Abstract

Green building is an alternative to anticipate damage to the earth due to development activities. This studyreviews the development of green building inkIndonesia with a systematic literature method. The reviewthat was carried out included regulations, implementation and implementation of green building inIndonesia. The development of government regulations on green buildings requires that every buildingmeet the criteria of a green building. There are 20 buildings that have been certified green building by 2018with the gold to platinum category. Research in the field of green building has also developed with 53scientific publications. From the latest reviews, it is found that the implementation of green building inIndonesia has been carried out in various aspects of the building. In the future, policies and regulations atthe national and regional levels are integrated with each other to implement green buildingcomprehensively in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merencanakan sistem kelistrikan untuk penyediaan daya di gedung AF Program Studi Teknik Elektro Fakultas Teknik Universitas Udayana Kampus Sudirman serta lift yang akan dipasang di gedung C. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, diperoleh jumlah titik lampu sebanyak 163 titik, kotak kontak 165 titik, AC sebanyak 52 buah, beban total untuk gedung AF sebesar 82.410,11 VA ditambah dengan beban lift sebesar 12.000 VA sehingga beban total menjadi 94.410,11 VA dengan diversity factor 65%, total daya yang dibutuhkan adalah 61.366,5715 VA. Untuk sistem pembumian, jika menggunakan sistem pembumian elektroda batang bertipe 1 rod dengan kedalaman 14 meter mengunakan pembumian bertipe 2 rod S < L dengan kedalaman masing-masing rod 8 meter dan 2 rod S > L dengan kedalaman masing-masing rod 6 meter. Jika menggunakan sistem pembumian bertipe pelat dibutuhkan 2 buah pelat. Perencanaan lift yang direkomendasikan dengan kapasitas 1050 Kg dengan daya sebesar 14,0 kW.

Abstract

Penyaluran daya listrik di kawasan Badung Tengah dan Badung Utara disuplai oleh Penyulang Blahkiuh yang bersumber dari Trafo-IV 10 MVA Gardu Induk Kapal. Penyulang ini berbentuk konfigurasi jaringan distribusi 20 kV tipe radial dengan 172 bus. Rugi-rugi Penyulang Blahkiuh sebesar 0,150 MW. Untuk mengurangi rugi-rugi daya pada penyulang Blahkiuh maka dilakukan pemasangan kapasitor. Dalam paper ini dilakukan pemasangan 1 kapasitor sebesar 600 kVAR di Penyulang Blahkiuh. Dalam menentukan lokasi pemasangan kapasitor digunakan metode Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO).Berdasarkan analisa yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Particle Swarm Optimization diperoleh bahwa lokasi optimal dalam pemasangan kapasitor terdapat pada Bus 28. Pemasangan kapasitor pada Bus terjadi penurunan rugi-rugi daya pada Penyulang Blahkiuh dari 0,150 MW menjadi 0,087 MW. Tegangan terendah pada bus 0,9430 p.u.

Abstract

In Bali, especially at Tiga Nusa, the need for electricity is increasing along with the development of the construction of resorts and hotels. In this study, a sample of cases was taken in 2014 regarding the Lembongan feeder network system which was still installed with several LBS (Load Break Switch) which used to localize interference. Therefore, to anticipate interference and improve the reliability of feeders, one of many ways is to add an automatic back cover (recloser). This study aims to determine the optimal recloser location in the Lembongan feeder by using a combined method of fuzzy logic and particle swarm optimization with the help of MATLAB software. The results of this study obtained the best location of the recloser in group 5, namely the area between LBS SD 3, LBS Celagi Empak, and LBS Lembongan by adding one recloser. The SAIFI value is 1,9471 times / customer / year and the SAIDI value is 1,4596 hours / customer / year where the world class service parameter standard for the SAIFI reliability index is 3 times / customer / year and the SAIDI reliability index is 2,5 hours / customer / year.

Abstract

An electric power system will get overload disturbance if a plant that was previouslyable to supply power to a system that is outage, causes other plants that are still operating tohave the entire load of the system. This study aims to see the performance of under frequencyrelay (UFR) that has been installed in the Bali system in overcoming overload disturbances,namely in the form of generator outages according to the scenario that has been made. Themethod used is to model the load shedding scheme using UFR in software and run according tothe scenario. The scenario referred to is a disturbance that causes one or more generators toexperience blackouts due to disturbances. The results of the analysis show that under thefrequency relay (UFR) installed in the Bali system it cannot return the system frequency to itsnormal state, namely the system has a shortage of generating power with a steady statefrequency below 49.8 Hz in the 3rd, 4th fault scenarios. , and the 5th while the system hasexcess power generation with a stable state frequency above 50.2 Hz at the 9th and 10thdisturbances.

