Abstract

Technology's quick advancement has compelled businesses to employ the most modern business practices, including e-commerce. However, a lot of businesses fail to take internal HR into account while aiming for company success. They believe that the machine is the key element. Since business goals are broad and include the welfare of many parties, the goal of this study is to examine the role of psychology in business. Because of this, it is crucial for a business to map the conceptual framework of consumer behavior using a variety of criteria. This is a library research project, and the data used is secondary data from various literatures. A qualitative descriptive method is used to assess the acquired data. According to the study's findings, business psychology is a field of study that examines how people behave in the workplace and approaches business from a human behavior perspective. Therefore, rather than machinery or manufacturing equipment, the function of humans in a firm or organization must be viewed as the primary factor in a business' success. Additionally, the application of psychology in business takes into account a number of elements that businesses must comprehend in order to draw in customers, at the very least through understanding their motivations, attitudes, and perception.

Abstract

In recent years, the creative economy's vital role in riding the wave of economic recovery caused by the pandemic has come to the fore. As a result, lawmakers and regulators are focusing on revitalizing the creative economy through initiatives like the online marketplace. However, the public still lacks understanding of the creative economy and what is the basic capital for the development of the creative economy. This research aims to explain the answers to the ignorance above in full. Thus, it can be used as a basis for decision making to contribute to the creative economy. This research is qualitative. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The study arrived at the conclusion that the creative economy is a concept that aims to achieve sustainable economic development based on creativity. Human capital, social capital, cultural capital, and structural institutional capital are the four types of capital that form the foundation of the creative economy. These results are expected to be an insight for the community to be more sensitive to opportunities in modern times. Because, one of the goals of the creative economy is not only to increase GDP, but also to create jobs.

Abstract

If we reflect on the nature of management, we will find confusion of direction in utilising resources. However, people are the crucial resources that management has in achieving goals effectively and efficiently. This research aims to explain the nature of management resources in a straightforward and understandable language. This research includes library research because this research is conducted to search, analyse, interpret and generalise from the facts of the results of thoughts and ideas written by resource management experts. This research is descriptive qualitative with a secondary data analysis approach. This study arrives at the conclusion that to reflect on resource management, a type of work is always carried out which is driven by humans as members of management. This research can be used as a reference for anyone with an interest in discussing HR and management topics. In addition, it can be a material for formal discussion in higher education.

Abstract

Talking about innovation or novelty is certainly done through a process with stages based on standard operating procedures that have been set. What is meant by standard operating procedure here is a concept that describes or explains the work mechanism or work procedures carried out by humans through a process of cooperation between two or more humans so that the results achieved always display or find novelty. This research aims to explain the dynamics of human innovation in administration through language that is easy to understand. This research includes library research because this research is conducted to search, analyse, interpret and generalise from the facts of the results of thoughts and ideas written by innovation experts in administration. This research is descriptive qualitative with a secondary data analysis approach. The results of this research show that there are several novelties that humans must produce in administration, namely novelty in model or form, novelty in quality, and novelty in quantity. The results of this study can be used as a reference for anyone with an interest in discussing administrative topics. In addition, it can be a material for formal discussion in higher education.

Abstract

This topic is related to the era of increasingly fierce business competition. In this competition, organisations are required to be able to adapt quickly and have an advantage that distinguishes them from their competitors. So, research on the strategic role of HRM in achieving organisational goals is very important to do, and is expected to provide a better understanding for organisations about the importance of HRM as a key factor in achieving organisational goals. This research is qualitative in nature. The methodology used to collect data included attentive listening and careful documentation of relevant information, which was then subjected to analytical procedures such as data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The study arrived at the conclusion that, HRM has an important strategic role in achieving organisational goals. In an increasingly complex business environment, HRM can help organisations face challenges and intensified competition, build a positive image, increase customer satisfaction, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of human resource management.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital age, organisations around the world are facing new challenges in managing their human capital. Digital transformation has significantly changed the business landscape, affecting the way organisations operate, communicate and compete in an increasingly competitive marketplace. This research aims to identify HRM best practices that can help organisations overcome the challenges of digital transformation and achieve success in the adoption of new technologies. The focus of this study is primarily qualitative. Methods for gathering data include paying close attention to detail while viewing and recording data, and then using analytical techniques such as data reduction, visualisation, and inference to draw conclusions. The study concluded that HRM strategies in organisations' digital transformation are key to the success of companies in facing the changes of the digital era. By focusing on improving employees' digital competencies, cultural and leadership changes, proper organisational restructuring, talent management, performance measurement, effective communication, flexibility, and good risk management, organisations can optimally leverage digital technology to achieve competitive advantage, improve business performance, and provide added value to customers.

