Abstract

 The design of knowledge management based applications to monitor this academic achievement facilitated interface in the form of Applications used by the manager of academic achievement in Higher Education. Students' academic achievement is generally shown through the evaluation results in final form with GPA, as well as at Informatics Business Institute (IBI) Darmajaya. IBI Darmajaya to produce competent graduates in their field is not enough just to provide learning support facilities such as adequate facilities and infrastructure, reliable lecturers, good curriculum, and scholarship facilities. Application Monitoring academic achievement is needed so that IBI Darmajaya can continue to control the increase or decrease in student achievement so that it can pass on time. Therefore, the design of knowledge management based applications for monitoring academic achievement as an interface in the management of academic achievement is needed. With the stages of SDLC, knowledge management system will provide convenience in the design of applications, so the application produces information that becomes knowledge for IBI Darmajaya and the manager in particular can monitor academic achievement, controlling the increase in student achievement in each semester, so that students are motivated to learn and pass appropriately time. Applications with the right information search attempt to motivate the CPI to remain above the average provisions, to provide a CPK report to parents and management of scholarship managers. Keywords: Application Design, Knowledge management, academic achievement, IPK

Abstract

IBI Darmajaya as colleges can also apply CRM to improve customer management at institutions like corporate training center. IBI Darmajaya training center providing information related to training, also play a role as ‘career centre’ that bridges the corporate and college alumni. Alumni and partner companies or companies which alumnus absorb the labor force, either working together or not, is a customer that receiving IBI Darmajaya services about training and job information. Career centers currently provide training and job information on the alumni that still taking education or a student and only with companies that work together. This allows the service as well as the connection between alumni, companies and IBI Darmajaya less effective, because the information provided by the career center is not necessarily known to the alumniand even the partnerscompany. That requires a CRM application at the career center, so that IBI Darmajaya have yielded information communication media according to the needs of alumni and companies. Abstract

Data mining is a term that used to discover hidden knowledge in the database. Data mining is a semi-automatic process that uses statistical techniques, mathematics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to extract and identify potential useful information and knowledge that stored in large databases. One of methods in data mining is association rule method where this method will looking for a set of items that frequently occur together. This method is often analogous as shopping cart which can be known, what items are frequently purchased together and which items are not. The advantage of this method can be utilized to determine amount of inventory that must be provided in a business. In this paper will be made of a mining system that will show the trend of buyers in a restaurant so that decision-makers will be able to determine amount of groceries accordance with the business need to minimize losses. Abstract

Executive Information System (EIS) is a system established to provide information needed by the executive in the decision making process. This information technology is not only used in business activities, but can help an executive in getting an accurate concise picture of the organization. The development of the Executive Information System is used to improve the quality of control and supervision in the Household Section of the Lampung Provincial General Administration Bureau on government official vehicle maintenance expenditures. The research design is classified as Casual Comperative Research. This study aims to develop and implement EIS in the Household Section of the Lampung Provincial Government General Bureau and establish EIS as an implementation of clean government and good government. This system reduces the occurrence of data accumulation and redundancy, so as to prevent the occurrence of indications of corruption, and makes it easier for executives to verify vehicle maintenance data with fairness and rationality with the amount of budget submission. The method used in this study is EIS starting from the stages of planning, implementation, software testing, documentation, deployment and maintenance. So that EIS can control and provide supervision on vehicle maintenance data manipulation that embodies clean government and good government.Keywords: Executive Information System; E-Goverment; Data Manipulation; Monitoring.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a very significant impact on all lines of human life. Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) which were originally able to conduct sales conventionally through stalls or shops, which with limitations must transform to selling online. The method used is the activity socialization stage, preparation stage, implementation stage and reporting stage. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) activity in Pidada Village, Panjang District, Bandar Lampung Regency, we carried out activities on developing UMKMs based on local wisdom, by providing an introduction to the use of information technology. Kelor tea is one of the SMEs in Pidada village which in its production process empowers local women to increase the economic income of Pidada villagers. During PKM at UMKM Teh Kelor we made several innovations, packaging by labeling and branding products, as well as marketing products online. The use of information technology for the sale of Moringa tea is carried out so that MSMEs of Moringa Tea are able to compete during this COVID-19 Pandemic

