Abstract

This study examines how strategic marketing management contributes to enrollment sustainability in Islamic private schools operating in the digital era. It seeks to identify structural mechanisms that influence stable student enrollment beyond short-term promotional efforts. A qualitative case study design was employed using document-based analysis. Institutional strategic plans, marketing records, digital communication archives, and three-year longitudinal enrollment data were systematically analyzed through thematic coding and SWOT-based strategic interpretation. The findings reveal that enrollment sustainability depends on the integration of strategic coherence, analytics-enabled digital marketing, measurable service quality governance, and institutionalized trust mechanisms. Enrollment volatility was linked to campaign-dependent recruitment strategies, strategic–operational misalignment, and the absence of structured performance evaluation systems. At the same time, strong Islamic identity and community trust provided differentiation, but the lack of data-driven governance limited long-term stability. This study advances educational marketing theory by proposing an integrative sustainability model that bridges strategic management, digital transformation, service quality governance, and trust institutionalization in faith-based private schooling contexts.

Abstract

The expansion of hybrid education systems has intensified challenges in achieving curriculum coherence across multiple normative frameworks. This study aims to analyze how curriculum coherence is strategically managed in a dual education system integrating national and islamic boarding school curricula within an Indonesian junior secondary school. This research employs a qualitative single-case study design. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, non-participant observations, and document analysis. Data were analyzed using a hybrid deductive–inductive thematic approach that integrates conceptual frameworks with empirical field findings. The findings reveal that curriculum integration is not an additive process but a distributed governance achievement enacted through three interdependent mechanisms: structural alignment (vision reframing, curriculum mapping, and time allocation design), relational coordination (cross-domain collaboration and contextual integration practices), and adaptive monitoring (integrated evaluation and feedback loops). Despite structured planning, coherence remains dynamic and requires continuous negotiation due to dual accountability pressures, coordination fatigue, and epistemological tensions. This study proposes a distributed coherence governance framework as an analytical lens for understanding complexity management in hybrid faith-based education systems.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi kegiatan Market Day dalam menumbuhkan nilai kewirausahaan dan keterampilan sosial anak usia dini khususnya di RA Panjang Janur. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 2 kelas yaitu B1, sebagai penjual B2 sebagai pembeli. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yaitu penelitian lapangan (field research), analisis data menggunakan Teknik observasi. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kegiatan Market Day di RA Panjang Janur dilakukan satu tahun sekali setiap tema pasar dengan bentuk kegiatan bermain peran ada yang berperan sebagai penjual dan pembeli. Dengan hal itu anak dapat belajar bagaimana cara bertransaksi yang baik, cara mempromosikan barang dagangannya dan cara menukar kembalian. Terdapat nilai-nilai kewirausahaan yang terlihat pada anak yaitu sikap kepemimpinan, tanggung jawab, mandiri, disiplin, jujur, kreatif dan menumbuhkan ketrampilan sosial anak. Namun ada beberapa hambatan seperti kurangnya tenaga pengajar, lokasi yang sempit, keterbatasan kemampuan anak dalam mempromosikan barang dagangannya sehingga kurang menarik pembeli.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis manajemen capaian layanan perlindungan dan kesejahteraan dalam program PAUD Holistik Integratif (PAUD HI) di PAUD Taman Belia Candi (Tabelcan), berdasarkan Peraturan Presiden No. 60 Tahun 2013. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, yang dianalisis dengan reduksi, penyajian, dan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen layanan di PAUD Tabelcan berjalan sesuai fungsi manajemen: perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Kepala sekolah bersama guru menyusun dan mengorganisasi program, dengan pengawasan berbasis pelaporan. Program layanan meliputi pendidikan kesehatan, parenting class, PHBS, PMTAS, serta pengelolaan lingkungan sekolah sehat dan manajemen UKS. Kesimpulannya, manajemen layanan perlindungan dan kesejahteraan di PAUD Tabelcan sesuai dengan petunjuk teknis program PAUD HI.

