Abstract

The service was carried out based on findings from the Dapur Aura UMKM and Sayur Kriyur UMKM whose bookkeeping was still in the form of cash flow report only. The aim of this activity is to develop the bookkeeping of the two MSMEs, so that they can start making general journals, compiling ledgers, including balance sheets, income statements and notes to financial reports in accordance with the provisions in SAK EMKM. The service method is carried out through simple counseling to business owners or managers and several financial employees. The result of this activity is an increase in the understanding of MSME managers in running a business, especially regarding financial management, so that they can produce their own simple financial reports, and an article in this journal.

Abstract

Kerajinan Sangkar burung di Desa Jatirejo, Kecamatan Ngargoyoso, Kabupaten Karanganyar telah berdiri lama bahkan lintas generasi dan terus mengalami peningkatan produksi baik jumlah ataupun modelnya. Peningkatan pemesanan sebagaimana yang dialami oleh Mitra PUJA (Putra Jambu). Akibatnya mitra dituntut untuk menghasilkan produk yang efektif dan efisien. Namun, dikarenakan kemampuan alat bantu yang terbatas dalam proses pembuatan sangkar burung, mengakibatkan mitra belum dapat memenuhi permintaan pasar. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk memberikan solusi permasalahan mitra, khususnya rancang bangun peralatan pendukung proses produksi sangkar burung berupa mesin pembelah bambu dan pembukuan keuangan usahanya. Metodologi yang digunakan pengabdi dalam rancang bangun mesin pembelah bambu yaitu analisis kebutuhan dan spesifikasi mesin bersama mitra, studi literatur, membuat design, membuat gambar teknik, pemilihan dan pengadaan material, persiapan alat bantu, pemilihan komponen dan sistem penggerak yang tepat, pembuatan, pengujian prototipe mesin, pelatihan penggunaan alat dan pembukuan keuangan, serta serahterima kepada mitra. Mesin ini menggunakan motor listrik 2 HP putaran 1420 rpm, transmisi pulley dan sabuk dengan perbandingan 1:3., V-belt tipe B37, pulley diameter Ø 3 inchi, Ø 9 inchi. Rangka mesin ini berdimensi 1000 mm x 550 mm x 255 mm, menggunakan besi konstruksi UNP 50 mm x 38 mm x 3 mm. Waktu yang dibutuhkan sangat efektif dimana untuk membelah sebuah batang bambu berukuran panjang 500 mm diameter ±100 mm dan ketebalan ±10 mm dengan menggunakan mesin ini hanya membutuhkan waktu 12 detik menghasilkan belahan bambu sebanyak 6 sisi. Mitra mendapat pelatihan serta telah trampil pengoperasian mesin pembelah bambu, telah mampu membukukan keuangan, sehingga lebih terkontrol hasil usahanya.

Abstract

The present investigation aims to determine the influence of liquidity, profitability, and company size on financial distress in textile and garment sub sector companies listed on the IDX in 2021-2023. This reserch is a quantitative research. The sampling technique is the study uses purposive sampling by taking secondary data from the official website www.idx.co.id. The population of this study is 23 companies with 6 companies as a sample. The analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests. The findings of this investigation indicate that in part, cash position influences financial distress, profitability and company size do not have aneffect on financial distress. While simultaneously liquidity, profitability, and company size have an affect on financial distress.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence employee performance using a systematic observation method. A systematic review is a literature observation method that uses a systematic and transparent approach to identify, disseminate, and synthesize all research relevant to a particular research question. There are seventeen articles that are used as reference materials by the author with various variables and diverse results. The number of variables that can significantly influence employee performance indicates that employee performance is one of the important aspects in the sustainability of an organization or company in achieving goals and success both directly and indirectly. \

Abstract

Inklusi keuangan merupakan salah satu strategi penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui pemberdayaan usaha mikro, kecil (UMK). Artikel pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan pelaku UMK batu merah di Desa Sapen, Kecamatan Mojolaban, Kabupaten Sukoharjo, agar mampu mengakses layanan keuangan formal secara lebih optimal. Metode kegiatan meliputi identifikasi masalah, sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman, kesadaran, dan minat pelaku UMK terhadap layanan keuangan formal. Artikel ini menyarankan perlunya program pendampingan berkelanjutan dan sinergi multipihak.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of dynamic innovation capabilities, information technology, and digital leadership on employee performance, by considering digital workplace dynamics as a mediating variable and digital leadership as a moderating variable. A quantitative approach is used with the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that dynamic innovation capabilities, information technology, and digital leadership have a significant effect on employee performance, both directly and indirectly through digital workplace dynamics. Dynamic innovation capabilities and digital leadership are proven to be the most dominant factors in improving performance, while information technology capabilities play an important role in forming an efficient and collaborative work ecosystem. Digital workplace dynamics function as a mediator that connects innovation and technology with improved performance, although its influence is smaller than the direct effect. In addition, the role of digital leadership as a moderating variable strengthens the relationship between innovation and technology on employee performance. This means that leaders who are adaptive to technology and able to facilitate organizational change strategically contribute significantly to driving the achievement of organizational goals in the digital era. This finding emphasizes the importance of synergy between innovation, technology, and leadership in supporting performance in the digital era. The theoretical and practical implications of this study contribute to the development of digital-based human resource management strategies.
