Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan perusahaan dengan menggunakan Du Pont System pada PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk periode 2016-2020. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode dokumen. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk periode 2016-2020 dengan menggunakan Du Pont System berada dalam kategori “Kurang Baik” karena nilai ROI yang dihasilkan berada dibawah standar yang telah ditetapkan yaitu 30% dan nilai ROE yang dihasilkan berada dibawah standar yang telah ditetapkan yaitu 40%. Kondisi tersebut dipengaruhi oleh kurang mampunya perusahaan dalam mengelola penjualan dan aktiva untuk menghasilkan laba bersih sehingga nilai ROI yang dihasilkan kurang baik dengan memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 10,36%. Selain itu, perusahaan juga kurang optimal dalam mengelola modal untuk mendanai aktiva sehingga nilai ROE yang dihasilkan kurang baik dengan memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 20,35%.

Abstract

Pergeseran kegiatan pembelajaran yang semula dilakukan secara tatap muka menjadi pembelajaran online menuntut siswa memiliki kemandirian belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Google Classroom terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa kelas XII IPS SMA Negeri Ambulu Jember. Jenis penelitian ini adalah ex-post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner, wawancara, observasi dan dokumen. Banyaknya sampel yang digunakan ditentukan melalui teknik proportionate random sampling dan rumus Slovin. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 60 siswa kelas XII IPS. Uji instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Uji asumsi klasik yang digunakan terdiri dari uji normalitas dan heteroskedastisitas. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji t dengan SPSS 25 for windows. Hasil penelitian membuktikan H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak, artinya penggunaan Google Classroom berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa kelas XII IPS SMA Negeri Ambulu Jember yang dapat dilihat dari nilai t hitung = 10,814 > t tabel = 2,000 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan penggunaan Google Classroom berpengaruh terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa sebesar 66,8% sedangkan sisanya 33,2% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti, seperti gaya belajar dan motivasi belajar.

Abstract

This service aims to provide knowledge and skills to elementary school teachers about efforts to improve the professionalism of elementary school teachers through classroom action research. Classroom action research was chosen because the research is considered simple and very easy to implement for elementary school teachers. This service provides knowledge to participants about the basic concepts of classroom action research and research methods, as well as preparing CAR reports. The methods used in this service are lectures and demonstrations. Based on the results of this service, it was concluded that elementary school teachers were very enthusiastic and interested in classroom action research. This is evidenced by the many questions to the informants. In addition, the number of participants who attended was 35 people, indicating that elementary school teachers were very interested in this training. Participants become more aware of the basic concepts of classroom action research and the systematics of preparing reports, because so far elementary school teachers consider CAR as a difficult research.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKeterampilan menulis karya ilmiah merupakan kemampuan dasar yang harus dimiliki guru. Namun, pada praktiknya kemampuan ini masih sangat sulit dikuasai oleh guru. Analisis kebutuhan yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan menulis karya ilmiah menjadi hal yang urgent dilakukan sebagai upaya meningkatkan stimulus guru untuk menulis. Tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu: (1) meningkatkan pemahaman guru SMA/SMK terkait penulisan karya ilmiah pada jurnal ilmiah, (2) memberikan stimulus untuk merangsang semangat guru dalam mengembangkan kompetensi terutama dalam bidang penulisan karya ilmiah, serta (3) merangsang ide dan gagasan guru dalam menulis karya ilmiah untuk kepentingan pendidikan dan pengembangan profesi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara daring dengan peserta berjumlah 30 orang guru SMA/SMK yang tergabung pada Program Profesi Guru dalam Jabatan Tahun 2022 di Universitas Jember. Kegiatan pelatihan dibagi menjadi: pemaparan tentang berbagai tema yang dapat dikembangkan dalam penulisan karya ilmiah bidang pendidikan, presentasi tentang sistematika penulisan karya ilmiah dan prosedur penulisan di jurnal ilmiah, diskusi tentang berbagai hal terkait upaya meningkatkan keterampilan menulis karya ilmiah. Hasil pelatihan berkontribusi terhadap meningkatnya pemahaman guru SMA/SMK terkait penulisan artikel ilmiah, guru-guru peserta pelatihan memiliki semangat baru dalam mengembangkan kompetensi dalam bidang penulisan karya ilmiah, serta guru-guru menjadi lebih terstimulasi untuk mengembangkan ide dan gagasan dalam bentuk karya ilmiah untuk kepentingan pendidikan serta pengembangan profesi guru. Kata kunci: keterampilan menulis; karya ilmiah; guru-guru SMA/SMK. ABSTRACTThe skill of writing scientific papers is a basic ability that teachers must possess. However, this ability is still very difficult by teachers. The needs analysis carried out by the team shows that training in writing scientific papers is an urgent thing to do to increase teacher stimulus for writing. The objectives of this community service are: (1) to increase the understanding of high school/vocational school teachers regarding writing scientific papers in journals, (2) to provide a stimulus to stimulate teachers' enthusiasm in developing competencies, especially for writing scientific papers, and (3) to stimulate teachers' ideas in writing scientific papers for the benefit of education and professional development. This activity was carried out online with participants 30 SMA/SMK teachers who are members of the 2022 in office Teacher Professional Program at University of Jember. The training activities are divided into presentations on various themes that can be developed in writing scientific papers of education, presentations on the systematics of writing scientific papers and procedures for writing in scientific journals, and discussions on various matters related to efforts to improve scientific writing skills. The results of the training contributed to increasing the understanding of high school/vocational school teachers regarding writing scientific articles, participating teachers had a new enthusiasm in developing competence of writing scientific papers, and teachers became more stimulated to develop ideas in the scientific work for the benefit of education and professional development of teachers. Keywords: writing skills; scientific work; high school/ vocational school teachers.

