Abstract

Plastic and paper are waste that are most produced by humans activities. Waste management is important to be implemented to minimize waste generation. The Arduino-based waste color de-tection prototype with TCS3200 sensor can make waste sorting easier. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of Arduino-based automatic sensor waste color detection prototype in sorting accurately the plastic and paper waste which is represented by paper block objects with various colors. The research was a quasi-experiment with post-test only design. From the object sorting trial in duration of one hour that could conduct 100 repetitions, it was known that the red colored paper block has the highest succesfull sorting, and the blue one is the lowest. The study results show the average accuracy value of all types of colors, namely red, blue, green, and yellow is 95 %. The test of battery endurance showed that the prototype was last up to 14 hours 9 minutes and ended at 9,91Volt. To conclude, the prototype of waste color detection is successful and can sort objects in red, blue, green, and yellow color precisely.

Abstract

Based on Indonesia Act No. 18 in 2008, waste processing sites with 3R were established to ma-nage household waste. Their existence is needed to be evaluated, one of which is by mapping to understand the local potentiality of waste reduction at each sites. The purpose of this study was to determine the location distribution map, the effectiveness of the 3R sites based on the number of customers, waste reduction, and the service distance range. The method used was spatial analysis that carried out using ArcGis 10.2 application. The study results indicate that there are 20 3R units in Sleman Regency, 50 % has good effectiveness, 40 % has medium effectiveness, and 10 % has less effectiveness. The better the effectiveness of the 3R sites, the greater the number of customers are served. The better the effectiveness of the 3R sites, the higher the ab-sorptive waste capacity of the 3R sites can manage. The limited building of 3R sites in the north and south parts of Sleman Regency needs to be added.

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Kaponan, Kecamatan Pakis, Kabupaten Magelang pada tanggal 28 Maret sampai 31 Mei 2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat respons peternak kelinci di Desa Kaponan, Kecamatan Pakis, Kabupaten Magelang terhadap penggunaan aplikasi pencatatan keuangan berbasis android dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Desain pengkajian ini menggunakan desain One-shot Case Study.Teknik pengambilan sampel sejumlah 30 responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi dengan alat bantu panduan wawancara. Variabel yang diamati adalah umur, tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman beternak dan faktor eksternal. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh terhadap respon peternak.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat respons peternak kelinci berada pada kategori tinggi yaitu dengan nilai 1716. Faktor umur, tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman beternak, dan karakteristik ekstrinsik berpengaruh tidak signifikan (P˃0,05) terhadap respons peternak kelinci.

Abstract

Setiap bahasa memiliki cara untuk menjelaskan niat yang ingin diucapkan oleh penutur mereka. Konsep linguistik kognitif pada domain sintaksis menjelaskan bagaimana alternasi terikat pada kata kerja dan bentuk obyek atau objek kausatif dan objek dasar atau objek lokatif yang juga terkait dengan konsep semantik kognitif. Jika secara teoritis diterapkan pada klausa Indonesia, maka akan terbentuk pola alternasi yang sesuai angka keselarasan batas dan objek dasar. Pada tingkat valensi terjadi perubahan jumlah transitif valensi ke intransitif. Pergantian kata kerja dalam Bahasa Indonesia dalam penelitian ini terbatas pada akhiran -i dan –kan. Kata kunci: alternasi, objek dasar, bentuk objek, lokatif, kausatif

Abstract

Background: Implementation of food is part of the activities of nutrition services in hospitals especially in the inpatient unit. Level of patient satisfaction with the quality of food will affect the food consumed. Satisfaction is low impact on the quality of food resulted in the food wasted of the food provided. Reflect food wasted nutrients intake is not adequate impact to patient malnutrition. Malnutrition can be affect the length of stay longer and higher patient costs. To identify the relationship food wasted to the length of stay in hospitalization and costs of patients with Jamkesmas and Jampersal who got regular diet in the ward class III at Raden Mattaher Jambi Hospital. Methods: This was an observational study with cross sectional design. The study subjects were patients admitted to the ward class III at Raden Mattaher Jambi Hospital in January to March 2013. Data measured by weighing the food waste using a electronic kitchen scale. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate. Results: Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between the rest of staple foods, vegetables and vegetable side dish with a length of stay (p> 0.05), whereas significant association between the animal side dish and fruit with a length of stay (p <0,05). There is no significant correlation between staple food, animal dishes, vegetable side dishes, vegetables and fruits with the average cost for treatment responders (p> 0,05). Result: The average food wasted varies according to the type of food. There is a significant relationship between the animal and fruit with a side dish of length of stay and there was no significant relationship between staple food scraps, animal dishes, vegetable side dishes, vegetables and fruits with the average cost of the respondent during in the treatment. Abstract