Abstract

Early childhood literacy and numeracy skills serve as important foundations in supporting children’s learning readiness and cognitive development at the next level of education. However, learning activities at TK Harjosari 01 still tend to apply conventional methods, causing literacy and numeracy activities to be less optimally integrated into contextual play-based learning. This study aims to analyze the strengthening of literacy and numeracy skills through a project-based learning approach. The research employed a qualitative approach with data collection techniques consisting of observation, interviews, and documentation conducted naturally during the learning process. The findings revealed that project-based learning effectively improved early childhood literacy and numeracy skills through contextual activities involving direct learning experiences. This approach also contributed to increasing children’s self-confidence, social skills, and learning readiness. Abstrak Kemampuan literasi dan numerasi pada anak usia dini menjadi dasar penting dalam mendukung kesiapan belajar dan perkembangan berpikir anak pada jenjang pendidikan berikutnya. Namun, pembelajaran di TK Harjosari 01 masih cenderung menggunakan metode konvensional sehingga kegiatan literasi dan numerasi belum terintegrasi secara optimal dalam aktivitas bermain yang kontekstual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penguatan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi melalui pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis projek. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan secara alami dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis projek efektif meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi anak usia dini melalui kegiatan kontekstual yang melibatkan pengalaman belajar langsung. Pendekatan ini juga berdampak pada meningkatnya kepercayaan diri, keterampilan sosial, dan kesiapan belajar anak.

Abstract

This study examines how a cluster-based Professional Learning Community (PLC) strengthens early childhood teachers’ competencies in a rural Indonesian context. Employing a qualitative case study design, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 12 participants (8 teachers, 2 coordinators, and 2 principals), non-participant observations of 4 PLC meetings, and document analysis of lesson plans and meeting records. Thematic analysis revealed that the Anggrek Cluster functions as a collaborative learning infrastructure that enhances pedagogical competence through joint lesson planning, reflective dialogue, and peer feedback. Participation in the PLC fostered adaptive instructional practices, diversified teaching strategies, and clearer alignment between learning objectives and classroom implementation. The findings also indicate the emergence of collective teacher efficacy, as participants increasingly framed instructional challenges as shared professional responsibilities. Despite contextual constraints such as limited resources and meeting frequency, trust-based collaboration and distributed leadership enabled sustained engagement. This study contributes to PLC scholarship by extending empirical evidence to a rural early childhood setting in a developing country and highlighting the mediating role of collaborative inquiry and collective efficacy in competency development. The findings suggest that cluster-based PLCs can serve as contextually sustainable professional development mechanisms in resource-constrained environments.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of Digital Infrastructure Management (DIM) on student learning motivation in secondary education using a quasi-experimental design. Although previous studies have widely examined educational technology usage, limited research has explored digital infrastructure management as a structured organizational intervention influencing motivational outcomes. Addressing this gap, the present study conceptualizes DIM as a systematic managerial process involving planning, organizing, maintenance, and monitoring of digital learning resources. A non-equivalent control-group pretest–posttest design was employed involving 76 Grade VIII students divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group received structured DIM implementation, while the control group continued conventional digital practices. Data were collected using a validated learning motivation questionnaire and analyzed through descriptive statistics, paired and independent-samples t-tests, and Pearson correlation analysis. The findings revealed a significant increase in student motivation in the experimental group (p < 0.001), whereas the control group showed no meaningful change. Posttest comparisons indicated a statistically significant difference between groups with a large effect size (d = 1.98). Furthermore, DIM implementation quality demonstrated a strong positive correlation with student motivation (r = 0.742). These findings suggest that structured digital governance may function as an enabling organizational mechanism for enhancing motivation in digitally supported learning environments. The study contributes theoretically by extending discussions on digital transformation beyond technology adoption toward institutional management processes, while practically informing school leaders and policymakers about the importance of sustainable digital infrastructure governance in secondary education.
