Abstract

This thesis is proposed to qualify for a bachelor's degree in Sociology. With the title "The Use of Smartphone Games and Its Influence on School Children (SD) in Bakti Karya Asri Tarai Building Mine Sub-District Kampar District." The use of game games is very mushroom among school-age children (SD), the use certainly has a certain influence on the behavior social child. In the game game there are aspects of the type of game play, game time, and the cost used. While social behavior there are aspects in the form of rebellion, aggression, disputih / bertengkar, competition, behavior in power, selfish. This study aims to determine the use of Smartphone Games and its effect on the social behavior of school-age children (SD) in Bakti Karya Asri Housing Tarai Bangun Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar.Teori used in this study is social behavior. The research location is Bakti Karya Asri Tarai Bangun housing, Tambang Sub District, Kampar regency. While the method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study as many as 26 respondents while the sample used as many as 26 parents. Sampling techniques used are accidental sumple and data collection using interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of research in the form of the influence of social behavior of children using game games include the behavior of many children who always want to win in game games, it turns out the behavior of many children feel offended or disturbed by the attitude and behavior of other children, it turns out that many children's behavior against the parents, the behavior of many children who at any time want to fulfill their own interests, it turns out the child's behavior is not always always behind the back both physically (nonverbal) and with the words (verbal), in terms of behavior in power is the behavior of children does not always dominate the social situation. Abstract

This background in this research start from garbage proble that often happened in Pekanbaru City that hard to handle. Later found there is a waste bank built from government which is named Dalang Collection Waste Bank. This garbage bank has several partners who joined and participated. Participation is one of the most interesting discussion and this research aims to examine what are the factors that make people willing to join and participate in the management of household waste and what kind of participation that exist in Dalang Collection Waste Bank, because with good and proper waste management, it will have a very good impact on the existing garbage problem in Pekanbaru City. In this research there are result that states that there is a form of community participation in waste and doing activities from 4R program. According to the survey, the level of participation of respondents are calculated in medium, and from 41 respondents in this study, they have their own reasons and factors in terms of community participation of waste management, and to find out what factors affect the partners to participate in Dalang Collection Wate Bank.Keywords : Participation, Waste Bank Partners, Pekanbaru

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis etos kerja penerima program bantuan dana dari Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan dalam peningkatan ekonomi UMKM di Kecamatan Tuah Madani Kota Pekanbaru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan sampel sensus pada seluruh pelaku UMKM penerima program bantuan dana dari Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan di Kecamatan Tuah Madani Kota Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 41 orang, dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etos kerja UMKM penerima program bantuan dana dari Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan di Kecamatan Tuah Madani Kota Pekanbaru sangat baik, dengan mayoritas responden memiliki sikap kerja keras, disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan rajin. Hal ini berdampak positif pada peningkatan ekonomi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di wilayah tersebut. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa etos kerja penerima program bantuan dana dari Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan di Kecamatan Tuah Madani Kota Pekanabru sangat baik, ditandai dengan kerja keras, disiplin, tanggung jawab dan rajin. Etos kerja yang baik ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan ekonomi UMKM di wilayah tersebut. Oleh karena itu, program bantuan dana dari Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan dapat dikatakan efektif dalam meningkatkan ekonomi UMKM melalui peningkatan etos kerja penerima program Tenaga Kerja Mandiri Pemula (TKML).

Abstract

This community service initiative aims to strengthen the independence of coastal communities by optimizing local assets through the Asset-Based Community Development approach in Puteri Sembilan Village, North Rupat District, Bengkalis Regency, which has a mangrove forest potential of 307 hectares. The program aims to enhance the skills and interest of the community in sustainably managing mangrove resources. Through the participatory method, activities are carried out in four main stages: identification, asset mapping, capacity building, and collaborative training involving Raja Sofia MSME women's groups, Coastal Conservation Groups, and Fishermen's Groups. The focus of the program lies on the use of the Kedabu fruit (Sonneratia Ovata) as a product of mangrove forests to produce innovative food products with economic value. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in aspects of knowledge, ecological awareness, and community entrepreneurial motivation. Innovative products have been successfully developed, including dodol, syrup, and jams made from papabu fruit. Evaluation of service activity achievement is conducted through pretests using closed-ended questionnaire instruments. As a result, among 20 participants, there was a 55% increase in knowledge and interest in processing mangrove forest products. The findings confirm that the ABCD model is effective in building local capacity, increasing ecological awareness, and promoting the sustainable economic transformation of coastal communities based on their natural potential. The sustainability of the program demands cross-stakeholder collaboration on the village development agenda to ensure long-term impact.
