Abstract

Abstract : Knee joint is a very importantjoint in the body, because in addition to functioning as a motion whichis quite high mobility, as well as the support body weight while standing. This increases the chance for injury to the areaduring practice and competition. Injuries to the knee joint can be caused by trauma (impact), arthritis, oreveryday activities excessive, and therefore a complaint of pain in the knee of the most widely felt. Perceivedcomplaints vary, ranging from minor complaints to severe, depending on the severity of the injury. In this article will discuss the anatomy of the knee joint, knee joint injurycauses, prevention, the first aid on the injury, and post-injury orrehabilitation.

Abstract

The shoulder joint is the most easier joint which got injured, especially in sports that predominantly using arm swing such as badminton, tennis, volley ball, etc. But there were many other sports type could injured the shoulder joint which caused by an collision withanother object. One of the injured type is shoulder joint dislocation. When the dislocation happened on athletes, the “RICE” method is the first aid for reduce the pain or avoid the Injured getting worst. One of method to relocate the shoulder joint dislocation was Kocher’s method. Abstract

The rotator cuff was made up of four muscles that help move and stabilize the shoulder joint. Damage to any one of the four muscles or their ligaments that attach the muscle to bone can occur because of acute injury, chronic overuse, or gradual aging. This can cause significant pain and disability with range of motion or use of the shoulder joint. When the the athlete got injured on his/her rotator cuff, many things that coach and athlete should do. RICE method was the first aid kit that should be taken in order to minimize the pain and make the injured are not spread out. Many things that should be done to minimize the risk of rotator cuff injured and also many things should be done if the athlete got rotator cuff injured. This article is a describe of rotator cuff injured, the cause, the  the symptoms and the treatment when the athlete got the rotator cuff injured.

Abstract

Pencak Silat is a martial art that has a risk of causing micro-trauma due to physical impact. This trauma will stimulate the secretion of prostaglandin, a compound in the body which is a mediator of pain and inflammatory response that promote pain in bruised trauma. Passion fruit contains high level of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant substances. The objective of this study was to understand the effectiveness of passion fruit juice consumption in reducing bruised trauma pain in Pencak Silat athletes of PSHT Belotan Magetan. The research design is a quantitative descriptive with quasi-experimental. The pretest and posttest group of 20 people PSHT Belotan Magetan Pencak Silat athletes with an average age of 13.4 ± 0.94 years were divided into treatment group (K1) and control group (K0) with 10 subjects respectively. Each treatment group (K1) subject was given the juice twice a day for 10 consecutive days. We used paired sample T-test to assess the mean variance of the group. The result showed that there was a decrease of pain intensity in both the treatment group and the control group. The pain intensity difference assessed by a Bourbonnais Rating Scale in the treatment group showed a significant difference with the t value of 7,216 and a probability value of 0,000, while the control group showed t value of 3,000 and probability value of 0,015. There was a decrease in the athlete’s muscle soreness who were given passion fruit juice twice a day for 10 days. The athlete’s pain intensity was in middle category.

Abstract

The prevalence of obesity of adult women in Indonesia has increased recently. Obesity among adult women will lead to health problems such as diabetes until coronary heart disease. The aim of this quasy experimental study was to determine the effectiveness of the 8-week exercise program combining low impact aerobics and yoga on the percentage of body fat in women in 2017. The subjects of this study were 12 Unesa female studentss with criteria to have Body Mass Index (BMI) obese category with age 19-24 years. The effectiveness of the 8-week low-impact exercise program of aerobics and yoga on the percentage of body fat was measured using anthropometric methods with skinfold caliper techniques measured before and after the treatment of training programs. Based on the results of calculations using t test on the percentage of body fat then 8-week exercise program combination of low impact aerobics and yoga effective in reducing body fat with an average percentage decreased of 10.56%.

Abstract

Senam yoga adalah suatau usaha atau cara untuk menyatukan kekuatan jiwa danraga serta alam sebagai sarana penyembuhan berbagai penyakit jasmani ataupun rohani melalui gerakan anggota gerak tubuh yang luwes. Kecemasan merupakan suatu masalah psikologis yang dirasakan setiap manusia, wanita pada umumnya selalu mencemaskan sesuatu yang memang akan terjadi seperti (menopause). Menopause adalah sudah berakhirnya masa-masa haid dan menstruasi, atau proses ovulasi atau pembuahan sel telur juga turut berhenti. Berdasarkan permasalahan pada tingkat kecemasan pada usia menopause didapatkan rumusan masalah sebagai berikut : Ada pengaruh senam yoga terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada pra menapouse. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sebarapa besar pengaruh senam yoga terhadap tingkat kecemasan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskriptif kuantitatif, sedangkan proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode angket dengan memberikan pertanyaan yang terdapat poin-poin di dalamnya.Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulan dan diperoleh nilai Thitung sebesar 486,667 > Ttabel sebesar 1,84, karena nilai dari Thitung> Ttabel maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak sedangkan Ha diterima yang berarti terdapat perubahan pada tingkat kecemasan wanita pra menopause.