Abstrak Tujuan penulisan untuk mengetahui (1) Jenis Klaim Reimbursement Karyawan Pada PT. Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Cabang Subang. (2) Prosedur Klaim Reimbursement Karyawan Pada PT. Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Cabang Subang. (3) Risiko Yang Terjadi Dalam Prosedur Klaim Reimbursement Karyawan Pada PT. Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Cabang Subang. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif, sedangkan teknik yang digunakan dalam memperoleh data informasi yaitu dikumpulkan dengan metode pengumpulan data yang diantaranya observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Cabang Subang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa layanan pembiayaan sepeda motor honda, jasa layanan pembiayaan multiguna, jasa layanan pembiayaan bisnis dan modal kerja. PT. Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Cabang Subang memiliki salah satu fasilitas yaitu reimbursement sebagai tunjangan bagi karyawan. Karyawan seringkali diharuskan membayar beberapa biaya karena perusahaan belum dapat membayarkannya secara langsung, perusahaan mengganti biaya yang sudah dikeluarkan atas klaim karyawan yang biasa disebut dengan reimbursement. Pada PT. Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Cabang Subang terdapat permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan klaim reimbursement karyawan, yaitu terjadi penolakan klaim yang disebabkan oleh karyawan yang belum paham dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang telah ditetapkan oleh PT. Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Cabang Subang. Kata Kunci : Prosedur, Klaim, Reimbursement Abstract Research purposes the author intends to find out (1) Types of Employee Reimbursement Claims at PT. Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Subang Branch. (2) Employee Reimbursement Claim Procedure at PT. Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Subang Branch. (3) Risks that occur in the employee reimbursement claim procedure at PT. Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Subang Branch. The method used is the descriptive method, while the technique used in obtaining information data is collected by data collection methods whichinclude observation, interviews and literature studies. Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Subang Branch is a company engaged in honda motorcycle financing services, multipurpose financing services, business financing services and working capital. PT. Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Subang Branch has one of the facilities, namely reimbursement as a benefit for employees. Employees are often required to pay some fees because the company has not been able to pay them directly, the company reimburses the costs already incurred for the usual employee claims called reimbursement. At PT. Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Subang Branch there are problems related to employee reimbursement claims, namely the rejection of claims caused by employees who are not familiar with the Standards Operating Procedures (SOPs) that have been determined by PT. Abstract

Several previous studies have argued that the concept of shared leadership is directly related to the leadership style adopted in an organisation, which is a cohesive style and strategy for teamwork that leads to good business performance in many industries. This research examines the relationship between different leadership styles and innovative work behaviour (IWB) which will ultimately lead to improved performance of bank employees. This quantitative research, which in its analysis employs multiple linear regression formula. Thus, this study examines the operational framework of different leadership styles and the influence of IWB on employee work. This study found that leadership styles, transformational leadership, individual empowerment leadership (IEL), team empowerment leadership, and participative leadership (PL) are strategically applied for the improvement of employee cooperation, but IEL and PL are more strategic and performance-enhancing on employees' Innovative work behaviour (IWB). The conclusions of the research show that the shared leadership style has the potential to build PL and IEL in an effort to improve and explain in more detail the theory of leadership styles in teams in organizations.