Hypertension is a non-communicable disease (PTM) which is a very serious health problem both in the world and in Indonesia. One sign of hypertension is an increase in blood pressure. Hypertension is called the silent killer, because people with hypertension often show no symptoms. The research objective was to determine the relationship between diet and obesity with the incidence of hypertension at the Rawasari Public Health Center in Jambi City in 2019.This study used a cross sectional design, which was carried out in August 2019, 64 hypertension respondents at the Rawasari Health Center were taken using purposive sampling technique. The research variables were diet and obesity  which were analyzed using the chi-square test.This study showed that most respondents had hypertension (92.2%). most of the diet frequently (51.6%). and  nutritional status (50%). Chi-square analysis showed  that there was a relationship between diet and hypertension (p= 0.016) and chi-square analysis showed that there was no relationship between obesity  and hypertension (p= 0.0162). There is no significant relationship between diet and hypertension, and there is no significant relationship between nutritional status and hypertension

Abstract

Pregnant women are one of the groups most prone to nutritional problems. One of the nutritional problems experienced by pregnant women is Chronic Energy Malnutrition (CEM). The prevalence of CEM in Siulak Mukai Public Health Center Work Area. This study aims to determine the dietary diversity and family income with the incidence of CEM in pregnant women in the Siulak Mukai Public Health Center Work Area. This study is a quantitative study with a case-control design that was carried out in the Siulak Mukai Public Health Center Work Area from October 2021-July 2022. The population of this study amounted to 101 pregnant women. The sample of this study was 42 pregnant women; 14 pregnant women as cases and 28 pregnant women as controls. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis used the chi-square test. Pregnant women who experience CEM in the Siulak Mukai Public Health Center Work Area were 13.9%. Pregnant women who consume that non-diverse food were 14.2%. Pregnant women who have a low family income were 45.2%. There was no significant relationship between dietary diversity (p-value = 0.161) and family income (p-value = 0.443) with the incidence of CEM. This study concludes that dietary diversity and family income is not a factor that affects the incidence of CEM in pregnant women in the Siulak Mukai Public Health Center Work Area. It is necessary to conduct further research related to the factors that influence the occurrence of CEM.

Abstract

Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK) pada ibu hamil adalah status gizi seseorang yang kurang akibat ketidakseimbangan antara asupan dan pengeluaran energi. World Health Organization (WHO) melaporkan prevalensi anemia dan KEK pada kehamilan secara global adalah 35-75% yang secara signifikan lebih tinggi pada trimester ketiga dibandingkan trimester pertama dan kedua kehamilan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian KEK pada ibu hamildari kajian literatur berbagai penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan (library research) dengan mengkaji secara kritis didalam tubuh literatur berorientasi akademik. Sumber literatur ada 6 jurnal penelitian yang disesuaikan dengan permasalahan literatur review. Metode Analisa data menggunakan anotasi bibliografi (annotated bibliography) dimana setiap sumber akan ditarik simpulan terkait dengan yang tertulis. Hasil telaah kritis yang memenuhi sampel didapatkan sebanyak 13 provinsi dengan prevalensi risiko KEK nasional dimana data menunjukkan peringkat ke-12 dari 33 provinsi ibu hamil KEK. Secara keseluruhan, prevalensi risiko kurang energi kronis meningkat pada semua kelompok umur dan kondisi wanita (hamil dan tidak hamil). Pada wanita tidak hamil usia 15-19 tahun prevalensinya naik sebesar 15,7 persen. Demikian pula pada ibu hamil kelompok umur 45-49 tahun naik 15,1 persen. Saran yang ditujukan kepada tenaga kesehatan diharapkan meningkatkan upaya pendidikan kesehatan berupa penyuluhan bahaya KEK pada ibu hamil dan materi lainnya terkait pentingnya pemenuhan gizi pada ibu hamil, serta meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk tercapainya cakupan pemeriksaan kehamilan pada petugas kesehatan.

Abstract

Given the magnitude of responsibility in carrying out the task of maintaining the health of the longmarch participants who traveled a distance of approximately 35 km, a clear division of work is needed, the work of First Aid in accidents team personnel. The purpose of this community service is to conduct continuous education training First Aid in management planning and division of work in the long march activity at the Yogyakarta Maritime College. The service method used is to carry out continuing education and First Aid in accident training for cadets. The result of this community service is the implementation of continuing education training First Aid for several years from 2017 until now as well as the readiness of management planning and division of work for First Aid team officers in logmarch activities at the Yogyakarta Maritime College. Overall, the results of this service not only improve the quality and competence of individual cadets, but also have a positive impact on their community and surrounding environment. Trained and knowledgeable cadets are expected to become future leaders who contribute to the development of a healthier and safer society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh persaingan bisnis kuliner yang semakin meningkat sehingga Cafe Muntaz perlu memahami faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumennya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lokasi dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 96 responden yang ditentukan melalui rumus Slovin. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran angket, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda melalui SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lokasi berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian, demikian pula kualitas produk yang terbukti menjadi variabel paling dominan. Secara simultan, lokasi dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut berperan penting dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen di Cafe Muntaz.
