observation, and prioritization of requirements, the system has been tested with unit testing for 3 major system functions, integration testing for 3 pairs of system main classes, and validation testing for all requirements, the test yield a valid value for all test cases.

Abstract

Research in the field of communications technology today has grown rapidly. This is indicated by the use of the Internet as a medium of communication. The development of technology can cause harmful effects, such as cyberbullying. Cyberbullying is any form of violence committed in the virtual world that can cause health problems for victims, such as physical and psychological problems. Lack of concern about cyberbullying issues, and the unavailability of cyberbullying data to actuate preventive action is the problems to overcome cyberbullying issues. The study was conducted with the aim of seizing the attention of the government through the communications and informatics ministries on cyberbullying cases and can serve as a basis in mobilizing preventive actions, by providing data on cyberbullying and visualizing the information into a system dashboard. Stages in this study started from literature studies, information gathering, requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing. In this research, there are several software development processes, which is done with waterfall development model. The developed system in this study is a web-based system that can display the percentage of cyberbullying in a location with data obtained from tweets on Twitter that have been classified using sentiment analysis. The developed system in this research integrates between the framework used, the Twitter API library as a data collector, and the library of sentiment analysis to classify the data. The testing strategy in this research is done by unit testing, integration testing, and validation testing, with the result all valid value for all test cases which means that the built system can run as intended and free from failure

Abstract

Practicum is a structured academic activity conducted in a particular laboratory or class with the aim of providing technical experience to practicum participants. But there are some obstacles in practicum. One of the main obstacles to be highlighted is high level of plagiarism that have potential to occur in practicum activities. That high level of plagiarism is also supported by assistant's condition who also being a student which have limited time for checking plagiarism and assessment of source code which must be compile and run. So it's almost impossible to identify plagiarism accurately. Therefore, it is necessary to have a system that help assistant in identifying plagiarism and correcting the practicum assignment. System must be able to detect plagiarism potential by applying levenshtein distance algorithm for document checking and plagiarism potential inspection in program code with abstract syntax tree. In addition, the system must also be able to run the program code directly with the cloud compiler on the system interface without having to download and run every source code. System developed using the Spring and Vue framework and built for improving the productivity of assistants in correcting and plagiarism identification and also expected to decrease the level of plagiarism in practicum activities. System is tested by whitebox testing specifically unit testing and integration using JUnit and Mockito, also tested valid by validation testing for 32 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement.

Abstract

Toko Perhiasan Beben is a store that sells and buys silver either as silver raw materials or jewelry goods. Silver jewelry goods that Toko Perhiasan Beben sells such as bracelets, necklaces, ear rings, rings, ankle band and brooches. In this store, there is two transactions available, which is selling goods and buying goods. In analysis result, transactions in this store still are handled in conventional ways, no report about financial, and no report on quantity of goods. Besides selling goods on its own store, Toko Perhiasan Beben also has third party seller (sales). The owner wants to have reminder for the sales to pay goods that he/she buys when he/she can't pay up in 30 days. To solve these problems, researcher make suggestion to implement a management system on silver jewelry goods based on desktop. With primal function in selling and buying management transactions, stocks management, financial statements and sales payment. This research is started by requirements gathering which analyzed to 28 functional from the system. The next step is to make a design and implementation. System is implemented using java language and Model, View, Controller (MVC) as design pattern with database MySQL. After implementation is finished, the system will be tested using whitebox testing and blackbox testing. The whitebox testing will be done using unit testing and the blackbox testing will be done using validation testing. Testing result of this implemented system is 100 percent valid as the system is compatible with analysis and design result.

Abstract

Identification victims of accidents or natural disasters can be done by examining the characteristics of the teeth. Examining the characteristic by teeth in victim identification is an accurate and easy method because teeth is the hardest part of body and has a lot of variation such as broken, filling, extraction, implant teeth, etc. However, there is a problem in identification victims using dental characteristics, that is incomplete medical dental records that can be used for victim identification. The facts there are still many dental clinics that do not perform the dental medical records according to the National Standard of Dental Medical Record because odontogram record takes longer time. This happened because dentists and nurses should draw symbols that match the patient's dental condition on an odontogram paper. Because of that, this research is aiming to build a web based dental medical record system so it can facilitate the dentist in performing dental medical records according to the National Standard Dental Medical Record. This research use prototyping model as a model in software development life cycle and built using CodeIgniter framework that support MVC (Model - View - Controller) and also using javascripst, jQuery, and Ajax to support the system to be more interactive. In the testing step, functional testing is done by using white box dan black box testing, and non-functional testing is done by using compactibility testing. From the test results on the functional system obtained that 100% valid or no errors in the system. While the non-functional testing system obtained results that the system can run well on two different browsers Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

