Abstract

Penyewaan aset pemerintah seringkali menjadi tantangan bagi masyarakat, namun sebagai seorang pekerja magang di Kantor Dinas Komunikasi Informatika dan Statistika Provinsi Bali, tugas saya adalah merancang sebuah aplikasi yang akan mempermudah proses penyewaan aset tersebut. Aplikasi ini akan mengatasi kesulitan akses informasi dan memungkinkan pemesanan yang cepat dan transparan. Fitur-fitur pencarian intuitif akan memungkinkan masyarakat menemukan aset yang mereka butuhkan dengan mudah. Proses pemesanan akan menjadi praktis dan efisien, sehingga masyarakat tidak perlu lagi berurusan secara manual. Aplikasi ini akan meningkatkan transparansi dalam manajemen penyewaan aset, membangun kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pemerintah, dan memudahkan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan aset-aset pemerintah. Tujuan utamanya adalah memfasilitasi masyarakat dalam penyewaan aset pemerintah dan memberikan kontribusi positif bagi pengembangan daerah Provinsi Bali secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Dengan banyaknya titik WiFi gratis di Kabupaten Tabanan dibutuhkan juga adanya monitoring dan pengawasan terhadap WiFi tersebut. Namun dalam penanganan gangguan WiFi terdapat permasalahan dalam kecepatan penanganan dan juga penyimpanan data terkait dengan laporan masyarakat tentang gangguan WiFi di Kabupaten Tabanan. Laporan yang disampaikan masyarakat masih dilakukan melalui media komunikasi WhatsApp sehingga dalam hal penyimpanan data laporan gangguan masih disimpan secara manual yang menyebabkan dalam pencatatan dan pencarian data memerlukan waktu yang lama dan kurang efisien. Kegiatan Sosialisasi Database Sistem Pengaduan Masyarakat di Kabupaten Tabanan ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja sistem dan meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam penggunaan Sistem Pengaduan Masyarakat. Dengan disosialisasi ini dapat memudahkan staff atau pegawai dalam mememahami dan menggunakan database dari sistem pengaduan masyarakat ini. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan terkait kecepatan penanganan dan pencatatan data laporan gangguan WiFi di Kabupaten Tabanan. Kegiatan ini akan melibatkan mahasiswa, dosen, dan beberapa pegawai atau staff di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Tabanan untuk memberikan hasil yang maksimal bagi kesuksesan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini.

Abstract

Rapid innovation in Indonesia’s digital banking, evidences by digital transactions reaching Rp7,492.93 trillion by September 2024 and the launch of Wondr by BNI by PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, which has 5.3 million active users and 397 thousand reviews on Google Play Store by June 2025, presents a challenge for manual sentiment analysis of reviews due to its inefficiency. This study addresses this issue by employing a machine learning approach, utilizing the Logistic Regression algorithm for sentiment analysis. A total of 8000 review data from Kaggle were used, with sentiment labeled based on rating scores (1-3 negative, 4-5 positive). The methodology included data preprocessing, feature weighting using Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF), and balancing training data with Synthetic Minority Oversampling (SMOTE). The Logistic Regression model was trained after parameter optimization via grid search, yielding the optimal combination of C=1, penalty=’l2’, and solver=’newton-cg’. Evaluation using a confusion matrix revealed an overall accuracy of 93.54%. For negative sentiment, the model achieved 71.89% precision, 91.5% recall, and 80.52% F1-score, while for positive sentiment, it reached 98.48% precision, 93.89% recall, and 96.13% F1-score.

Abstract

This research develops and implements a blockchain e-voting system using the Internet Computer Protocol (ICP), addressing challenges in conventional voting such as data manipulation, security, and transparency. The study explores e-voting and blockchain technologies, particulary ICP, to enhance secure voting processes. The system lavarages blockchain’s decentralization, transparency, and immutability, ensuring transparent and permanent vote recording. Smartcontracts automate vote data recording and security within the blockchain. Initial testing demonstrates the system’s stability, effective voter authentication, and accurate vote data reporting.

Abstract

SATUSEHAT mobile application is the official health application of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenkes RI). This application is a development of the previous application, PeduliLindungi, which only focused on handling the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020-2021. However, the focus of the SATUSEHAT app has been expanded. Some of its main focuses are accessing medical records, viewing vaccination status, and checking personal health status. Unfortunately, from several reviews, there are still many users who are not satisfied with their experience using this application, so this study aims to analyze the usability value using a combined method, of which two are Usability Testing and Post-Study System Usability Questionnaire. This research will involve 10 respondents, who will work on a short task, then answer a questionnaire to measure Usability Testing scores, and finally answer some questions to measure Post-Study System Usability Questionnaire scores. It is hoped that this research can help the developer of the application to see what aspects still have shortcomings, so that in the future it can be improved and developed again. Abstract

The advancement of digital technology encourages government agencies to provide public services that are more easily accessible to the public. The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Tabanan Regency still provides data request services directly at the office, which is considered inefficient. This study aims to design and implement an integrated statistical service website that can be accessed from anywhere to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of public service delivery. System development was carried out through several stages, including needs identification, user interface design, feature development, and system evaluation in collaboration with the BPS technical team. The implementation results show that the website is capable of providing data request services, consultations, recommendations, and statistical service information. The evaluation indicates that the system simplifies public access to BPS services without requiring physical visits to the office. This system is expected to serve as a digital public service solution that is more adaptive and responsive to user needs.

