Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of group counseling with positive reinforcement techniques on student learning discipline at SMAN 1 Mungka District. The problem identified is the low learning discipline of students, such as being late for class, making noise during lessons, and not taking learning activities seriously. This study used a quantitative experimental method with a One Group Pretest-Posttest design, with a sample of 43 students of class XI IPA and XI IPS selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that students' learning discipline before being given group counseling services was in the moderate category, with an average score of 66.40. After the treatment, students' learning discipline increased to a high category with an average score of 95.50. The Wilcoxon test results show a p-value of 0.005, which is smaller than 0.05, which means that the alternative hypothesis is accepted. Thus, group counseling using positive reinforcement techniques is proven effective in improving students' learning discipline.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Talaqqi method in improving the quality of reading of Tahfidz students at the Daarul Syuhada Modern Islamic Boarding School in Tebing Tinggi City, North Sumatra. By using Descriptive Qualitative Methodology. The subject is located at the Modern Daarul Syuhada Islamic Boarding School in Tebing Tinggi City. Data collection used is observation, interview, and documentation. And the results of the study are that the improvement of memorization of the Koran through the planning process, implementation using the talaqqi method, the result is that many students have improved their memorization and are in accordance with the targets set by the ustadz. The indication is that the average target is 80% of 25 students. There are supporting factors in improving memorization using this method, namely Tahsin learning always runs every day, support from parents, a comfortable place to memorize the Koran. Then as for the inhibiting factors of these activities, the lack of Tahfidz subject teachers, there is laziness in students and lack of time management.

Abstract

Tujuan dari systematic literature riview ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh transparansi pengelolaan keuangan, temuan inspektorat dan sistem keuangan desa terhadap kinerja pemerintah desa. Metode penulisan artikel systematic literatur review ini adalah dengan metode library search yang bersumber dari media online seperti google schoolar, mendeley dan media akademik lainnya. Hasil systematic literature riview ini adalah 1) transparansi pengelolaan keuangan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemerintah desa; 2) temuan inspektorat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemerintah desa; 3) sistem keuangan desa berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemerintah desa.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the level of religiosity and a person's ability to cope with stress and to determine the magnitude of the relationship between the level of religiosity and the ability to cope with stress. This type of research is quantitative correlational research, because it aims to determine whether there is a relationship or influence between two variables. The population in this study was classes X and The samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique because there were several considerations. Data collection used a questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale. The results of the research show that based on the r_count value (Pearson Correlations), it is known that the r_count value for the relationship between the level of Religiosity (X) and the ability to Coping with Stress (Y) is r_xy of 0.479 and r_table df n-2 (60-2) 58, namely 0.254, so it can be concluded that There is a relationship between the level of religiosity and the ability to cope with stress. Because r_count or Pearson Correlations in this analysis is positive, it means the relationship between the two variables is positive. The calculation results of the coefficient of determination are 22.9%, so it can be said that the magnitude of the relationship is 22.9%, the variance in the level of religiosity is associated with the variance in students' stress coping abilities at SMAN 2 Payakumbuh.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the self-concept of slow learner students at SD Al-Azhar Darul Jannah Bukittinggi. The type of research used in this research is field research. The research used is a quantitative descriptive method. Quantitative descriptive is research that attempts to describe or depict a symptom or event that is currently occurring. The instrument used in this research was the litker scale. The population in this study was 22 people, with this population being sampled based on Ivan Fanani Qomusuddin's opinion. The sampling technique used in this research was saturated sampling. The results of this research show that the distribution of data based on the kurtosis value of Slow Learner Students' Self Concept at SD Al-Azhar Darul Jannah Bukittinggi is positive with a relative frequency of 41%, categorized as very good, categorized as good, 39%. Categorized as sufficient 19%. Categorized as not good 1% and categorized as very bad 0%. Self-Concept of Slow Learner Students with positive self-concept at SD Al-Azhar Darul Jannah Bukittinggi where classified as very good at 41%. Negative Self-Concept of Slow Learner Students at SD Al-Azhar Darul Jannah Bukittinggi is positive with a relative frequency of 41%, categorized as very good, categorized as good, 40%. Categorized as sufficient 18%. Categorized as not good at 1% and categorized as very bad at 0%. that the Self-Concept of Slow Learner Students at SD Al-Azhar Darul Jannah Bukittinggi is classified as very good at 41%. Self Concept The Self Concept of Slow Learner Students at SDIT Al-Azhar Darul Jannah Bukittinggi assumes Positive because there is a mean value of 1,096,364 which is greater than the mean value of the Negative concept of 1,090,000. This shows that the self-concept of slow learner students at SDIT Al-Azhar Darul Jannah Bukittinggi is not very significant.
