Abstract

Kata Kunci: Pemberantasan Buta Huruf Al-Quran, Penanaman nilai-nilai Keislaman, Lapas I Medan.

Abstract

Digital transformation in madrasah ibtidaiyah presents challenges in integrating technology into learning processes grounded in Islamic educational values. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic education management in the development of digital madrasahs and to explore the use of technology in supporting learning, assessment, and students’ digital literacy at MIS Terpadu Kota Langsa. The study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving the principal, teachers, and educational staff as informants through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed using a descriptive-analytical approach with source triangulation and member checking to ensure data validity. The findings indicate that digital classes are implemented for students in grades 4–6 through a readiness-based and contextual approach, taking into account cognitive readiness, foundational literacy, and parental support. Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning applications strengthen the management of learning materials and activities, while digital-based final examinations function as tools for both assessment and the development of technological literacy. Digital transformation also enhances teachers’ professional roles and highlights the importance of integrating Islamic values into decision-making processes. This study emphasizes that the success of digital madrasahs is determined by the institution’s ability to manage technology in an ethical, pedagogical, and contextual manner. Theoretically, this study contributes new insights into the principles of Islamic education management that support the development of digital madrasahs, ensuring that technological transformation in primary education remains aligned with the values of tarbiyah.   Keyword: Digital Madrasah, Islamic Education Management, Primary Education

Abstract

This study aims to describe the basic concepts of education financing and education financing models. The research methodology used is the library research method with analytic descriptive data analysis techniques. The results show that an effective and efficient financing model that can be developed is the Power Equalizing model and the Foundation Plan model because the Power Equalizing model is imposed on very rich districts to pay part of the school taxes they collect back into the state's pocket. The factors that influence the financing of school education are influenced by: 1) rising prices; 2) relative changes in teacher salaries (teacher's sallaries); 3) changes in population and an increase in the percentage of children in public schools; 4) increasing educational standards; 5) increasing age of children leaving school; and 6) increasing demands for higher education (higher education).

Abstract

Teacher integrity has become an essential foundation of educational professionalism in responding to ethical and technological challenges in the digital era. This study aimed to analyze the direct and indirect effects of organizational culture, principal leadership, digital literacy, and work motivation on teacher integrity. The study employed a quantitative survey approach involving 209 public senior high school teachers selected through multistage sampling. Data were collected using validated and reliable questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings revealed that organizational culture directly affected teacher integrity (β = 0.530) and work motivation (β = 0.386), while digital literacy directly influenced teacher integrity (β = 0.304) and work motivation (β = 0.788). Principal leadership significantly affected work motivation (β = 0.319), and work motivation directly influenced teacher integrity (β = 0.795). Furthermore, work motivation mediated the effects of organizational culture, principal leadership, and digital literacy on teacher integrity. This study contributes to the development of an integrated teacher integrity model and recommends strengthening ethical organizational culture, leadership quality, digital competence, and teacher motivation to improve educational professionalism.
