Abstract

Local credit institution (LPD) is financial enterprise that owned by the village to carry out business activities in that village and or the villagers. In its development, LPD has a imperative role that is not far from the goal of establishing LPD its sel, viz. Encouraging the development o rural economic throughraising the unds, distribute the loan for the community, create equal opportunities for business activities and employment opportunities for villagers.This study aims to determine characteristics of the agricultural debtor in LPD Desa Adat Penatih, the criteria for amount of agricultural credit distributed in LPD Desa Adat Penatih, the procedure for distributing agricultural credit in LPD Desa Adat Penatih and also the interference in repayment of credit in LPD Desa Adat Penatih. The location of this study were selected purposively. Data used in this study is qualitative data and quantitative data.The result of the study showed that the characteristics of the agricultural debtor in the LPD Desa Adat Penatih are seen from age and gender, the number of family dependents,  the level of education, the criteria for amount loan and the business fields. The amount of agricultural credit distributed in LPD Desa Adat Penatih base of the collateral value for collateral provided by debtor.  The procedure for distributing agricultural credit in LPD Desa Adat Penatih starts by of the loan application, analysis or assessment of credit, credit decision, disbursement and loan administration. There is no interference to LPD Desa Adat Penatih in repayment of agriculture credit. Both in terms of repayment period and credit collectibility.

Abstract

Local credit institutions (LPD) are non-bank financial institutions manager by local governments and are autonomous and oriented to strengthen the economic and socio-cultural life of indigenous peoples in Bali. This study aims to analyze what factors influence the customer's decision to save in the LPD of residential and tourism areas and analyze what are the dominant factors that influence the customer's decision to save in the LPD of residential areas and tourism. The data used using primary data as the main data by distributing questionnaires in each LPD as many as 50 respondents. The data obtained were processed using SPSS and SEM-PLS analysis techniques. The results showed that factors such as the environment of the customer's residence significantly influence the interest in saving in the LPD of residential areas and security guarantees affect the interest in saving customers in the LPD of the tourism area.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the characteristics of honey farmers who have become agripreneurs and analyze the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral control, and entrepreneurship education on the transformation of honey farmers into agripreneurs in Sumbawa Regency. The number of samples of respondents was 34 respondents who were obtained based on the saturated sample method. The model was designed based on the approach Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Smart PLS version 3.0 which was analyzed through a computer program. The results showed that behavioral control and entrepreneurship education had a significant effect on the transformation of honey farmers into agripreneurs in Sumbawa Regency. Therefore, behavioral control which contains encouragement from family, relatives, motivators, and themselves to build a business needs to be improved, and also increasing entrepreneurial education activities containing seminars and entrepreneurship training is also very much needed by honey farmers to be able to transform into agripreneurs.

Abstract

Angka pengguna internet semakin berkembang pada era revolusi industry 4.0. Hal ini dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengembangkan bisnis secara lebih luas, salah satunya dapat memanfaatkan berbagai media pemasaran online yang tersedia seperti marketplace. Sektor pertanian berpotensi untuk diterapkan pemasaran produk secara online yang mengadopsi konsep marketplace. Namun, berbagai tantangan muncul seiring dengan lahirnya berbagai marketplace di Indonesia, khususnya berkaitan dengan kemudahan penggunaan marketplace produk pertanian, mengingat pengguna internet di Indonesia beranjak dari berbagai rentang usia dan latar belakang. Artikel ini bertujuan membangun perancangan marketplace pertanian dengan menerapkan kualitas pelayanan marketplace yang baik dengan memperhatikan nilai user experience (UX), tingkat efektivitas serta tingkat efisiensi untuk pengguna. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan marketplace ini adalah metode five plane user experience elements yang terdiri dari lima tahapan antaralain Strategy Plane, Scope Plane, Structure Plane, Skeleton Plane, Surface Plane yang memiliki keterkaitan antar lapisnya. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa responden membutuhkan suatu aplikasi yang lebih menarik dalam segi tampilan seperti memberikan detail produk yang lengkap dengan hasil gambar yang nyata, juga menampilkan gambar dari sudut pandang yang berbeda – beda serta pemilihan huruf (font) dan tema warna yang sesuai. Sedangkan perancangan prototipe HiTani sebagai hasil dari adaptasi terhadap karakteristik dan kebutuhan konsumen menunjukkan hasil perhitungan Success Rate yang diperoleh pada pengujian tingkat efektifitas sebesar 85,6% dengan tingkat pencapaian sangat efektif, dan pengukuran terhadap tingkat efisiensi pada prototype ini nilai efisiensinya dalah 84,74% maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa prototype marketplace HiTani ini sudah efisien dari segi efisiensi waktu penggunaannya.