Abstract

Buku teks geografi yang menjadi pegangan utama bagi peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran harus menyesuaikan dengan tujuan pembelajaran yang tertuang dalam kurikulum yang sedang berlaku dengan mengintegrasikan keterampilan abad 21 dan keterampilan berpikir spasial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis integrasi keterampilan abad 21 dan keterampilan berpikir spasial pada buku teks geografi kelas X SMA/MA. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian berupa buku teks geografi kelas X SMA/MA terbitan Erlangga karangan Yasinto Sindhu P. tahun 2016. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buku teks mengintegrasikan keterampilan abad 21 sebesar 83% dengan kriteria sangat baik, dan mengintegrasikan keterampilan berpikir spasial dengan kriteria rendah. Sebanyak 50% soal pada buku teks terintegrasi sebagai soal non-spatial, 95% soal dalam buku teks tidak menggunakan alat representasi serta 55% soal termasuk dalam proses penalaran input.

Abstract

Penilaian kinerja keuangan merupakan komponen yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam manajemen keuangan. Kinerja keuangan perseroan menjadi indikator pengambilan keputusan bagi para stakeholder khususnya investor. Penelitian ini berguna untuk menilai kinerja keuangan PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. periode 2019 – 2021 menggunakan perputaran piutang, perputaran persediaan, perputaran modal kerja, return on equity (ROE), gross profit margin (GPM), dan net profit margin (NPM). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode penentuan lokasi yang digunakan yaitu purposive area. Metode pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan yaitu metode dokumen. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa rata-rata kinerja keuangan PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur selama periode 2019 - 2021 diukur menggunakan perputaran piutang termasuk dalam kategori kurang baik, perputaran persedian dan modal kerja termasuk kategori baik. Sementara itu, nilai rasio profitabilitas menggunakan net profit margin dan return on equity termasuk dalam kategori kurang baik namun gross profit margin termasuk dalam kategori baik. Indikator rasio aktivitas dan profitabilitas yang belum memenuhi standar dapat diatasi dengan mengurangi pos biaya-biaya yang dapat menyebabkan penurunan laba perusahaan serta mengoptimalkan dana yang terdapat pada pos sisa laba yang belum terelisasi untuk pembiayaan target atau strategi yang berguna bagi kemajuan perusahaan agar dapat menarik dan menyakinkan para investor dan calon investor perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the flipped classroom learning model on the independence and learning outcomes of class X students of the accounting skills program at Vocasional High School 1 Lumajang with a case study on the basic competencies of basic accounting equations for the 2022/2023 school year. This research is an experimental research with the type of research Pre-Experimental Design and using the One Group Pretest-Posttest research design. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, tests, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method used is the paired sample t-test. The results showed that the flipped classroom learning model had an effect on student learning independence with a Sig. 0.00 <0.05 and has an effect on learning outcomes with a Sig value. 0.03 <0.05. The results of the Percent N-Gain test show that the flipped classroom learning model has an effect on learning independence by 57% and on learning outcomes by 22%.