Abstract

Religiosity are extremely abstract and subjective.From this perspective, the extent to which the level of religiosity that is owned by a person will affect the achievement of the firm performance, including SME’s. Thus, the purpose of this research is to examine some of the factors that affect the achievement of the performance based on the perspective of religiosity.The research population is all of SME’s In Malang, with a total sample of 100 SMEs. Sampling method that used to collecting data is probability sampling method, with Proportional Random Sampling techniques. Methods of data analysis used is Multiple Regression. Based on the results of hypothesis testing showed that all the factors that exist on the concept of religiosity, including honesty, ethics, moral and mutual value the influence on business performance improvements. Thus, in order to the business performance increased, the entrepreneurs SMEs in Malang should increase the level of religiosity.

Abstract

Religiusitas bersifat sangat abstrak dan subyektif. Dalam perspektif ini, sejauh mana tingkat religiusitas yang dimiliki oleh seseorang akan mempengaruhi pencapaian kinerja perusahaan, termasuk UKM. Dengan demikian, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pencapaian kinerja berdasarkan pada perspektif religiusitas. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh UKM Sentra Di Kabupaten Malang,dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 82,394 UKM (pembulatan 100 UKM). Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling, dengan teknik Proportional Random Sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa semua faktor yang ada pada konsep religiusitas, meliputi kejujuran, etika, moral dan sikap saling menghargai berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja bisnis. Dengan demikian, agar kinerja bisnis yang dicapai dapat meningkat, maka para pengusaha UKM di Kabupaten Malang harus meningkatkan tingkat religiusitas yang dimiliki.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine changes in macroeconomic conditions on stock prices in real estate and property companies. The aim of this research is to explain the changes in macroeconomic conditions on the stock prices of real estate and property companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample of 14 companies from 48 real estate and property companies listed on the JSX. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that changes in macroeconomic conditions, namely inflation, had no positive effect on the stock prices of real estate and property companies. This is because the amount of demand for real estate and property will increase in accordance with population growth. Other findings show that the interest rate proxied from the BI Rate has a negative effect on the stock prices of real estate and property companies. Increased interest rates from the BI Rate will cause investors to be no longer interested in investing in the money market because it is considered more profitable to invest with high interest rates.

Abstract

Various goals that a company has in maintaining its share price is to keep maximizing the value of the company. There many factors that can affect a company's value, among others, investment opportunity set, working capital turnover , profitability. Based on this introduction, this study has several objectives in conducting this research, namely, to examine the effect of the Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) and Working Capital Turnover (WTO) on profitability ratios as well as on firm value. In this study, manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period were used. In taking the sample, purposive sampling technique was used, after using this technique, it was found that 50 samples were used in this study. Data analysis in this study used partial least square data analysis techniques. After analyzing the data, the research results obtained, firstly IOS has a significant positive effect on profitability and firm value, WCTO has a direct effect on profitability while WCTO has no effect on firm value. This study also has an implication, the implication is that excessive working capital will reduce profitability. The existence of a good and appropriate strategy will continue to be needed to obtain the right working capital.  Berbagai tujuan yang dimiliki suatu perusahaan dalam menjaga harga sahamnya ialah dengan tetap memaksimalkan suatu nilai perusahaan. Banyak sekali indikator yang dapat memberikan pemaruh suatu nilai perusahaan, antara lain, investment opportunity set, working capital turnover serta rasio profitabilitas. Suatu kualitas perusahaan dapat tercermin melalui nilai perusahaan. Berdasarkan pendahuluan tersebut, penelitian ini memiliki beberapa tujuan dalam dilakukannya penelitian ini, tujuan tersebut yakni, untuk menguji pengaruh dari Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) serta Working Capital Turnover (WTO) pada rasio profitabilitas juga pada nilai perusahaan. Pada riset ini digunakannya perusahaan manufaktur yang listing di BEI periode 2015-2020. Dalam pengambilan sampel digunakannya teknik purposive sampling, setelah penggunaan teknik tersebut, maka ditemukan 50 sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini. Analisis data pada penelitian ini digunakannya teknik analisis data PLS. Setelah dilakukannya analisis data, diperoleh hasil penelitian, yang pertama IOS memberikan pengaruh positif signifikan pada profitabilitas serta nilai perusahaan, WCTO memberikan pengaruh langsung pada profitabilitas sedangkan WCTO tidak memberikan pengaruh pada nilai perusahaan. Pada penelitian ini juga memiliki suatu implikasi, implikasi tersebut ialah adanya modal kerja yang terlalu berlebihan akan dapat menurunkan profitabilitas. Adanya strategi yang baik dan tepat akan terus dibutuhkan untuk didapatkan modal kerja yang tepat.

