Abstract

Artikel ini merupakan sebuah paparan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dalam membantu masyarakat desa Cijengkol Kecamatan Serangpanjang di Kab. Subang dalam penataan potensi desanya. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah menjabarkan keberhasilan kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan dalam membantu masyarakat desa dalam penataan potensi desa dalam bidang wisata. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Participatory Action Research yang berisikan kegiatan berupa partispasi, aksi dan riset. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah masyarakat, aparat desa dan pemerintah daerah mengapresiasi dan mendapatkan bahwa hasil kegiatan mahasiswa sangat berperan dalam membantu penataan wisata Sumur Bandung yang merupakan tempat wisata di desa Cijengkol. Kesimpulan memberikan manfaat, baik bagi tempat Wisata Sumur Bandung maupun pihak- pihak yang terkait dalam pengelolaan Desa Wisata Sumur Bandung.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving era of globalization and digitization, organizations are confronted with swiftly developing challenges. Human resource management (HRM) emerges as a primary key in responding to these dynamics, with employee development serving as a crucial focus to ensure organizational competitiveness and sustained performance. This research aims to investigate and develop innovative strategies in HRM based on information technology (IT), with a specific focus on enhancing organizational performance. The study employs an extensive review of existing literature utilizing qualitative analysis to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the subject, spanning the period from 2012 to 2023. The study's findings indicate that the revitalization of organizational performance through innovative strategies in IT-based human resource development marks a significant step in facing contemporary business challenges. The integration of information technology not only enhances the efficiency of employee training and development but also enables organizations to make smarter decisions based on real-time data analysis. Various technologies such as virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and collaborative tools create a new landscape for human resource management, fostering a culture of continuous learning and enhancing organizational creativity and resilience.

Abstract

Much empiric research had been conducted on the antecedents of employee organizational commitment. However, there is still less research hate xamines the effect of HR management praxis, such as performance appraisal systems, career planning systems, and employee participation on organizational commitment. In this study,the purpose of this research is to know the impact of these three variables in explaining employee work commitments in the banking sector in West Java. Based on a survey of 98 employees in 20 private banks in West Java, this study uses regression analysis, correlation analysis, and G-test to test hypotheses. The results showed that the performance appraisal system, career planning system and employee participation significantly influence employee work commitment. This result also indicates that the levelof organizational commitment of employees in the private banking sector in West Java islow. Therefore, this study suggests that for employees to be genuinely committed to theirwork, companies must make objective efforts in managing performance appraisals, career planning, and employee participation to ensure effective implementation and to achieve expected results.

Abstract

Program sosialisasi Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) di Kecamatan Tanjungsiang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan adopsi NIB di kalangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan kolaboratif, program ini melibatkan pelaku UMKM dalam serangkaian lokakarya interaktif dan pendampingan langsung. Selama, tingkat adopsi NIB meningkat. Tantangan utama yang diidentifikasi meliputi keterbatasan infrastruktur digital, kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang kompeten, dan resistensi kultural terhadap formalisasi usaha. Program ini juga berdampak pada peningkatan kapasitas digital UMKM, mayoritas peserta melaporkan peningkatan kemampuan dalam menggunakan platform digital untuk urusan bisnis. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga untuk pengembangan strategi jangka panjang dalam mendukung formalisasi dan pertumbuhan sektor UMKM di daerah semi-urban.