Abstract

The need for electricity in this global era is increasing, so that a more reliable electrical system is needed. A reliable system cannot be separated from interference, so there needs to be a system reliability analysis and power loss to the feeder by configuring the network. This research was conducted to find the reliability index value in the form of interference frequency and duration of interference (SAIFI and SAIDI). In one Tabanan feeder the results obtained exceed the standard so reconfiguration is performed Based on the analysis obtained before reconfiguration, the reliability index for SAIFI is 6,7456 (failure / year) and SAIDI is 11,4767 (hour / year) and power loss by 6,27 %. After reconfiguration of Tabanan feeder, the reliability index was better, for SAIFI is 5.2475 (disturbance / year) and SAIDI is 9,8798 (hour / year), the power loss was 2.82%. Sanggulan feeder is a new feeder reconfiguration result from Tabanan feeder, where the analysis was carried out to find out the reliability index of Sanggulan feeder, it was obtained the SAIFI value of 4.5753 (disturbance / year) and SAIDI of 9.5297 (hour / year) and power loss of 4,80%.

Abstract

Energi alternatif merupakan sumber energi terbarukan, contohnya seperti matahari, angin, air, biomasa dan panas bumi. Energi pasang surut merupakan pemanfaatan energi yang dihasilkan dalam perpindahan massa air akibat pasang surut dengan efek rotasi bumi dan gravitasi bulan. Energi ini banyak terdapat diselat karena pada selat terjadi penyempitan ruang gerak arus sehingga kecepatan arus menjadi lebih cepat. Salah satunya adalah Selat Pulau Serangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui potensi energi listrik dan kerapatan daya di Selat Pulau Serangan. Pengukuran arus laut menggunakan metode Lagrange dan alat Current Meter di delapan titik penelitian, kemudian dengan metode Regresi Sederhana Deret Waktu untuk meramalkan ketinggian air. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa energi yang dihasilkan saat pasang mencapai 248,028046 kilo Joule selama 24 jam, sedangkan saat surut mencapai 251,8062 kilo Joule selama 24 jam. Untuk rapat daya terbesar berada disekitar jembatan berkisar 25,3604 – 47,05809 W/m2, sedangkan rapat daya terkecil berada di sebelah utara jembatan berkisar 0,012069 – 0,121019 W/m2.

Abstract

Kebutuhan energi listrik akan terus berkembang seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah penduduk serta sarana pendukungnya. Dengan demikian sistem kelistrikan yang sesuai dengan standar sangat diperlukan mengingat gangguan yang sering terjadi maka perlu adanya suatu analisis sistem keandalan dan losses daya pada penyulang VI. Penyulang ini melayani kota Dili yang meliputi Kawasan Caicoli, Audian, BidauMasau, Cristo Rei, LahaneOcidentaldan LahaneOriental. PenyulangVI ini merupakan sistem radial, terdiri dari 39 unit trafo distribusi dengan panjang saluran 17,490 km dan kapasitas bebannya 6440KVA.Untuk mengetahui kondisi sistem distribusi di kota Dili maka dengan bantuan program software EDSA (Electrical System Power Design Software) drop tegangan yang terdapat pada sistem distribusi penyulang VI dapat dianalisis.Drop tegangan terbesar adalah 4.24% yang terjadi pada trafo 26, dengan susut keseluruhan yang terjadi pada penyulang VI adalah sebesar 121,600 KW dan 120,926 KVAR. Serta dari hasil perhitungan yang dilakukan pada penyulang VI maka didapatkan Indeks Keandalan untuk SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index) adalah; 1,69 pemadaman/pelanggan/tahun dan untuk SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) adalah : 5,257 jam/pelanggan/tahun.

Abstract

The purpose of the Economic Dispatch is to determine the distribution of each unit inproviding the requested load, so that the load demand can be met at the lowest possible cost takinginto account the limitations of the generator and available system. Commonly the researcher usesome methods to solve economic dispatch, such as Lagrange, Genetic Algorithm (GA), and othersoptimization methods. Latest Artificial Intelligent technology had invented the solution to solve theoptimization problem especially for economic dispatch, its named Imperialist Competitive Algorithm(ICA) which in this project, ICA become the solution to solve economic dispatch problem in Bali 150kV interconnection system. The simulation result the compared by the result using Lambda Iterationand Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) method. Simulation result show that the ICA method is ableto provide a better solution in Bali 150 kV interconnection system. The difference in generation costsbetween the Imperialist Competitive Algorithm (ICA) method and the Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO) method is 1685.19 $/h or savings are made at 0.24%. While the difference in generation costsbetween the Imperialist Competitive Algorithm (ICA) method with the Lambda Iteration method is7116.45 $/h or savings are made at 1.03%.

Abstract

Electricity is one of the needs of society that must be met, because electricity is very instrumental in helping everyday life, such as lighting, and for the electronic needs. In distributing power to consumers there is a power loss in the distribution system channel. To reduce power loss, it is necessary to install capacitors. This study aims to reduce power losses in Tabanan feeders using the Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) method with 10 attempts using MATLAB. The total power loss before the capacitor is installed is 0.421 MW (6,4%), after the analysis is obtained the placement of the capacitor located on bus 10 with a capacity of 1000 KVAR, can reduce the power loss to 0.145 MW (2,2%)
