Abstract

Data presentation techniques are critical in the development of information technology for processing data and producing information. One of the factors to consider while making judgments is the process of converting data into information. Google Data Studio can be used to turn data into information about changes in a data variable over a specific time period. This visual data can be examined and shown in the form of visual graphs and diagrams, for example, data on tourist and foreign visits to an area. This study includes data on local and foreign tourist visits to East Nusa Tenggara in terms of the number of tourists staying at Bintang Hotels from 2019 to 2022. According to the study's findings, the number of tourists visiting star hotels increased and decreased dramatically between 2019 and 2022. In 2019, for example, the largest number of domestic guests was 375,506 people, while the highest number of overseas guests was 43,094 people. Domestic visitors visited 221,884 persons in 2020, while overseas visitors visited 8,420 people. Domestic visitors will increase slightly to 322,024 in 2021, while overseas visitors will fall to 6,095 in 2021. There were 115,839 local guests and 3,201 overseas guests from 2022 to April.

Abstract

This study aims to elucidate the communication pattern of the lemang tradition of mutual aid as a cultural inheritance passed down from generation to generation in Karang Raja Village, Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra. This cooperation communication research is qualitative in design, with the object of study being cooperation activities in the lemang tradition. Residents of Karang Raja Village served as research subjects. Non-participant observation, interview approaches, and document analysis were employed to collect data from three critical informants. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which goes through data reduction, data display, verification, and concluding. The study’s findings show that: 1) the lemang tradition is an ancestral heritage with symbols associated with religious, customary, and social values; 2) mutual cooperation communication is an inseparable part of the lemang tradition itself, which is the behavior of togetherness, kinship, loyalty, and the culture of eating together with the people of Karang Raja Village; and 3) the communication pattern of gotong royong that was formed was carried out by the people of Karang Raja Village before and after the implementation of the lemang tradition on 10 Muharram. These three things demonstrate the residents of Karang Raja Village’s devotion to the identity of regional traditions passed down through centuries, constantly living in harmony, peace, and a high level of cohesiveness. The study’s conclusion shows that the lemang tradition reflects the communication of mutual cooperation carried out from generation to generation and tends to have a vertical pattern.

Abstract

This study discusses multimedia's effectiveness for accelerated or post-pandemic low learning at the elementary school level. Very few data findings discuss the effectiveness of post-pandemic technology-based learning. An electronic data search will be carried out on various literature related to the two variables above to overcome this problem. Next, we analyze the data using a phenomenological approach that involves a deep data coding system and high integration and ends with the principle of high validity to answer the issues and problems we have formed above. After going through a series of studies and presentation of existing data, this study is believed to have produced several findings, including the application of multimedia for the elementary level, efforts to accelerate learning loss due to the impact of the Pandemic have proven to be able to provide several conveniences and be innovative in its implementation. The reason is that multimedia attracts learners and allows learning to find new things that cannot be done manually. These findings will be the best contribution to the development of multimedia learning for post-pandemic elementary schools.
