Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Akademik berbasis web pada SDIT Fithrah Insani 7 guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan data akademik. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh komponen sekolah, meliputi siswa, guru, dan staf administrasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive dengan memilih beberapa guru dan staf administrasi sebagai responden utama yang terlibat langsung dalam kegiatan akademik. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu mengintegrasikan data siswa, guru, nilai, absensi, jadwal pelajaran, dan pengumuman dalam satu platform digital yang mudah diakses. Implementasi sistem ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap efisiensi administrasi, mempercepat proses pencarian data, serta mengurangi risiko kesalahan input. Pengujian sistem menggunakan metode Black Box Testing dan User Acceptance Test menunjukkan bahwa sistem berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerapan sistem informasi akademik berbasis web dapat meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen akademik dan mendukung transformasi digital di SDIT Fithrah Insani 7.

Abstract

Perusahaan pembiayaan di era digital yang dengan cepat mengadopsi teknologi informasi, telah mengubah perilaku konsumen untuk lebih mengutamakan pengalaman seamless dan transaksi mandiri melalui aplikasi mobile. Seringkali tanpa penilaian risiko yang cukup, serta permintaan akan layanan real-time, yang secara keseluruhan meningkatkan potensi terjadinya risiko kredit macet. Untuk mengatasi isu yang ada, peneliti melaksanakan sebuah studi di PT Trust Finance Indonesia guna memproyeksikan risiko gagal bayar. Riset ini memanfaatkan algoritma C4.5 yang dikombinasikan dengan metode forward selection. Adapun fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kapabilitas metode yang diusulkan sebagai alat estimasi risiko kredit macet. Sebanyak 300 set data diambil dari PT Trust Finance Indonesia sebagai sampel penelitian. Proses selanjutnya adalah pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi RapidMiner. Pemrosesan ini menguji dua skenario berbeda, yaitu algoritma C4.5 dasar dan algoritma C4.5 yang telah disempurnakan dengan metode forward selection. Hasil pengujian C4.5 tanpa peningkatan memperoleh rata-rata keakuratan sebesar 83.33%, class recall sebesar 88,24% true lancar, 76,02% true berisiko macet. Hasil pengujian C4.5 dengan peningkatan memperoleh rata-rata keakuratan 87,59%, tergolong dalam kategori klasifikasi yang baik

Abstract

The growth in the number of vehicles in the university environment requires a more efficient, secure, and integrated parking management system. Conventional parking systems that still rely on manual recording cause various problems, such as long queues, delays in data validation, low information accuracy, and a high potential for vehicle loss. This study aims to develop a WebBased Parking Management System with the application of QR Codes as digital vehicle identities and real-time notifications to monitor vehicle entry and exit activities. The system is built using Node.js as the backend, with the support of responsive web technology and a multi-role architecture consisting of administrators, officers, and students. Key features include QR Code scanning, automatic parking transaction recording, real-time monitoring dashboard, and sending notifications to users regarding parking status. The system development method uses a prototype approach, enabling continuous interaction between developers and users in feature refinement. Testing results show that the system can improve parking operational efficiency, minimize recording errors, and enhance vehicle security through a digital verification process. Thus, this system can be an adaptive smart parking solution for the campus environment in supporting digital transformation and improving parking services.

Abstract

The General Affair (GA) Division at a telecommunications company faces problems in the maintenance checklist process, which is still carried out manually using paper and simple worksheets. This process often result in data duplication, inaccurate documentation, and delays in reporting. This research aims to develop a web-based maintenance checklist monitoring information system to support the digitalization and improve the efficiency of the facility maintenance process in the GA Division. The system development was carried out using the waterfall method through the steps of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The system was developed using the CodeIgniter 4 framework, Metronic UI interface, and MySQL as the database. Testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method on 12 functional testing scenarios covering the main functions of the system for the roles of GA Admin and GA Officer, and all main functions of the system showed a 100% success rate according to specifications. In addition, a limited User Acceptance Test (UAT) was conducted involving GA Admin as expert judgment and GA Officers, showing that the system is easy to use, helps speed up the monitoring and reporting process, and improves the accuracy of checklist data. The research results are in the form of a web-based system that is capable of integrating the activities of various field officer roles, providing centralized data access, increasing maintenance efficiency, and supporting real-time monitoring and maintenance reporting.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi kinerja sistem rekomendasi produk pada Toko Sepatu 910 berbasis algoritma machine learning dengan memanfaatkan data interaksi pengguna dan atribut produk di platform e-commerce. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan eksperimen terapan untuk menguji efektivitas model rekomendasi yang dikembangkan. Data penelitian mencakup riwayat penelusuran, pembelian, serta karakteristik produk yang kemudian diolah menggunakan beberapa algoritma seperti content-based filtering, collaborative filtering, dan model hybrid. Evaluasi performa dilakukan melalui metrik akurasi, precision, recall, dan mean average precision untuk memperoleh gambaran tingkat relevansi rekomendasi yang dihasilkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model hybrid memberikan performa paling optimal dibandingkan pendekatan tunggal, sehingga mampu meningkatkan relevansi rekomendasi dan potensi konversi pembelian pada platform. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengembangan strategi pemasaran digital, khususnya bagi UMKM yang ingin meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan efektivitas penjualan melalui pemanfaatan teknologi machine learning. Penelitian ini juga membuka peluang untuk pengembangan model yang lebih adaptif melalui integrasi data perilaku waktu nyata dan algoritma deep learning.