Abstract

Abstract The long jump is a combination of run, start, repulsion, time to drift, and landing. The purpose of this study is to find out the effective long jump movement technique of athletes at the Gresik district gladiator club. In this study, researchers used a type of non-experimental research with quantitative descriptive analysis research methods because this research was conducted because they wanted to know the motion analysis of the long jump technique in the Gresik gladiator club long jump athlete. This research is only limited to describing the motion video of the long jump technique from the start run to the athlete's landing position and notifying the measurement results related to the research. The instrument in this study was a camera that was used to record video when the gladiator club long jump athlete performed motion engineering exercises which were then processed using applications on a computer. The software used to analyze the recorded video is Kinovea. Based on the research that has been done, the results of the first subject research are producing the largest initial velocity of 12.04 m / s. The take-off angle is 36 °. The resulting power is 2611.75 watts, and the biggest jump is 6.85 m. In the second subject the largest initial velocity is 9.30 m / s. The resulting take-off angle is 31 °. The biggest power is 1638,275 watts, and the jump is 5.70 m. In the third subject, the largest initial velocity is 11.34 m / s. The take-off angle is 40 °. The biggest power produced is 2978.25 watts, and the jump is 6.18 m. In the fourth subject the result is the initial speed of 10.59 m / s. The take-off angle is 33 °. Power is 2070 watts, and the output is 6.60 m. Based on the research results of the long jump technique that has been carried out and discussed in the previous chapter, we can draw conclusions from this research, namely, a series of effective long jump techniques from the four athletes in the gladiator gresik club who have made 3 jumps, namely a series of technical moves from the first research subject to the third jump which at the same time became the leap with the farthest distance from all the jumps. To reach the achievement, an athlete must have good physical condition. The purpose of this study was to determine the needs of the physical condition components needed by the water sky branch of the number men slalom of Regional Training Center in East Java with 7 people.The type of research used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Based on the analysis of data processing, obtained research data in the form of the results of the correlation of physical tests with slalom technical skills test of each athlete. From these calculations, the physical condition component of ankle flexibility test has a positive correlation with a value of 0.569. Abdominal muscle strength test occupies the second position with a correlation value of 0.405. The different results occur in the balance test which shows a correlation value of 0.194, hip flexibility test with a correlation value of 0.067, hand grip strength test with a correlation value of 0.055 and arm, shoulder and back muscle strength tests have a correlation value of -0.695 which means that there is no relationship on slalom technical skills. While balance, hip flexibility, leg muscle strength, hand grip strength, abdominal muscle strength and arm, shoulder and back muscle strength, arm and shoulder flexibility have no relationship to slalom skills.Thus it can be concluded that ankle flexibility, abdominal muscle strength is a major component of physical condition that is most needed and influences slalom athletes' technical skills. Keywords: Physical Conditions, Water Skiing, Slalom

Abstract

Kedelai merupakan sumber protein tercerna yang sangat baik dan memiliki efek cenderung menurunkan kolesterol. Berdasarkan data, konsumsi kedelai masyarakat dari tahun ke tahun semakin meningkat, tahun 2012 konsumsi kedelai Indonesia adalah sebesar 2,2 ton dalam bentuk tempe, tahu, kecap, tauco, dan bahan pangan lain. Hal inilah yang melatarbelakangi, berdirinya 2 UMKM Rahayu di Blitar Jawa Timur untuk memproduksi sari kedelai instan. Usaha ini memiliki fasilitas produksi dan peralatan yang masih konvensional. UMKM Rahayu tidak hanya meproduksi sari kedelai instan saja, namun beberapa varian lainnya adalah kopi kedelai. Tahapan produksi UMKM ini, yakni pemasakan dan penggilingan, masih dikerjakan dengan memanfaatkan peralatan produksi yang konvensional/tradisional. Selain higienitas dan kestabilan produk yang tidak terjamin, kondisi tersebut juga menyebabkan kuantitas poduksi masih rendah. Standar higienitas yang rendah telah menyebabkan singkatnya masa simpan. Standart higienitas yang rendah diakibatkan karena proses produksi yang tidak stabil, peralatan yang tradisional, serta teknologi yang minim. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat UMKM Sari Kedelai Instan Blitar ini, akan dilakukan pendampingan dalam pengurusan izin produksi, introduksi Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG), hingga pengemasan. Kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas produksi sari kedelai instan UMKM mitra, sehingga memberi dampak bagi peningkatan pendapatan bagi UMKM Mitra sekaligus perluasan kesempatan kerja bagi masyarakat di sekitar lokasi usaha UMKM mitra.
