Abstract

Kualitas produk merupakan suatu harapan konsumen akan suatu produk dapat memenuhi unsur-unsur produk yang dianggap penting sesuai dengan yang konsumen inginkan. Kepercayaan konsumen adalah keyakinan konsumen terhadap produsen untuk mampu menjaga integritasnya dan akan kemampuan konsumen menjunjung kewajibannya kepadaa konsumen. Kualitas produk dan kepercayaan konsumen merupakan termasuk faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian pada aplikasi Shopee di Kota Batam. Jenis penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Peneliti menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu teknik non probabilty sampling,  menggunakan jenis sampel insidental. Jumlah sampel yang diambil di dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 responden, diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 29. Hasil olah data yang didapatkan dari pengolahan SPSS menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t hitung  (4,133) > t tabel  (1,984), dan memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Kepercayaan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t hitung  (6,886) > t tabel  (1,984), memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Hasil olah data dari nilai perolehan F hitung 149,189 lebih besar nilai F tabel yaitu 3,09 dan nilai signifikansi 0,001 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dapat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kualitas produk dan kepercayaan konsumen berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Kepercayaan Konsumen, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada konsumen yang bekerja di PT. Himawan Putra Medan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh sistem manajemen mutu dan ekuitas merek terhadap niat beli ulang. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian bahwa sistem manajemen mutu dan ekuitas merek secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli ulang PT. Himawan Putra Medan. Secara parsial, sistem manajemen mutu berpengaruh terhadap niat beli ulang PT. Himawan Putra Medan. Secara parsial ekuitas merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli ulang PT. Himawan Putra Medan. Besarnya koefisien determinasi terlihat dari nilai RSquare sebesar 0,477 yang berarti sistem manajemen mutu dan ekuitas merek mampu menjelaskan minat beli ulang sebesar 47,7% sedangkan sisanya 52,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti seperti harga. persepsi, harga, kualitas produk dan sebagainya.Kata Kunci: Sistem Manajemen Mutu, Ekuitas Merek, dan Minat Beli Ulang