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of efficiency of raw noodle production costs at UD Mie Ujang, Jember Regency with standard costs as a reference in the use of production costs. This research belongs to the type of quantitative descriptive research. The type of data used is the main data in the form of production cost report documents of UD Mie Ujang, Jember Regency for the first quarter of 2022 and supporting data in the form of interview results related to the condition of production cost reports. The research informants are the owners and employees of UD Mie Ujang, Jember Regency. The results showed that the use of raw noodle production costs at UD Mie Ujang, Jember Regency in the first quarter of 2022 showed efficient results. The use of production costs is more efficient in producing super raw noodles compared to ordinary raw noodles. The results of cost efficiency can be used as a consideration and decision in determining the selling price of the next product.

Abstract

This research aims to develop learning products in the form of electronic student worksheets with live worksheets on lithospheric dynamics material in class X at Senior High School which has eligibility standards. The research method used is R&D (Research and Development) research with the ADDIE model which consists of analysis, design, development implementation and evaluation stages. The analysis stage includes performance analysis, needs analysis, curriculum analysis, student analysis. The design stage includes making learning devices, product design, and preparing research instruments. The development stage is determining the media used, validation, and revision. The implementation stage is the stage of implementing the E-LKPD that has been developed in a real situation in the classroom. The final stage is the evaluation stage which is carried out to analyze errors during data collection and can be done in each of the four stages above. This research was conducted at Senior High School Number 1 Jember with the research trial subjects were students of class X5 as many as 36 students. The research instruments used were validation sheets and student response questionnaires. The results showed that electronic student worksheets with live worksheets were feasible with a percentage achievement of 97.5% in the material aspect, 95.8% in the design aspect, 100% in the language aspect and 88%. overall assessment by geography learning practitioners.  The implementation of the E-LKPD trial required 2x meetings or 4 x 45 minutes of class time on January 11 and 18, 2022.  The results of student responses get very good criteria with an average percentage of 91.2%. From these data it can be concluded that the products developed are declared feasible and very good for use in learning geography, especially in high school lithospheric dynamics material.

Abstract

This study analyses the Accounting Information System (AIS) of CV Macarindo Berkah Group Jember’s Cash Expenditures. Data collection was carried out by document and interview methods. The data analysis method used is descriptive evaluative. The results showed that the AIS cash disbursements of CV Macarindo Berkah Group Jember were by the applicable AIS standards with a suitability level of 79%. The suitability consists of AIS components of cash disbursements, documents, accounting records, functions, and document flowcharts. So it can be concluded that it follows the applicable AIS standards, but not maximally due to several shortcomings, including the absence of activity to approve supplier invoices, no petty cash disbursement journal, and no cash fund holder function. Based on the results obtained, the authors submit suggestions to CV Macarindo Berkah Group Jember to continue to improve the AIS cash disbursement by studying AIS standards and recruiting employees who better understand the AIS cash disbursements.