Abstract

Personnel data management in the military is a crucial aspect in supporting the operational effectiveness of units. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Personnel Information System (Sisfopers) at Kogartap II/Bandung to make data management more efficient, secure, and integrated with the existing military IT infrastructure. The research method employed is developmental research (R&D) with a qualitative-descriptive approach, supplemented by data collection through literature review, observation, interviews, and documentation. The system is developed using the SDLC (Waterfall) model and UML to model functional requirements and process flows. The results indicate that the developed Sisfopers can accelerate administrative processes, maintain the security and integrity of personnel data, and support data-driven decision-making by the leadership. This study is expected to serve as a reference for the development of personnel information systems in other military environments

Abstract

This research investigates the effectiveness of the E-Catalog system in supporting goods and services procurement at Sesko TNI Bandung. As a digital procurement platform introduced by the government, the E-Catalog aims to increase transparency, accuracy, and process efficiency. Despite these intended advantages, its adoption remains constrained by users’ limited familiarity with digital procurement practices and their long-standing reliance on manual procedures. To address this issue, the study applies the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as the analytical framework, focusing on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, user attitudes, and behavioral intentions toward system utilization. A mixed-methods approach with a sequential explanatory design was employed. The quantitative phase involved distributing structured questionnaires to procurement personnel to measure key variables related to system acceptance. Subsequently, qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews with procurement operators to clarify and deepen the interpretation of statistical results. The study finds that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use significantly shape user attitudes and intention to utilize the E-Catalog. These variables collectively contribute to improving the overall effectiveness of the procurement process. The results highlight that the more users perceive the system as beneficial and easy to operate, the more likely they are to adopt it consistently, thereby enhancing operational efficiency at Sesko TNI Bandung. This research underscores the importance of increasing digital literacy, strengthening system socialization, and providing continuous training to optimize the performance of the E-Catalog platform.

Abstract

In recent years digital technologies have begun to change consumer behavior, including the use of digital financial services like PayLater. The research aims to analyze the impact of AI-powered personalized recommendation systems on user decision-making on the PayLater option, with User Experience (UX) serving as a mediator in the process. This research adopts a quantitative approach using the PLS-SEM methodology. The research used primary data collected through a convenience questionnaire directed to Indonesian e-commerce customers who have used the PayLater feature. The findings of the research show that Artificial Intelligence (AI) personalization positively and significantly influences User Experience as well as the decision to use PayLater. In addition, User Experience partially mediates the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) personalization on the decision to use PayLater, thus strengthening the initial relationship. The good scope of the research model in explaining and influencing the dependent variable is indicated by the R² value. Recommendations include the need to strengthen the Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered system to I mprove User Experience and foster the use of formal digital financial services.

Abstract

The role of a Project Manager (PM) is vital to the success of application development projects. Within the Agile Scrum framework, a PM ensures effective team collaboration, adaptability to changing requirements, and the timely completion of sprints. This study aims to evaluate Project Managers' performance in relation to the success of Agile Scrum-based application development projects. Using a quantitative approach a survey was conducted with 20 respondents from Agile-based software development teams. The study reveals that leadership, communication skills, and decision-making are the most significant contributors to project success. These factors collectively account for 78% (R² = 0.78) of the project success rate reported. The TELOS feasibility analysis indicates high feasibility in the technical (90%), operational (85%), and schedule (80%) dimensions, while the economic (75%) and legal (70%) dimensions identified areas for improvement. Ultimately, the performance of the Project Manager plays a dominant role in determining the success of Agile Scrum project implementation.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged governments to adopt digital systems to improve the quality of public services, particularly through the implementation of e-Government at the Department of Population and Civil Registration (Disdukcapil) of West Java Province. However, the effectiveness of digital services is not only determined by the availability of information but also by the level of accessibility that ensures equality for all users, including persons with disabilities. This study aims to evaluate the accessibility of Disdukcapil websites across 18 regencies and cities in West Java using Site Analyzer and AudioEye tools, based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 standards. The findings reveal that most websites fall into the moderate category in terms of design and accessibility, but remain weak in search engine optimization and content quality. The AudioEye audit identified recurring accessibility issues, including unlabeled links and buttons, missing skip links, unlabeled form fields, disordered headings, and interactive elements without proper identification. These violations not only create technical barriers but also have psychological impacts on users with disabilities, such as frustration, mental fatigue, anxiety, and feelings of exclusion in digital interactions. The study underscores that failure to meet accessibility standards is not merely a technical issue but also reflects a form of social exclusion that re-duces the quality of life for vulnerable groups. Therefore, the development of Disdukcapil websites must prioritize the gradual implementation of WCAG 2.2, improve navigation struc-tures, and provide consistent labeling to realize inclusive, effective, and sustainable digital public services.