Abstract

Meningkatnya angka permohonan dispensasi perkawinan di seluruh peradilan Agama dan Mahkamah Syariáh seluruh Indonesia dipicu dengan lahirnya Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan yang disahkan pada tanggal 15 Oktober 2019. Undang-Undang ini memberi warna baru terhadap pengaturan tentang batas usia perkawinan di Indonesia. Yang semula perkawinan hanya diizinkan jika pihak pria sudah berumur 19 tahun dan pihak wanita sudah berumur 16 Tahun, diubah menjadi perkawinan hanya diizinkan jika pihak pria dan wanita telah berumur 19 tahun. Sejak Undang-Undang ini disahkan, Pengadilan Agama dan Mahkamah Syari’ah menerima 24.864 perkara dispensasi kawin, hampir dua kali lipat kenaikan dari 13.800 perkara dispensasi kawin yang diterima pada tahun 2018 dan empat kali lebih banyak dari penerimaan perkara pada tahun 2011. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui analisis hukum progresif terhadap konsep alasan mendesak dalam dispensasi kawin di Pengadilan Agama Ujung Tanjung Propinsi Riau (studi kasus pada nomor perkara 88/Pdt.P/2020/PA.Utj).Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian hukum normatif. Adapun yang menjadi obyek dalam penelitian ini terbatas pada Perkara Permohon Dispensasi Kawin pada nomor perkara 88/Pdt.P/2020/PA.Utj. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum skunder dan bahan hukum tersier. Pengumpulan data yang peneliti lakukan melalui study kepustakaan dan wawancara, kemudian data yang didapat dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deduktif. Temuan dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: dengan alasan mendesak hakim dalam mengabulkan permohonan dispensasi kawin pada nomor perkara 88/Pdt.P/2020/PA.Utj, adalah  anak Pemohon telah lama berhubungan dan menjalin cinta dengan calon suaminya, sejak kurang lebih 1 tahun yang lalu dan hubungan keduanya telah sedemikian eratnya sampai pernah kabur lari dari rumah selama 1 minggu bahkan pernah melakukan hubungan badan layaknya suami istri, sehingga pihak keluarga khawatir apabila tidak segera dinikahkan akan menimbulkan fitnah dan masalah dikemudian hari.Oleh sebab itu, untuk menghindari dampak negatif serta hal yang mungkin dapat menimbulkan mafsadat yang lebih besar bagi mempelai, maka pernikahan antara keduanya harus segera dilaksanakan atau tidak dapat lagi ditunda guna mewujudkan tujuan syariat Islam maqashid syari’ah yang berada pada tingkatan adz-dzaruriyyah guna menjaga keselamatan keturunan (hifzhu al-nasl). Untuk menghindari kemungkinan terjadinya mudharat secara terus menerus merupakan alasan mendesak lainnya untuk dikabulkannya permohonan dispensasi kawin tersebut. Hal ini sejalan dengan konsep hukum progresif, bahwa hukum itu adalah untuk manusia, yang di dalamnya juga mempertimbangkan faktor etika dan moralitas. Jadi, penemuan hukum yang dilakukan oleh hakim tunggal telah memenuhi penemuan hukum yang progresif yang secara tegas mengaitkan faktor hukum, kemanusian dan moralitas.Kata Kunci : Hukum Progresif, Alasan Mendesak, Dispensasi Kawin The increasing number of marriage dispensation applications throughout the Religious courts and Sharia Courts throughout Indonesia was triggered by the birth of Law No. 16 of 2019 on Amendments to Law No. 1 of 1974 on Marriage passed on October 15, 2019. This law gives a new color to the regulation on marriage age limit in Indonesia. The original marriage is only permitted if the male party is 19 years old and the woman is already 16 years old, converted to marriage is only allowed if the male and female parties are 19 years old. Since the Law was passed, the Religious Court and Sharia Court have received 24,864 cases of marital dispensation, almost double the increase of the 13,800 cases of marital dispensation received in 2018 and four times more than the acceptance of cases in 2011. The purpose of this research is to find out the progressive legal analysis of the concept of urgent reasons in the dispensation of marriage at the Ujung Tanjung Religious Court of Riau Province (case study on case number 88/Pdt.P/2020/PA. Utj).This study uses a type of normative legal research. The object in this study is limited to the Case of Marriage Dispensation Request on the case number 88/Pdt.P/2020/PA. Utj. The data sources in this study consist of primary legal materials, skunder legal materials and tertiary legal materials. The data collection that researchers conducted through literature studies and interviews, then the data obtained was analyzed qualitatively using deductive methods. The findings of this study show that: with the reason of urging the judge in granting the application for marital dispensation on the case number 88/Pdt.P/2020/PA. Utj, is the applicant's son has long been in contact and in love with her future husband, since about 1 year ago and the relationship of the two has been so close that he had run away from home for 1 week even had intercourse like a husband and wife, so the family worried that if not immediately married will cause slander and problems in the future.Therefore, in order to avoid negative impacts and things that may cause greater mafsadat for the bride and groom, the marriage between the two must be carried out immediately or can no longer be postponed in order to realize the purpose of Islamic sharia maqashid shari'ah which is at the level of adz-dzaruriyyah in order to maintain the safety of offspring (hifzhu al-nasl). To avoid the possibility of continuous mudharat is another urgent reason for the application for marriage dispensation. This is in line with the concept of progressive law, that the law is for man, in which it also considers ethical and moral factors. Thus, the discovery of the law by a single judge has fulfilled the progressive discovery of law that expressly attributes legal factors, humanity and morality.Keywords: Progressive Law, Urgent Reasons, Marital Dispensation

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted on consumers who work at PT. Andalas Nusa Perkasa Medan. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of price and brand image on brand loyalty. The population and sample in this study amounted to 58 people. The sampling technique used is saturated. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion in the study that simultaneously price and brand image have a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty PT. Andalas Nusa Perkasa Medan. Partially, the price has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty PT. Andalas Nusa Perkasa Medan. Partially, brand image has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty of PT. Andalas Nusa Perkasa Medan. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination can be seen from the RSquare value of 0.223 which means that price and brand image can explain brand loyalty by 22.3% while the remaining 77.7% is influenced by variables not examined such as: product design, distribution channels, and so on. Keywords: Price, Brand Image, Brand Loyalty.

Abstract

This research was taken based on the existence of children at the Aisyiyah Putri Orphanage in Payakumbuh City who had low self-confidence. This is due to the nature of being afraid to speak and express opinions in public, difficulty adapting to new environments and difficulty respecting other people's opinions. In fact, it is not uncommon for children in orphanages to doubt their own abilities and feel inferior to other people. Researchers tried to apply group guidance services to the children of the Aisyiyah Putri Orphanage in Payakunbuh City. This research aims to increase their self-confidence. The method used in this research is pre-experiment, one group pre-test, post-test. The subjects of this research were the children of the Aisyiyah Putri Orphanage in Payakumbuh City. The data analysis technique uses the Wilcoxon signed rank test. The instrument used in this research is a measurement scale in the form of a questionnaire. The results of this research can be seen from the implementation of the pre-test and post-test, namely that there is an increase in self-confidence in each child at the Orphanage. Wilcoxon signed rank test analysis shows a value of 0.018 which is lower than 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is an increase in self-confidence of the children of the Aisyiyah Putri Orphanage in Payakumbuh City through group guidance treatment at the Aisyiyah Putri Orphanage in Payakumbuh City.