Abstract

Pengembangan sektor pertanian perlu diversifikasi hasil pertanian menjadi suatu produk yaitu pie kelor yang bernilai tambah, disamping itu guna melayani pasar yang besar perlu mematenkan suatu produk dengan mendirikan suatu pabrik pengelolahan yang menjadi eksintensi dari produk pie kelor tersebut. Pengembangan agroindustri pie kelor perlu dikaji dari segi nilai tambah dan finansial. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Bali Agro Investama, Desa Penyaringan, Kecamatan Mendoyo, Kabupaten Jembrana. Pemilihan lokasi dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling berdasarkan pertimbangan tertentu. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif yakni nilai tambah dan kriteria investasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Nilai tambah dari pengolahan pie kelor tergolong tinggi yaitu Rp 697.725,42 dengan rasio nilai tambah adalah 37,03%, (2) Hasil analisis finansial seperti Break Even Point (keping) sebesar 355.043 (keping) dan Break Even Point penjualan (rupiah) Rp 710.086.624,03, Net Present Value Rp 3.402.121.393,90 tanpa pembiayaan maupun dengan pembiayaan bank, Net B/C 3,12 tanpa pembiayaan jika menggunakan pembiayaan bank nilai Net B/C 3,70. Selanjutnya Internal Rate of Return memperoleh tingkat pengembalian 78,43% tanpa pembiayaan, jika menggunakan pembiayaan bank nilai IRR 89,36% dan Payback Period yang pendek yaitu 20,37 bulan tanpa pembiayaan, dan dengan pembiayaan bank menjadi 23,04 bulan. (3) Hasil analisis sensitivitas diskon penjualan 15% memperoleh Net Present Value Rp 159.977.262,90 tanpa pembiayaan maupun dengan pembiayaan bank, nilai Net B/C 1,10 tanpa pembiayaan, dan dengan pembiayaan bank sebesar 1,13. Internal Rate of Return 27,28% tanpa pembiayaan dan dengan pembiayaan bank sebesar 27,59%. Sedangkan sensitivitas biaya operasional naik 15% memperoleh nilai Net Present Value Rp 914.489.765,54 tanpa pembiayaan maupun dengan pembiayaan bank, Net B/C sebesar 1,57 tanpa pembiayaan dan dengan pembiayaan bank sebesar 1,73, Internal Rate of Return memperoleh nilai 39,35% tanpa pembiayaan dan dengan pembiayaan bank 41,52%. Hasil perhitungan tersebut memenuhi kriteria kelayakan investasi sehingga usaha pengolahan pie kelor layak dilaksanakan.

Abstract

Financial Performance Analysis at the Village Credit Institution (LPD) of Blahkiuh Traditional Village Badung Regency. LPD is one of the policies of the Bali Regional Government in an effort to channel capital assistance to rural communities in Bali. The purpose of establishing the LPD is to support the smooth development of the village economy, especially for farmers and small entrepreneurs. By looking at the financial program, especially the balance sheet and income statement, it can be seen the financial condition of the LPD concerned. The ability to grow public trust in the LPD can be done by showing the financial performance of the LPD, where financial performance is carried out to see how far a company has implemented using the rules of financial implementation properly and correctly. Financial performance analysis is very useful for related parties, including: traditional village owners, managers, customers (borrowers and depositors). This study aims to determine the analysis of the financial performance of the Blahkiuh Traditional Village LPD in 2016-2020. The data analysis method used is a quantitative method using the calculation of financial ratio analysis. The results of this study indicate that the financial performance of the Blahkiuh Traditional Village LPD based on the liquidity ratio as measured by the LDR ratio is categorized as healthy, the profitability ratio as measured by the ROA ratio is categorized as healthy, the BOPO ratio is categorized as quite healthy, the ratio of earning assets as measured by the KAP ratio is categorized as healthy and the CPRR ratio is categorized as quite healthy.

Abstract

The Influence of Trust, Torporate Image, and Sales Promotion on Customers’ Satisfaction on the Pakraman Guwang Village Credit Institution in Gianyar Regency. This study aims to identify the influence of trust, corporate image, and sales promation on customers’ satisfaction on the Pakraman Guwang Village Credit institution in Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency. Primary data were obtained through intervews and observation. Using Stuctural Equation Modeling (SEM), which includes validity, reliability, multicollinearity, simultaneous and hypothesis testing, this study show that trust, company image, and sales promation have a significant and simultaneuos effect on satisfactoion. In addition, there is a partial significant influence betwen trust, company image, and sales promation on satisfaction. Pakraman Guwang Village Credit institution needs to carry out more attractive promotions to increase customer satisfaction. In addition, increasing trust can be done by guaranteeing the confidentiality and safety of customers’ money/assets or during transaction. Future research may consider adding variables to better understand customer satisfaction.

Abstract

One of the things that need to be considered in doing the marketing of products to be sold is by analyzing market segmentation and understanding the needs and desires of consumers. This is what Bali Buda has done in formulating its marketing strategy in the face of market share competition and sales decline due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Market Segmentation and consumer preferences on the decision to purchase organic cakes in Bali Buda by using Structural Equating Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The sample in this study as many as 65 respondents who are consumers of organic cakes that have bought and consumed organic cakes in Bali Buda. The results showed that market segmentation and consumer preferences have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions by producing the original sample value of 0.456; 0.417 and p-value of 0.001; 0.002 with a standard error of 5%. This result means that if the market segmentation is properly formed and the preferences of consumers are met, it can affect the high purchasing decisions of organic cake consumers in Bali Buda.

Abstract

Instagram is one type of e-commerce website that is used to sell products or services digitally with Instagram being the 4th most active platform on social media. “This study aims to analyze the characteristics of” agribusiness businesses using Instagram using qualitative descriptive with simple tabulations, analyzing the quality of Instagram, the use of Instagram and usage satisfaction in agribusiness businesses by using descriptive analysis to explain how the perspectives of SME on their Instagram and analyze the influence of Instagram quality, Instagram usage. and satisfaction with the use of successful e-commerce businesses in Bali Province “using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach.” The research sample was 31 SME selling vegetables, fruits and meat using Instagram and using the hashtags #sayurbali, #buahbali and #dagingbali. The results show that most of the Instagram-based SME have an age of 26-30 years old SME with undergraduate education levels and Instagram contributing 50% -75% increase in sales. In addition, it was found that Instagram was able to increase SME sales results by “paying attention to the quality of “Instagram, the use of Instagram, usage satisfaction and the success of e-commerce. Instagram quality, Instagram usage and usage satisfaction indicate a significant positive influence on the success of e-commerce as evidenced by each variable having a value of 3.961; 2,067 and 2,002 for the success of e-commerce.