Abstract

Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem keamanan menggunakan biometrik, dengan menggunakan retina sebagai identitas pengenalan yang akurat, serta efektif untuk meningkatkan proses identifikasi pada retina dimasa depan (future identification). Hal ini sangat penting untuk menentukan keakuratan sifat biometrik apa yang paling baik di dalam proses mengidentifikasi di masa depan, sekaligus membangun suatu sistem aplikasi atau tools yang dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui karakteristik distance meterics untuk mengukur akurasi retina sebagai identitas dimasa depan (future identification). Penggunaan retina dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif identifikasi manusia  seperti  untuk  pengganti  PIN  ATM  Bank,  Paspor  dan bidang-bidang lain yang memerlukan tingkat keamanan tinggi atau mustahil untuk dapat dipalsukan. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah berbentuk pengujian untuk membuktikan tingkat akurasi CBIR dengan menggunakan citra query dengan dibangun database sebanyak 5.000 citra retina. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam menentukan similarity dan identification dengan menggunakan fitur warna. Histogram warna untuk pencarian citra dikerjakan dengan mengitung jumlah koefisien DCT dari setiap warna. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa akurasi algoritma mendekati nilai 90%, akurasi ini cukup bagus di bidang image retrieval.  Di lihat dari kecepatan proses retrieval juga cukup cepat dimana rata –rata kecepatan proses dengan menggunakan 2.000 citra digital adalah kurang dari 10 detik.

Abstract

Data or information at this time is not only presented in written form, but also in the form of images that require greater storage. Most of the images in the digital world use the JPEG format, where the Discrete Cosine Transform is the heart of the JPEG format, the use of DCT coefficients for indexing and image retrieval causes the retrieving process to be slower because more coefficients are processed compared to the DC coefficient method, which is only 1 /64 (1 DC coefficient) of the DCT coefficient. In this research, we perform Content Based Image Retrieval with DC feature extraction of 15,000 natural images, then calculate the distance between the images using the Manhattan Distance method. The final result of calculating precision and recall shows a value of 0.6624 and a time of less than 2 seconds, with a maximum value of 1.876 seconds.

Abstract

This service is carried out on the youth of the mosque, in using used clothes to make bag arrangements. The mosque is a place or means of worship for Muslims, the function of the mosque is not only used as a place of worship but can be a center of activity for Muslims in the community such as mosque youth. The youth of the Marhdotillah Rajabasa mosque is one of the youth organizations of the mosque in the Glora Persada Rajabasa Raya housing area. Some of the routine activities carried out by the youth of this mosque include regular recitations, mosque service work, helping prepare for major Islamic holidays, and helping teach the Koran to children in the neighborhood. The general activities carried out by the youth of this mosque require creativity and an entrepreneurial spirit in accordance with the function of the mosque as a place of worship but also as a development of community life activities. For this reason, this service activity seeks to provide additional creativity by utilizing used goods such as used clothes that are used as tote bags. Creativity is creating new things or making something new, creativity is very important to be owned by a person, or group of people. Totebag is a product that is expected to increase the creativity of mosque youth by providing socialization of creativity material to open creative thinking patterns in mosque youth. Then provide material for making arrangements and practice in manufacturing. The result of this service is a product that has economic value and is environmentally friendly

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan kepada para santri Pondok Pesantren Al Hidayah tentang penggunaan teknologi komputer agar meningkatkan kemampuan santri dengan mengadakan pelatihan pengenalan komputer, pengenalan jaringan, pengenalan Al-Qur’an digital sehingga dapat membantu dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas sekolah. Pada pelaksanaan pengabdian ini diselesaikan dalam tiga tahap yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan pelaporan. Tahap persiapan dilakukan dengan survey awal pada sekolah sasaran untuk mengetahui hal-hal yang dibutuhkan para santri dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran di kelas. Tahap pelaksanaan diterapkan metode ceramah dengan teknik presentasi, diselingi dengan tanya jawab dari peserta. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada Pondok Pesantren Al Hidayah yang dihadiri sekitar 20 orang santri selama 1 hari, pada tanggal 10 Mei 2018 mulai pukul 08.00 – 16.00 WIB. Tahap pelaporan, setelah kegiatan pengabdian ini selesai dilanjutkan proses pembuatan laporan kegiatan. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan, terlihat bahwa para santri sangat senang dalam mengikuti semua materi yang disampaikan oleh tim pengabdi yang dibuktikan dengan banyaknya pertanyaan yang disampaikan saat pelaksanaan pelatihan.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide insight and knowledge to students on SMPN Satu Atap how to operate Microsoft Office so that students' ability to use Microsoft Office can be used to assist or support academic activities at school by providing training. The implementation of this service is completed in three stages of activity, namely preparation, implementation, reporting. Preparation is done by conducting a preliminary survey to find out what students need to support teaching activities in class. The training was carried out using the lecture method, namely the presentation technique, followed by direct practice assisted by the team, accompanied by questions and answers and exercises carried out by the training participants. This activity was attended by approximately 30 students, from 08.00-16.00 WIB for one day, taking place in classes of the SMPN Satu Atap. The final stage of this service is to report the results of the activities. The results of the activities that have been carried out by the students look very enthusiastic in following every material presented by the service team as evidenced by the activity between students and the service team.Keywords — Training, Microsoft Office, Students