Abstract

Seiring dengan semakin meningkatnya kebutuhan akan efisiensi dalam mengelola administrasi pegawai, terutama dalam proses kenaikan pangkat, Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam di Universitas Udayana telah mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian dan Administrasi (SIKAP) berbasis web. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja dalam mengelola kenaikan pangkat file secara efektif sambil mengikuti perkembangan pesat dalam teknologi informasi. Menggunakan kerangka kerja Laravel, SIKAP menghidupkan proses manual sebelumnya dalam Pengajuan, penyimpanan, dan verifikasi dokumen kenaikan pangkat, sehingga menjadi lebih terorganisir dan mudah diakses. Kerangka kerja Laravel yang kokoh meningkatkan skalabilitas, keamanan, dan kemudahan sistem pengembangan, sementara MySQL digunakan untuk manajemen basis data yang efektif. Platform penutupan ini memungkinkan pembukuan dan verifikasi dokumen yang lebih cepat, mengurangi risiko kehilangan data, dan meningkatkan transparansi bagi staf dan administrator, menciptakan solusi komprehensif untuk tantangan khusus dalam mengelola kenaikan pangkat file di lingkungan akademik.

Abstract

Program beasiswa merupakan salah satu bentuk dukungan penting dalam memajukan pendidikan, khususnya bagi mereka yang membutuhkan. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya, sering kali muncul berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para penerima beasiswa dan pengelola beasiswa, mulai dari kesulitan administrasi hingga keterlambatan pencairan dana. Untuk memastikan bahwa para penerima beasiswa dapat mengakses hak mereka dengan optimal, sangat penting untuk menyediakan sistem manajemen untuk mengelola data penerima beasiswa bagi pengelola layanan beasiswa. kebutuhan user dengan berbagai fitur, seperti manajemen konten landing page, manajemen user, manajemen master data, dan pengaduan. Melalui pendekatan pengembangan berbasis kebutuhan user, kegiatan ini tidak hanya memberikan solusi teknologi tetapi juga memberdayakan user melalui peningkatan literasi digital. sistem manajemen ini dibuat agar mudah diakses dan dapat mengelola data penerima beasiswa dengan baik. Sistem ini diharapkan mampu memberikan solusi yang cepat dan tepat, serta memudahkan pengelola beasiswa dalam mengelola data administrasi penerima beasiswa, sehingga tercipta transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan program beasiswa.

Abstract

This study presents a system for automatic chord recognition from audio recordings using the Pitch Class Profile (PCP) and Support Vector Machine (SVM). PCP was chosen as the primary feature extraction method because it can represent the standard 12 pitch classes in music accurately. SVM was selected as the classification model because of its proven success in previous chord recognition studies, offering high accuracy while remaining efficient. Using the Piano Triads Wavset dataset, which contains 432 triad chords across 12 root notes and three chord types such as major, minor, and diminished, the model was trained and tested in an experiment. The audio data were processed to extract PCP features and normalized before being classified using SVM. Evaluation was carried out using both a default SVM configuration and GridSearchCV optimization. Results show that the optimized model achieved up to 82% accuracy across all chord classes, indicating that the proposed approach can recognize chords reliably even without using deep learning or additional features. The final system also includes real-time prediction by user audio input, using Python and streamlit framework.

Abstract

NLP advancements have accelerated Automatic Text Summarization research, but development remains skewed toward high-resource languages. Low-resource languages are underrepresented due to limited digital corpora, scarce linguistic tools, and a lack of locally suitable pre-trained models. This research aims to map, identify, and analyze research trends related to extractive summarization in low-resource languages and to formulate future research directions. This study employs a systematic literature review following the PRISMA 2020 protocol. Articles were collected from the ScienceDirect, IEEE Xplore, and Google Scholar databases, covering the 2020–2025 period. A total of nine publications meeting the inclusion criteria were thoroughly analyzed based on six research questions (RQ) formulated using the PICOC framework. Most studies rely on unsupervised approaches such as TextRank, LexRank, and LSA, with key features including word frequency, sentence position, and semantic proximity. News corpora dominate the domain, while system performance evaluation remains limited to traditional metrics such as ROUGE and F1-Score. Identified challenges include limited annotated datasets, the absence of local NLP models, and a lack of meaning-based evaluation approaches. This study confirms that linguistic inequality persists in text summarization, with most research relying on unsupervised methods and lexical evaluation. To address this, three strategic directions are recommended: developing open, diverse language corpora; adopting adaptable lightweight NLP models; and advancing semantic evaluation approaches. Cross-community and interdisciplinary collaboration is essential for building more inclusive and sustainable automatic text summarization systems.