Abstract

This research examines the assertive behavior of some of the foster children at the Aisyiyah Putri Pasar Bawah Orphanage who tend to show a less assertive attitude as seen in the way they communicate with other people, difficulty in choosing the right language to refuse invitations, difficulty in controlling emotions, difficulty in express your feelings and thoughts. The aim of this research was to improve the assertive behavior of orphanage children and their ability to communicate well. This research uses a quantitative experimental method with a one group pretest-posttest experimental research design. The population in this study was all children from orphanages. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique, namely admitted children who had a less assertive attitude. The research subjects were children from orphanages who had less assertive behavior which was obtained from the results of observations and interviews. The data analysis technique uses the Wilcoxon rank test. The research instrument uses an assertive behavior questionnaire. The results of this research were seen from the pretest and posttest with an increase in each child after carrying out group guidance. The results of the research show a value of 0.012 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that group guidance has proven effective in increasing the assertive behavior of children at the lower market Aisyiyah girls' orphanage.

Abstract

This research began with several students at SMPN 1 Kec. Payakumbuh in class VIII.5 who bullied his classmates. This bullying behavior is carried out individually and in groups, what is done is often calling friends by their parents' names, physically insulting friends and influencing other friends not to be friends with the victim, they even make the victim uncomfortable studying in class. Researchers try to implement group guidance services to reduce students' bullying behavior. This research aims to reduce student bullying behavior. The one group pre-test post-test pre-experiment method was used in this research. The research subjects were students in class VIII.5 who had bullying behavior obtained from the results of observations and interviews. The data analysis technique uses the Wilcoxon signed rank test. The instrument used is a measurement scale in the form of a questionnaire or questionnaire. The research results were seen from the implementation of the pre-test and post-test with a decrease in bullying behavior for each student. Wilcoxon signed rank test analysis shows that the value of 0.012 is lower than 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a decrease in bullying behavior after being given group guidance treatment at SMPN 1 Kec. Payakumbuh.

Abstract

This research was conducted on consumer who work at PT. Dinamika Synergy Elemenindo. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product quality and distribution channels on sales targets. The population and sample in this study amounted to 40 people. The sampling technique used is saturated. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion in the study that simultaneously product quality and distribution channels have a positive and significant effect on the sales target of PT. Dinamika Synergy Elemenindo. Partially, product quality affects the sales target of PT. Dinamika Synergy Elemenindo. Partially, the distribution channel has a positive and significant effect on the sales target of PT. Dinamika Synergy Elemenindo. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination can be seen from the Adjusted R Square value of 0.499 which means that product quality and distribution channels can explain the sales target of 49.9% and the remaining 50.1% is influenced by variables not examined such as: sales location, price perception, market segmentation, etc

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of problems that occur at MAN 1 Agam, namely learning interest is one of the factors that is very important for the success of learning that students have, interest arises from within the students themselves. Factors from outside the interest in learning are how the teacher teaches. The role of the teacher is very important to foster student interest in learning, one of which is by teaching in a fun way, providing constructive motivation. The purpose of this study is to determine the efforts of Guidance and Counseling teachers in fostering students' interest in learning after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a type of field research with a qualitative approach. Informants. The key informant in this study is the Guidance and Counseling teacher, while the supporting informants are five students who are foster children of the Guidance and Counseling teacher, The data collection technique that researchers use is interviews. Data analysis carried out in this study through steps, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data triangulation is used as a data validity check. The results showed that students' desire to learn during the pandemic was higher than students during the non-pandemic period. This can be seen from students' desire to learn more, their willingness to learn more actively, and their enthusiasm for learning offline. Even so, there are still a few students who have a strong desire to learn. Giving attention to teachers in order to develop students' critical thinking skills is very important for students who lack strong critical thinking skills. Therefore, counseling teachers are very effective in helping students increase their desire to learn. As for the BK teacher, efforts: taking a personal approach such as providing support, conducting counseling, giving praise and recognition.

Abstract

Students who have a feeling of inferiority think they will be useless and look down on their abilities. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Bukittinggi, where the students always felt inferior, were easily offended by criticism or other people's words, were afraid before trying, felt less valuable, felt less useful, thought negatively about themselves. This research was conducted to reduce feelings of inferiority experienced by students. This research uses a quantitative experimental method with a one group pre-test and post-test design. The research subjects were students who had feelings of inferiority in class IX which were obtained based on the results of observations and interviews. The population in this study was class IX students. This research sample used a purposive sampling technique of class IX students who had a feeling of inferiority. The data analysis technique uses the Wilcoxon rank test. The research instrument used a feeling of inferiority questionnaire. The results of this research can be seen from the pre-test and post-test with a decrease in each student after carrying out group counseling services showing a value of 0.027 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that group counseling to reduce students' feelings of inferiority has proven to be effective.
