Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari Pengaruh Modal Psikologis, Karakteristik Wirausaha, Modal Usaha dan Startegi Pemasaran terhadap Perkembangan Usaha UMKM di Kecamatan Buleleng Tahun 2017. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif, Objek yang akan diteliti adalah UMKM yang ada di Kecamatan Buleleng. Adapun berdasarkan data dari Pemkab Buleleng jumlah dari UMKM Kecamatan Buleleng untuk tahun 2016 periode Januari sampai dengan Oktober berjumlah 276 UMKM. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif sedangkan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan koesioner yang sudah d uji validitas dan reliabilitas terlebih dahulu. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan variabel modal psikologis (X1) memiliki tingkat signifikasi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, karakteristik wirausaha (X2) memiliki tingkat signifikasi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, modal usaha (X3) memiliki tingkat signifikasi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, strategi pemasaran (X4) memiliki tingkat signifikasi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, selain itu tingkat signifikan F sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 hal ini menunjukan bahwa semua variabel bebas berpengaruh baik secara parsial dan simultan terhadap variabel terikat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh persepsi pengusaha UMKM dan organizational change readiness terhadap penerapan standar akuntansi entitas mikro kecil dan menengah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Buleleng sebanyak 32.756 UMKM, dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan simple random sampling dan rumus slovin sehingga sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 100 sampel. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) v.20. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa persepsi Pengusaha UMKM dan organizational change readiness memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap penerapan standar akuntansi entitas mikro kecil dan menengah.

Abstract

Investment as a means of developing assets is no longer a luxury activity reserved for a select few. Nowadays, as financial technology advances, everyone has equal access to investment information. This change generates new perspectives in which investing is not restricted to the wealthy, leading everyone, even on-budget millennials to be investors. The purpose of this research is to determine the variables affecting investing decisions at an early age, especially among millennials. This research adopted single-equation regression models to examine the dependent variable on several explanatory variables and estimate mean or average value. The data was generated using a questionnaire to 140 respondents. Three distinct variables utilized as independent variables are financial literacy, motivation, and the digitization of investing platforms. The findings indicate that financial literacy and motivation substantially affect millennials’ investment decisions, while digitization presents no correlation to the Millennials’ investment decisions.

Abstract

Teacher competence is of course very important in a student learning process. This study aims to describe the role of competence in improving teacher performance in the student learning process at SMK N 1 Singaraja using a descriptive design. The subjects in this research were 30 teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. The object of this research is to describe the role of competency in improving teacher performance in the student learning process at SMK N 1 Singaraja. The data collection instruments used in this research were observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The research results show that pedagogic, personality, professional, social competence plays an important role in improving teacher performance in the student learning process).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to be able to determine the effect of understanding the basic concepts of accounting and practical experience of field work on student work readiness. This study used a quantitative research type with a research population of class XII AKL students at SMK Negeri 1 Tabanan, totaling 53 students using a proportional random sampling technique. Based on the results of research (1) there is a positive and significant influence between understanding the basic concepts of accounting on student work readiness as indicated by a sig value <0.05 (0.002 <0.05). (2) there is a positive and significant relationship between practical field work experience and student work readiness with a sig <0.05 (0.000<0.05). (3) there is an influence between understanding the basic concepts of accounting and practical experience of field work simultaneously on student work readiness with a sig value <0.05 (0.000<0.05). Based on the findings and results of the research, the implications that can be given are (1) students increase their knowledge and master the areas of expertise they are interested in, one of which is accounting. (2) make good use of field work practices as a vehicle for skills training. (3) in order to achieve high job readiness, it is necessary to master knowledge and skills through actual training related to the field of work of interest.