Abstract

There is a debate about the quality of service with trust bank syariah customers to syariah banking in applying the syariah principle, so regarded need to be researched about howquality of the service of syariah banks able to build customer satisfaction and trust. Fatmah (2007) found that affects the customer on syariah commercial banks in East Java was the quality of the service. In contrast to the research from Al – Hawari (2011) who does not find a direct relationship between the quality of services with trust. Gounaris and Venetis (2002) found that not all factors have influence on the quality of service trust. This studi was conducted to find out how the levels of trust customers of the bank syariah in applying the principles of syariah analyze the role of the quality of services of a trust customers and the role of customer satisfaction as variable mediation influence the quality of service of a trust. The research was done to the three syariah banks they were Bank Syariah Mandiri, BRI Syariah banks and Bank Syariah BNI, with samples from 150 customers by applying a technique accidental sampling method. Research variable divided into 2 namely endogenous variable that is the quality of service, while endogenous variable is satisfaction customers and trust. Data collection technique uses a questionnare that arranged in Likert sclae 5 point, while data analysis techniques use Path Analysis. The analysis shows that quality of services and not directly influence on customer trust. Professional service quality on one side of syariah bank customers will strengthen confidence, in the other side will from the creation of customer satisfaction, the satisfaction of customers will strengthen confidence of the bank syariah customers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas, kompetisi perbankan, dan operating income expenses terhadap profitabilitas. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel 30 perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisisi regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas yang diproksikan dengan loan to deposit ratio (LDR) mampu meningkatkan profitabilitas yang diperoleh perusahaan. Tingkat kompetisi perbankan di Indonesia yang cukup besar dan menimbulkan biaya banyak ternyata mampu meningkatkan profitabilitas yang cukup signifikan yang disebabkan karena penambahan jumlah nasabah dan penggunaan produk perbankan yang semakin luas. Sementara operating income expenses yang diukur dengan membandingkan biaya operasional terhadap pendapatan perusahaan, berdampak pada penurunan keuntungn perusahaan.

Abstract

In recent years, several researchers have criticized the diversity of gender in influencing the financial performance of companies. Despite providing high benefits and variety in the field of entrepreneurship, female entrepreneurs continue to be seen as an insignificant factor in entrepreneurship due to the dominance of male entrepreneurs. The purpose of this study was to analyze the financial performance of SMEs in Malang Regency. Data were collected from 100 female entrepreneurs and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Data was collected by using a simple random sampling technique. The results showed that liquidity and solvency had no significant effect on the profitability of women entrepreneurs in Malang Regency, while assets had a significant influence on the profitability of women entrepreneurs in Malang Regency. This finding seeks to allocate sources of funds in order to carry out investment activities, provide liquid assets so that they do not lose if at any time they are disbursed, provide guarantees of their own capital to pay off long-term debts, utilize all assets owned in order to increase income.

Abstract

Tokkebi Snack’s merupakan makanan kuliner yang berasal dari Negara Korea. Outlet Tokkebi Snack’s Malang mengalami penurunan penjualan pada waktu terjadinya covid maka perusahaan menerapkan konsep pemasaran dan perlu mencermati prilaku konsumen yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembeliannya dalam usaha-usaha pemasaran sebuah produk yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Outlet Tokkebi Snack’s Malang. Penelitian ini mengunakan jenis penelitian Kuantitatif . Populasi penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Outlet Tokkebi Snack’s Malang yang berjumlah 100 orang. Teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan kuisioner, analisis data mengunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan kualitas layanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh financial technology, tingkat pendapatan dan usia dalam usaha terhadap profitabilitas UMKM di Kecamatan Arjasa Kepulauan Kangean. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM Kabupaten Arjasa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 66 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa financial technology, tingkat pendapatan dan lama usaha berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap profitabilitas, dan financial technology berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan tingkat pendapatan dan lama usaha berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan. Ada pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education is a field that develops and occupies an important position in the policy agenda in many countries. The research objective is to identify the research trend of entrepreneurship education as well as the scientific production from time to time, such as: sources, authors, and documents. The bibliometric analysis was used to analize the sample from 2176 articles which have been published between 1977 to 2021. To get the metadata from the Scopus bibliography database, on Friday, 23rd of July 2021, at 2:56 pm, it used the “entrepreneurship AND education” query in the article title. Microsoft Excel was used to do the frequency analysis, VOSviewer was used to visualize the data, and Harzing's Publish or Perish was used as citation metrics. The result showed the improvement in the literature about entrepreneurship education from 1980 until 2021, and the improvement happened in 2010. There is many research about entrepreneurship education which involves multi-author collaboration, those are published in multi-language, with total of 160 authors from 109 different countries and 160 institutions. The United States is the biggest contributor to this research, followed by China, The United Kingdom, Spain, and Indonesia. The most publication about entrepreneurship education published by Education and Training. This finding can help further research related to the overview of entrepreneurship education worldwide from time to time. This paper also proposes several future avenues of entrepreneurship education research. In future research, it is recommended to expand the use of the database and includes more fields in the search.