Abstract

Rapid development in technology has significantly increased the needs of software maintenance to keep it relevant. The better the quality of the software's design, the easier it is to maintain. That quality can be measured using coupling metric. Indirect dependency between modules needs to be considered for better computational accuracy, which indirect package coupling based on responsibility metric provides. In order to tackle these problems, the package coupling evaluation tool using the indirect package coupling based on responsibility metric is built. The input data is a package diagram file that is exported into an XML (eXtensible Markup Language) format, which can be achieved using a software like Visual Paradigm. The system will parse the file using DOM (Document Object Model) parser. The tool was tested through unit and integration testing using white box testing technique, and validation testing using black box testing technique. It's performance is tested using packages from JDraw's 3 simplified package diagram, which are event, gui, and action. The result shows that this tool can save about 10 minutes and 27.1188 seconds of time needed by human in evaluating the event package's coupling.

Abstract

Bogor Botanical Garden is one of the botanical gardens in Indonesia that is managed directly by the Plant Conservation Botanic Gardens-LIPI which has an area of 87 hectares. There are various types of plants and attractions in Bogor Botanical Garden. With the vastness of land owned, there are several problems that are felt by Bogor Botanical Garden's visitors, they are: the visitors do not know the location of the attraction to be visited, the visitors do not know the diversity of attractions, and the visitors do not know how to give a testimony to the manager. So far, the manager finds out the satisfaction level of the visitors simply by seeing visitor posts on the Bogor Botanical Gardens Facebook Fanpage page which is considered to be less valid in representing the satisfaction level of the visitors. So, a solution given to overcome these problems is by adding features to search the location of the attractions in the Bogor Botanical Garden, to display the list of tourist attractions, to save testimonials and to display a graph of visitors' satisfaction results from image detection using the Local Binary Pattern (LBP) algorithm. The result of the tests shows that unit testing, integration testing, and validation testing is 100% valid and the result of compatibility testing shows that the system can run on 8 types of web browsers.

Abstract

Understandability is a software quality parameters that shows the level of ease in understanding a developed software module. As an example of the importance of understandability, in an experiment on code inspection, 60% of issues reported by professional reviewers on maintenance are related to understandability. Therefore this research is intended to develop an application that can measure the level of understandability automatically in the software design phase. Measurement of understandability is done in by using multivariate understandability metric. The development is done by adopting the waterfall model methodology. Based on the results, 100% of requirements are validated. As for the system efficiency, system was able to complete 1 measurement task within 10 seconds, and the user can complete 100% of the task, which proved that system is capable to measure understandability efficiently. As for the relationship between understandability results shows by the system and maintainability that has been known shows the spearman's rank correlation of 0.987, which pointing the results of system can be used as one of the reference to estimating the effort to performing maintenance in early stage of software development.

Abstract

Public information disclosure is a manifestation of democratization in the management of governance that allows public participation in realizing good governance. In the Office of Communications and Informatics (Kominfo) of Pekalongan Regency, it is done by providing a media that accommodates reports of problems from the citizens in an online form which can be accessed through the website of the Government of Pekalongan Regency. However, the problem is the process of distributing reports to Local Government Agency (OPD) is done manually, so that the delivery and response time tend to be slow, and the citizens do not know the follow-up of the problem conveyed. In addition, there is no assessment of the speed of OPD in answering reports that can be used as a benchmark of the OPD in providing excellent service to the citizens. To solve the problem, the author developed a web-based reporting system to report a problem where people can connect with the OPD correlated with the problem and display performance assessments for each OPD based on the speed of their response to reports submitted by the citizens. The author used waterfall model in developing the software. Based on the testing performed, the unit testing, integration testing, and validation testing result 100% valid in all test cases. And the compatibility testing shows that the system can run well on 86.67% of 13 browser versions.