Abstract

The majority of individuals residing in Tigawasa Village, located in the Banjar District of Buleleng Regency in Bali, have been engaging in the traditional craft of bamboo weaving for many generations. This pastime is commonly practiced in nearly all households, engaging the majority of family members. It is crucial to conserve and enhance the village's significant capacity to make high-quality woven goods in order to maximize the community's welfare. This study investigates the assessment of the sustainability of the creative economy of woven bamboo crafts across various dimensions, including economic, social, environmental, institutional, and behavioral aspects. The research used Multi-Dimensional Scaling and Monte Carlo analysis, which are incorporated into the Rapfish software update. The investigation reveals that the sustainability index for the dimensions of economic, social, environmental, and entrepreneurial behavior falls within the moderate group. However, the softness factor is classified as less sustainable. To enhance the sustainability index of the creative economy of bamboo-woven crafts in Tigawasa Village, it is necessary to implement interventions that leverage factors in each dimension. Keywords: Bali crafting, Traditional craft, Creative economy, Sustainability

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of technology adoption, government role, competency, land area and institutions on the welfare of farm workers in Pancasri Village, Sukasada District. The research location was carried out in Pancasari Village involving 32 farm workers as respondents. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique, with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The process of testing the hypothesis using the t test and f test using SPSS 25.0 for Windows, the research results show that Technology Adoption has no effect on the welfare of farm workers, while the Role of Government and Competence has an effect on the welfare of farm workers, Land Area has no effect, and Institutions have no effect on welfare of farm workers in Pancasari Village, Sukasada District. So it can be concluded that income does not mediate technology adoption, land area or institutions on welfare.

Abstract

Voluntary disclosure is used by stakeholders as a consideration in decision-making. One piece of information found in a company's annual report is voluntary disclosure about disruptive innovation—information regarding a product, service, or business model that significantly succeeds in altering existing market demands and needs and disrupts former key players. This study aims to examine whether financial capital, human capital, and organizational capital influence the disclosure of disruptive innovation. The study focuses on companies in the hotel, restaurant, and tourism sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the years 2020 and 2021. Data analysis in this research uses multiple linear regression. The results indicate that financial capital, human capital, and organizational capital simultaneously affect the disclosure of disruptive innovation by companies. However, only human capital has a significant effect on the disclosure of disruptive innovation, while financial capital and organizational capital do not significantly impact the disclosure of disruptive innovation in publicly listed companies in the hotel, restaurant, and tourism sector.   Abstrak Pengungkapan sukarela digunakan stakeholder sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam membuat keputusan. Salah satu informasi yang terdapat dalam laporan tahunan suatu perusahaan adalah pengungkapan sukarela yaitu informasi tentang iInovasi disruptif sebagai sebuah produk, layanan atau bisnis model yang secara signifikan berhasil dimanfaatkan untuk mengubah permintaan dan kebutuhan pasar yang ada dan mengganggu mantan pemain kunci. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah modal keuangan, modal manusia, dan modal organisasi berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan inovasi disruptif. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perusahaan sektor hotel, restoran, dan pariwisata yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2020 dan 2021. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa modal keuangan, modal manusia dan modal organisasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap pengungkapan inovasi disruptif perusahaan. Sementara itu, hanya modal manusia yang berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan inovasi disruptif, sedangkan modal keuangan dan modal organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan inovasi disruptif pada perusahaan go public sektor hotel, restoran, dan pariwisata.).

Abstract

Fundamentally, the establishment of village-based enterprises is a mandate of the village law in an effort to encourage or stimulate the wheels of the rural economy and also increase village income sources. The implementation of the mandate of this law makes it important to involve Village-Based Enterprises stakeholders in its management. This study aims to determine the roles and interaction patterns of stakeholders (actors) in the management of village-based enterprises in Bali. The analysis method used in this study is Mactor. Primary data collection was obtained through interviews guided by a questionnaire and direct observation. The research findings indicate that each player, specifically the Village Ministry PDTT, Provincial Government, District Government, Village Government, Village-Based Enterprise Manager, Villagers, and Business Partners, play a crucial role in determining the sustainability of village-based companies. The linkages between actors interact with each other in the management of village-based enterprises and are able to mobilize actors to achieve management goals. All actors agree that village-based enterprises must be developed both in terms of management and institutions. The contribution of the results of this research becomes a recommendation for collaborative planning among stakeholders, so that it becomes a strategic step in sustainable village-based enterprise.
