Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of social support and technology adoption on the welfare of farm workers in Songan B Village, Kintamani District. The location of this research was carried out in Songan B Village, Kintamani District, involving 160 farm workers as respondents. The sampling technique used is an incidental random sampling technique. The method used in carrying out the data collection process is in the form of a questionnaire using multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis testing process uses t and F tests using SPSS 25 for Windows. The results of this research, namely social support and technology adoption, show positive and significant results on welfare in the agricultural labor sector in Songan B Village, Kintamani District.

Abstract

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of technology adoption, government role, competency, land area and institutions on the welfare of farm workers in Pancasri Village, Sukasada District. The research location was carried out in Pancasari Village involving 32 farm workers as respondents. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique, with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The process of testing the hypothesis using the t test and f test using SPSS 25.0 for Windows, the research results show that Technology Adoption has no effect on the welfare of farm workers, while the Role of Government and Competence has an effect on the welfare of farm workers, Land Area has no effect, and Institutions have no effect on welfare of farm workers in Pancasari Village, Sukasada District. So it can be concluded that income does not mediate technology adoption, land area or institutions on welfare.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji (1) pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap citra merek, (2) pengaruh persepsi harga terhadap citra merek, (3) pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, (4) pengaruh persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian, (5) citra merek memediasi pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan (6) citra merek memediasi pengaruh persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan Produk SGM Yummi-Nutri di Clandys Bali. Penentuan sampel penelitian secara purposive sampling yaitu pembeli merupakan pelanggan Clandys Bali dan telah melakukan pembelian Produk SGM Yummi-Nutri lebih dari satu kali, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 160 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kualitas produk berpengaruh positif terhadap citra merek, (2) persepsi harga berpengaruh positif terhadap citra merek, (3) kualitas produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, (4) persepsi harga berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, (5) citra merek memediasi pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan (6) citra merek memediasi pengaruh persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Local Original Income is the income obtained by a region from sources within its own territory which is collected based on regional regulations in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The purpose of this study is to measure the extent to which the Pan-G Denbukit application can achieve its goals in increasing efficiency and ease of access to regional tax services. The evaluation is also intended to identify the positive impacts given to the community and efforts to improve weaknesses in the implementation of this application. This research method uses an evaluative approach, while data collection is carried out using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire with a semantic differential scale model. The results of this study indicate that the Pan-G Denbukit application is very effective in increasing the efficiency of managing Local Original Income, and is worthy of continued use and further development in order to improve the quality of regional financial management as a whole.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation and work-life balance on employee performance with motivation as a mediating variable at PT Alam Batu Beach Bungalow in Karangasem Regency. The research employs a quantitative method with a path analysis approach. The sampling technique used was total sampling, involving 51 respondents. The results reveal that compensation has a positive and significant effect on both motivation and employee performance. Similarly, work-life balance positively and significantly affects motivation and performance. Furthermore, motivation significantly mediates the effect of compensation and work-life balance on employee performance. These findings indicate that enhancing employee motivation through fair compensation and effective work-life balance contributes to improved performance.

Abstract

This qualitative study examines the implementation of Tri Hita Karana-based Human Resource Management (HRM) practices at Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (UNDIKSHA) and their impact on employee performance. Using an exploratory case study approach with NVivo qualitative data analysis software, this research involved 25 participants comprising university management, lecturers, and administrative staff. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participant observations, focus group discussions, and document analysis. The findings reveal that Tri Hita Karana implementation across three dimensions Parahyangan (spiritual), Pawongan (social), and Palemahan (environmental) significantly enhances employee motivation, collaboration, innovation, and organizational commitment. The study contributes to the understanding of culturally-embedded HRM practices and offers practical insights for organizations integrating local wisdom into modern management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji penerapan strategi pembelajaran aktif tipe group to group exchange (CGE) dalam meningkatkan hasil dan aktivitas belajar siswa kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam 2 siklus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan strategi pembelajaran aktif tipe CGE dapat meningkatkan hasil dan aktivitas siswa kelas X IPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the reaction of investors on Indonesia Stock Exchange to the inauguration of the 8th President by observing whether there were any significant differences in abnormal returns and stock trading volume activities before and after the event. The observation period used in this study was 10 days, with details of each 5 days before and after the President's inauguration event that occurred on 20 October 2019. This research was quantitative research and used daily transaction data on the market capital as a secondary data source. The samples used were companies that were included in the LQ45 stock index for the period August 2019 - January 2020. A non-parametric test in the form of Wilcoxon test was used to test the hypothesis. The results of this study showed that there were no significant difference in abnormal return and stock trading volume activity in the period before and after the event. This was evidenced by the probability value above the significance level of 5%. Thus, the results of this study were stated that there was no reaction from the investor related to the event of the inauguration of the 8th President in Indonesia.

Abstract

The 2013 curriculum was developed with the aim of being able to be used as a reference in the process of improving the quality of learning in schools involving teachers and students. This research is a descriptive study that aims to analyze and describe the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in social studies subjects at SMP Negeri 8 Singaraja. In line with the online learning method in the Covid-19 pandemic situation, this study observes the learning process that is organized online by paying attention to the important aspects involved in the process. The methods used in data collection are interviews, observation and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used are Data Reduction, Data Display, and Conclusion Drawing / Verification. This research shows the results that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum during the COVID-19 pandemic is related to the competency standards of graduates that have been assessed indirectly through an online learning mechanism. Content standards are carried out in scientific learning through social media platforms by providing subject matter to make students active and able to think scientifically. Process standards are seen from the activeness and ability of students to understand the material that has been taught. And the standard of assessment is seen from active participation during online learning.
